Not accustomed to giving reviews, but this is unacceptable this morning. I was told earlier in the week, just bring my car in. No problem , I thought I would be able to do the inspection , emissions and oil change together. I was told that I need to schedule an appointment for the oil change. Again, no problem scheduled for 9.am.the following morning. I got there and told the desk I was there for my 9 am only to be told it would be another 30 minutes, there was already another car having an oil change. I reached back out at 10 am to ask about my car, only to be told they are working on it. I got here 5 minutes after the call. My car is still in the bay being taken care of'. Not answering my question when I called to inquire is extremely rude. Not to acknowledge my appointment and why my car isn't done is unacceptable. It's 10:20 and still not done. Leads to believe they brought my car into the bay when I called.

Recently found slow leak on one of the tires. Another tire shop recommended replacement but Sunnoco fixed it easily for $45. It's been a month and no issues.I routinely go hear for safety and emission also. Would like to add that Mr. Khan has been very helpful in all this.

I have been coming to this Sunoco for registration & minor things for years, but after a recent accident, I chose to give them a try for body & mechanic work. I am about to pick my car up, but assuming everything works well, they have earned my business for years to come. While we dealt with several complications (on my end) over the last 3 weeks, Khan has been attentive and customer service focused. This is what you look for in a neighborhood mechanic/body shop. I m so thankful. I ll update if there are any issues, but at this point,

I've been bringing my cars here for about 2 years. The owners and mechanics are honest and that is what you want most when it comes to dealing with your car. My other family members bring their cars here and I tell my friends to as well. I wouldn't go any where else or to a dealership. Best service and prices around!! 5 stars!!

I got an emissions inspection and state inspection in 2017 for an older car and a state inspection on a new car in 2019. I love that you just go and get in line for the inspection, super convenient and the service is speedy. Their waiting room is small but clean, and everyone was polite and professional. They did not find any problems during either inspection. I would recommend them for inspections.

Do not trust this gas station My car was had issue on Saturday and my wife took it to this gas station.They told her car has issues and they have to order parts from BMW to fix it. They also said we cannot do anything until Monday when they receive parts from dealership. The manager said they charge us $720+ while BMW charges over $2000 to fix the car.My wife called me to tell me about it- I called BMW and were said the car is under warrantee and I just have to pay $100 deductible (when I asked how much does it cost if warrantee was not in place, BMW told me- under $780) therefore this Sunoco gas station lied to my wife.I called the gas station immediately and asked the manager please do not work on my car because it is under warrantee with the dealer and I need to take it to BMW dealership . The manger told me, they are already closed and I can pick up the car on Monday. On Monday morning (8 am) I called to go and pick up my car; the manager asked for $228 to release the car. I was shocked and I asked him why???? He replied because we were going to start to fix it and we spend about 2 hours time on it. They made us to pay $228 for 5 minutes of their time to say the car s battery does not take charge and they have to change belt and pulleys for the car. That was just a rubbery ((I talked to some experts and they said- by looking under hood of the car any mechanic could say what is wrong with the car .I highly advise you to avid this gas station. They are rude, dishonest, and unprofessional and try to rip off you on car repair.I am going to comply to Better Business Bureau.

The guys at Sunoco were friendly, helpful, and efficient. I brought my car in with water damage to the engine and they fixed it within the morning. My car is actually running better now than it was before the damage. Fantastic service, can't speak highly enough of the place!

Took a family member and his flat tire to the Sunoco. Walked inside to the counter, explained our situation and immediately Mike assisted us. He took the tire outside, plugged it up and it was good to go. Service was friendly, efficient and effective. Wanted to give a shoutout to Mike for helping on the spot, explaining what was happening, doing the work...and we got everything taken care of in one trip. Thanks so much!

I dropped off my car for an oil change and was told that it would only take 45 minutes to an hour. I left my phone number for the gentleman at the front desk to call in case there are any problems, and after an hour and a half I returned to find my car had still not been worked on. They said I could wait another half hour and my car would be finished. I did so, and after that half hour I was then told that they didn't know when they would be able to get to my car. They offered no apology. Needless to say, I will not be using this Sunoco again.

These guys do honest and comprehensive work. Have used them exclusively for over a decade. Family owned and run with good techs. No turnover of staff. Not just some hacks at a has station, they can take care of legitimately anything your vehicles need, and they never throw parts at a problem or do u necessary work. Only place I will ever take my vehicles and I buy and sell and work on vehicles myself.

By far the most helpful, honest mechanics I've dealt with in the area. I have been around dealing with my POS car and FINALLY I found someone who isn't going to charge me more than this stupid 98 Honda is worth and will be real with me at the same time.

In the 3 years I've brought my car here for my state inspection, I've failed twice. Once was legitimate (a brake light was out), but another time, they failed me for my wipers (that were BRAND NEW), and insinuated they "could have" failed me for a mark in the tire.

I've been going there for the last few years to get inspections, brakes, and other small repairs. They have been excellent. Most recently in replacing a bad rear hub.

Was told at 7am on a Saturday morning that they had no appointments until Tuesday for an oil change minimum with no cars in the shop. Have spent several thousands here but will not be going back anytime soon. Blown off with little to no regard.

Worst gas station I have ever been! Last time I filled $20 gas from here and it didn't even last a day(I drove 50 miles). Don't ever come there and waste your money for nothing!! The best gas station is SHELL.

Rude, dishonest, unprofessional staff. They try to rip off on inspection. I had to pay another $16 to get a by the book inspection

Stopped by to get a state inspection and the inspector (who has to get in your and drive it in the bay) was not wearing a mask. I just don t get it.
