I visited this location for a Virginia Safety Inspection, and there was a bit of a wait in line. After approximately 45 minutes, someone finally came to inspect my car for safety.The customer service was neutral, and the inspection was performed in a very basic manner. However, I did notice something strange - there were a total of seven security cameras in the office, which seemed a bit excessive for a space that was only 200 square feet. It definitely caught me off guard!

My wife called this morning asking about getting an emissions test. They said to come at 1:00. That was around 10am. She called again at 12:30 to confirm that 1:00 was good and was told to come at 1:00. When she showed up, the person who does the tests had left. Why the hell did you all say to come at 1:00 then!? I see the hours of operation say the service closes at 1:00, so there is a chance the person who answered the phone's English wasn't the best, but there is a strong difference between "come at" 1:00 and come "before". There was no mention in either call that it closes at 1:00 either.

Haven t seen an auto shop could be this bad! I was there only for car inspection with my new plate and I didn t know there was a $20 fee for car plate installation!! Yes $20 for car plate installation!!!! Why???? Also, I was telling the guy that I just needed the inspection! If there was a fee, he could ve just told me! A very easy thing, I was planning to do it by myself, and it cost me $20???? I truly cannot believe it, this is just ridiculous.

Workers are very rude. I came in just for inspection and it took them 2 hours. Charged extra $75 for labor even though nothing wrong was found with the vehicle. Stay away from this place!

Not recommended for car state inspection worker who inspects the car he play game first he failed my car then I paid $350 then he passedMy car have no problem but they play gameReceptionist service wonderful

I went for inspection and wait time was normal. Inspector was very nice to customers. There was a place for customer to sit and wait until the inspection is completed. Very happy with the service.

I needed my state inspection for emissions and safety. I was 4th in line and it took less than 40 minutes from getting in line to leaving! This was around 9:15 on a Monday morning. I've waited much longer other places with less cars! The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. This will be my spot to go from now on.

This is a convenient location and the price is reasonable; however, be careful to double check their work. I ve had to return several times to have the work completely finished. Also, they lost the key for the locking lug nuts and charged me to replace three lug nuts. How irritating is that?

Everyone was super nice. Got my inspection done and was in and out in 20 mins with $20 spent. First honest inspector I've encountered in NOVA. Stay away from Mr. Tire and from Virginia Tire and Auto in Falls Church and just go here to save yourself time and a lot of money. Will be back.

I had to drop off my car for an engine light. I already knew what was wrong, it was a transmission sensor. They got the sensor from the dealer (MOPAR was needed) and had me back on the road for under $375. I would have paid that just to walk into the Chrysler shop. Khan was my POC and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Chris is also extremely helpful! Thanks guys!

They worked quickly and efficiently, got my emissions test done here and would recommend.

Expensive. Had to go back to get a repair fixed, but they did it at no cost and pulled me to the front of the line. All other repairs and services in the 6 years I have been there have been top notch otherwise.

Got here before they opened, one person was here already. They said it would be 15 minutes for an oil change. 50 minutes later and my car hasn't even been pulled into the garage.

If u have a daytime job u will never get a chance to do your inspection here. Waste of time. Hard to see the person there. Lunchtime absent, afternoon not available.
