I normally don't post reviews but wanted to relay what a great experience I had with Prestige Certified Motors. I made a call to inquire about a vehicle which I was interested in (near closing time) and spoke with the General Manager, Temor. We arranged for a time to test drive it the following day. I ended up arriving early and the car was already cleaned, washed, and ready for a test drive. After deciding to purchase, negotiations went smoothly and he gave me a great trade-in value for my previous vehicle. The vendor Prestige Certified Motors uses for their extended car warranty is also a very reputable vendor and they even called so I could speak with a representative and decide the best plan for my car.To top it all off, Temor was even kind enough to buy my Aunt and I a Starbucks to celebrate! Can't recommend them enough! If you want a straightforward and true to their word dealer who cares about their customers- then this is the place to give your business to!

I recently bought an older German sports car from Prestige Certified Motors. I wasn't familiar with Prestige Certified Motors, but they had the car I wanted. Temur was extremely accommodating and let me test drive the car on a Sunday his day off (when they were closed). There were a couple things that needed to be done on the car and Temur went ahead and took care of them. We worked out a deal on the car I was very happy with. He even dropped off my new licence plates on his way home one day. I had a really good experience with Temur and Prestige Certified Motors.

Worst customer service I have ever seen.I gave my BMW 528i car for the driver rear window malfunction 3 months ago, he did a worst job fixing it. when I press auto window close button it closes full and opens half way and stops, he claims saying it was because of window ting, I damn sure thats not because of window Tint which was Tinted by BMW Dealer. I gave my car again to fix it properly. Next day he fixed that properly and gave me. after 3 months I faced same issue with the Driver Rear window malfunction, he said he will order another part where warranty covered. Now he came up with another thing saying motor problem. the door was unfinished, when I go thereto fix it, front desk guy came up and started to fix it, I asked him what happen to mechanic ? he said he is quite busy and all these small things cannot be done by mechanic and he was taking my help to fix it and started messing up with the door. Finally I told him leave that thing and will take to another guy to fix it.Such a terrible service, I dont recommend at all.

Where do I start.... I searched for months for a Jaguar XF... declined numerous times and then I ran across a Jag on Car gurus and I applied for it. After dealing with so much form other creditors and deals the owner of Car Gurus called me and got me an amazing deal and he even took a thousand dollars off. I l8ve in N.J and he made sure I was very well took enough care of down to the registration in N.J. The car came in pristine condition and I was very impressed by the overall service. It came to the point that I started feeling like a distant family member and I seriously appreciate this guy. Thanks for the amazing service. I give 5 stars for this company and you won't be disappointed.

BUYERS BEWARE!! Decided to give this place a chance and purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Suburban. Found the ad online and everything looked to be in order with pictures and description. Lies! Drove over 46 miles to the dealer for a test drive and noticed a few things wrong with the door handle molding, windshield had a crack, scuffed hood, etc that were not initially told to me or apparent in the angled photos. Notified the salesman Temor. He said he would take care of those things but wanted a significant deposit first. We refused the deposit due to fine print that "all deposits/down payments are non-refundable". And we wanted to make sure the repairs would be done first. Temor then wanted my wife to sign a purchase agreement on the spot, even though she wanted to use her own credit union for financing. My wife was not comfortable signing on the spot. We waited a few days for the repairs to be made to the car and then returned to Prestige Certified Motors office to sign purchase paperwork. Also immediately after sitting down at the table Temor wanted the bank check. He had us sign the purchase agreement first trying to rush through it and summarize what we were signing. My wife wanted to read and had questions but he told her she had 'negative thinking' or something to that effect. After signing the agreement my wife wanted to cancel and leave because of Temor attitude and unprofessionalism, but he quickly put those papers away and then presented disclosure attachments with important info that would have been nice to read prior to signing the agreement, such as the notice that reads "state law does not provide for "cooling off" or cancellation period for this sale". You can only cancel the transaction if the seller agrees. You can't change your mind.� BIG MISTAKE AGAIN!! After getting the keys and opening the rear door there was a big driver side door panel in there that�Temor tried to pawn off on us. Temor tried convincing us to take it with us. We declined and he removed it. We left not feeling good about the purchase. Drove the car home 46 miles with no Air conditioning on a 80 degree day and a bad odor attempted to be covered by loud freshner. Temor mentioned he had the car cleaned so we figured we just needed to open the windows and learn the buttons in the car and everything would work out. MISTAKE AGAIN!! The odor increased each day. It smelled of strong mold odor especially after the freshner wore off.� After a few days of no AC and trying all the buttons we scheduled the car for AC inspection at our local dealership. Over $300 dollars later we had to have AC evacuated and recharged due to low refrigerant. Notified Temor who basically said they tested the system and everything was ok so he was not much help. We bore the expense!. A few weeks after our purchase the car started having what felt like issues with the brakes where when we started the car it kind of stalled and then when we would stop it felt like brakes may have been sticking. So we scheduled another visit to our local dealership. Turns out we need a new TRANSMISSION!!!! That's about $4,000+ dollar repair!!! To say we were shocked is an understatement. We reached back out to Temor but no surprise he wasn't much help again. He did offer to pay $500 of the cost conditioned upon us taking down our review of his business. Temor wanted to give two different checks and wanted us to wait to cash them. It seemed shady so we moved on from that offer. Lucky for us we opted for a warranty at purchase BUT BUYERS BEWARE that Sapphire warranty only covers up to $1,000 after a $150 deductible and some repairs and parts are not covered. Additionally, the warranty company Prestige uses didn't give us the transmission we had to pay $2,400 for it through a third party company they use AND in order to avoid an additional upfront charge they want old transmission mailed back to them or charge an additional $600+ fee. Labor $1200+. There was huge crack in the dashboard that wasn't initially apparent because the dash was well oiled. Beware! Don't waste your time and money here!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! MAJOR CAR PROBLEMS!! Temor sold us a $20k Suburban that needed MAJOR repairs shortly after purchasing. The AC went out immediately after signing the purchase paperwork and the car smelled really bad from the fresh wash Prestige did on it the day we signed for it. BEWARE!! The cheap warranty offered is LIMITED and required us spend $$ thousands more just to use AND we had to buy a $2,400+ TRANSMISSION!!! WILL NOT DO BUSINESS AT PRESTIGE CERTIFIED MOTORS INC EVER AGAIN.Update: Went to use our warranty only to learn Temor DID NOT submit payment for it!!! SCAM! BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE to write warranty policies that have not been paid for months after purchase. Contacted Temor and his response was to ask us to remove our review. Update: They did not pay for the warranty until we submitted a claim even though Temor signed the warranty and issued it months earlier. So when we went to use the warranty there was a lot of back and forth between the warranty company, our car shop, Prestige, etc. This is dishonest and maybe they were hoping we would never use the warranty or find out it was issued but not paid. BEWARE! If this place issues you a warranty call the insurance company to verify they actually paid for it.Update: We took this suburban to the car wash about a month after purchasing and as we went through the wash the car shutdown as if it had some type of mechanical or electrical failure. We were almost rear-ended by the car behind us as we were coming out because car hesitated to restart when the wash was done.

I bought a very nice BMW convertible from this dealer, and I was very pleased with the car, the deal, and the transaction. There was no BS, I was respected, and my offer was accepted. The paperwork was painless, and my title and tags were mailed, as promised.The store is a bit far away from me, and I took a risk buying. So far, after nearly 2 months, the car has been better than I had expected. Thanks!

My husband and I purchased our first car at Prestige Certified Motors in Mid May 2019. We initially did not plan on going to Prestige but as we were on our way to other car dealerships, we passed by and decided to stop in for a look. Prestige was awesome and did not pressure us into purchasing a car. They had all the information we needed and asked for and were very knowledgeable. We ended up purchasing a car from them a few days later (during a weekend when we had time). Our car has been great for us so far. We just took it in to get looked at (and for an emissions test) and our mechanic said that the car looked great and nothing looked like it would or could be a problem. Prestige made our first car buying process very easy and they were willing to work with us and explain everything we needed to know. 10/10 recommend. Definitely go try them out before going anywhere else.

Called the dealer Friday evening to schedule an appointment, as their website states that appointments are mandatory to visit. Scheduled an appointment for Saturday at noon. We drive 45 minutes to arrive at the dealer on-time only to be informed that another customer, who didn't make an appointment, was already purchasing the car. Not only did the dealership not call me before I drove all the way there, they actually used my presence to pressure the other customer into making the purchase. Instead of being apologetic the owner said I should have made a deposit, an option I didn't even know existed. Had I known it was a free-for-all I would have showed up when the dealer opened instead of at my scheduled time.Very disappointing experience and I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere for vehicles.Update: Temor specifically reached out to me regarding this review. He began the call by lying to me and saying the vehicle was available again and asked me to remove this review. I will be blocking Temor's number and not doing any further business with him.

My wife and I recently purchased a truck from Prestige. We had a wonderful experience. Temor was so welcoming, kind, and patient with us through our buying process. He answered all of our questions and gave us plenty of time to talk through our decision. I inspected almost every inch of the truck we ended up going with, and I really appreciated never feeling pressured to buy. Could not recommend enough!!!

I drove three hours to see a vehicle. I had communicated via email with them all week. They asked me for a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle which I declined choosing to hope the vehicle would still be available when I got there. I was OK if it wasn t. I verified the day I went that the vehicle was still available and it was. Upon getting there I test drove the vehicle with an employee. When I got to a stoplight it was idling so badly it felt as if it were going to cut off. When I turn the air conditioner on it got worse. I also noticed that the airbag warning light was on and it looked as if the airbag compartment on the dashboard had been pulled out as the rubber trim was clearly Up from the dashboard when I asked the salesman about it he said we ordered a part it won t pass inspection. I said shouldn t you have told me that in the multiple emails we had during the week? Shouldn t you have that in the ad that there is something needed for the airbag system that you are working on? I told him at that point I was going to pass. He got angry saying I ll give you a deal. I asked how much of a reduction it would be and he said $200. At that point it really didn t matter because again I had multiple emails with him during the week and not one mention of the vehicle needing a part to make the airbag system functional again. Very deceptive. Then he had the nerve to say I had held him up all week on the vehicle which was a blatant lie. In an early email he told me that without the deposit he couldn t guarantee me the vehicle would be there by the day I came. Again I was OK taking that chance as I wasn t going to give him $500 that I d probably never see back. I asked him how I held him up if he said earlier that without the deposit he couldn t hold it. I told him he could have sold the vehicle any day leading up to me coming. We had no arrangement for the vehicle to be held. He became angry and told me to stop raising my voice. In fairness I was raising my voice because it was a very shady thing to allow me to come three hours to see a vehicle that we had emailed many times over about with no mention of a messed up airbag system. He can respond to this with any lies he chooses But don t be a fool and buy a vehicle from this shady establishment.

Do not attempt to purchase here Temor is a terrible liar and kicked us out for exposing his lies. He tried telling us that Kelly bluebook is outdated and does not include the inflation price when trying to negotiate on a vehicle due to my average credit state. When I proceeded to tell him my camry 2020 was updated on KBB he then told me it was because it was new and that the 2012 Camaro wasn t updated on KBB due to it being old. The listing on the website had stated the vehicle came with a tire changing kit and a few other items which were missing and he then said that it does not and they only copy and paste from the VIN number False advertising? When we proceeded to negotiate he told me if he he were to take off the final price then he would not get us the spare tire? That is just creating a new problem to worry about instead of negotiating off the regular price. Take your hard worked money elsewhere!

I search the car up on cargurus and went in to to test drive the car. I really loved the car and I told him I really liked the car and I will come back soon with everything because I was ready. The process took two days and I got into the car. Really good dealer ship if you are looking for a luxury car. 10/10 for me.

Full disclosure: This is the second car I have purchased from Prestige Certified Motors. My first experience was a great one. It was the first time I was going to finance car. Temor was patient and walked me through every step of the process. This experience was even better I knew exactly what I wanted and it was offered a fair price. I plan on returning in a few months to help my girlfriend purchase a car.

Each time they honored our appointment and Timor took the time to explain the possible solutions and the costs. We will continue to use them.

I purchased a high end car from this dealer. It was an excellent experience and they were professional and even stayed open after hours for me as I came down from NY. They had all the paperwork I needed to get home and I took the car that evening. An excellent experience overall and I would recommend anyone in the area looking for a car to work with them. This was a really good experience. Temor was knowledgeable about the process and even helped me keep my current license plate. Best of all, although we had cleaned out my car for trade-in, they found the wallet my husband had lost several months earlier. Although he had already replaced his license and cards, the wallet AND THE CASH were all returned. Very professional.

I went to look at a Mercedes Benz they had for sale. The two men I spoke with were very helpful with knowing about the car and was ready to make a deal unfortunately I found the car I was looking for and was the only reason I didn't buy the vehicle but I do recommend as a place to buy an automobile.

This is the third or fourth car I've bought in my lifetime, and my second Jeep, and it was one of the easiest processes I've been through. I wasn't looking for much, just a fun Jeep I could go out in on the weekends, and when I arrived the car was exactly as listed. A few more scratches than I expected, but it was a 10-year old Jeep. However, Temor even knocked off the price a bit while also throwing in a few extras! He worked with me on financing and wasn't the least bit upset that I found my own at much better rates than his partners could. My check tire light came on within a few weeks (which I wasn't surprised by - this happens a lot with Jeeps in weather changes), and they fixed it without charging. I have seen the bad reviews on other sites, but that just wasn't my experience at all. Temor was honest, thorough, flexible, responsive, and accommodating. I plan to take the Jeep back for any repairs and maintenance I need in the future.

I had a really good experience at Prestige Certified Motors. I wanted a different car but thought it would be too difficult while I still owed money on my current vehicle. Temor was able to put me in a car I was very happy with. With a relatively low out of pocket cost and no increase in my monthly payment I went from driving a Toyota to driving a BMW!

Amazing Amazing customer service and absolutely impressed with my 2014 Camry SE.
