BEWARE SHADY MECHANICThis auto shop failed my safety inspection due to bad rotors and brake lights. However, I knew nothing was wrong with either. Mechanic Zahid was unable to provide valid evidence to why he failed my safety inspection and simply pointed to my rear rotors and stated "See? Your rotors look bad." For those that don't know, a mechanic should only fail brakes for brake pad or rotor thickness. I told Zahid that the brakes and rotors were replaced recently but he was so committed to his scam that he replied, "oh yeah? I don't know what happened to your rotors then." He failed my brake lights because one bulb was different than the other. I immediately took my vehicle to another shop down the road and, unsurprising, passed. You can see the date timestamp in my pictures.Must have been real desperate to sell a brake job since it's the easiest and most profitable service for any autoshop. Hope the $17 was worth it.
