This is literally the first review I have ever written online and I'm doing it because Vic and the team at Mosaic Motors have been absolutely fantastic. They helped me navigate options after my engine overheated and my head gasket blew. I really appreciated that they didn't try to sell me parts or services I didn't need and they didn't charge me for things that they could have. Rare to find a place you can trust like this anymore. I'll be going back.

Mosaic Motors provides high quality service at fair prices. I usually only take my Jaguar to the dealership, but Mosaic Motors was highly recommended. From start to finish Vic and his team provided world class customer service. Vic kept me informed every step of the way and my service was completed on time for a fraction of the dealership cost. The technicians are highly skilled in servicing all makes and models, and the customer service cannot be beat. I will be back and I will refer my friends and colleagues. Thank you!

A while ago I had been having issues with the filter in my engine where you add oil and can change oil. It was to a point where I wasn t being consistent and the filter had leaked and destroyed my engine. Mosaic motors had done an amazing job in repairing my engine. But a few weeks ago I was having trouble figuring out how to add oil to my filter by myself and had to go into mosaic motors to assist me and John was amazing enough to walk me through the steps needed to make sure I was able to add oil to my car by myself. This place is amazing and I highly recommend.

By far the best customer service and responsiveness I have ever dealt with in a mechanic. If you call Vic, he will come to your driveway, pick up your car, call you with the estimate immediately, then fix the issue. He then delivers the car back. Whatever the issue is he usually jumps all over same day unless there is a part waiting.Vic has even driven my car to the dealership when there is something under warranty and delivered it back with no charge. Honest, responsive, thorough...things I am not used to in a mechanic. These guys are the best!

Above & beyond service on top of great prices!My battery was on its last legs, and Vic drove out to my car to jump start it. When we went to the shop, he & his team were able to quickly diagnose it as a dead/dying battery and replace it all in under an hour. Truly service you can only get from your local, friendly mechanics.I've gone to them for the last 6 months for my auto care needs, and they really help me understand what they see & options to fix it.I always leave feeling like I've made a good, informed decision on what's best for my car and the prices beat what I'd expect for equivalent services at other mechanics.If you're worried about getting scammed by mechanics, then worry not with Mosaic. They're amazing!

I'm honestly stunned at how good Vic and the team at Mosaic Motors are. The customer service, price, quality, and honesty are amazing. Mosaic Motors took our car in, diagnosed the problem, updated us throughout the repairs, and even delivered the car back to our driveway! You won't find better service, even for more money, anywhere.I'd give them more than five stars if I could. Thanks Vic!

I had the most amazing experience bringing in my car here. Vic was incredibly genuine and helpful. I was able to get what I needed done quickly without any issues. The cost was very fair and the owner ensured me if anything went over the quote he would let me know before doing anything. I really appreciated that.

Jon, Vic, and Warren are amazing. Honest mechanics. Highly recommend you take your car here for a second opinion. They saved me from a local Northern Virgnia chain, who tried to sell me on thousands of dollars of unneeded service. Jon and team were able to fix for a couple hundred bucks, and do it quickly. Mosaic Motors is a gem and a rare find. Take your car here. You are welcome.

Jongear, Vick, & Warren are a fantastic group to work with. Honest and highly experienced. My family takes all their cars there. And I personally only let them handle my vehicles, whether its my Z06, BMW or Mercedes. I wouldn't go anywhere else for anything vehicle related.

Mosiac Motors is one of the best mechanic shops in the Northern Virginia area. The customer service here is top notch and they are honest about what you need. Their honesty has saved me a lot of money over the years, especially since I bring both of my cars here. They won't sell me something I don't need and will always present me with all options. I highly recommend Mosiac Motors for anyone wanting to work with an honest and friendly shop.

I d been taking my low mileage 2017 WRX to the dealership as it was under warranty and then I just never researched an alternative. In September my battery suddenly died. The dealer said it was due to me leaving the trunk light on, which I know I didn t. Since the drain was my fault , I had to pay for a new battery. Two months later, my battery died again.Frustrated and not wanting to go back to the same place, I researched local mechanic shops and found Mosaic Motors - the only one with all 5 star reviews.From the first call, Vic was friendly, helpful, honest and most importantly, they could see me early the next day!The staff at Mosaic did a lot of research and tests and figured out that Subaru has a known Starlink parasitic drain and there was a simple fix. They took the time to figure out the puzzle that not even the Subaru service people could.Vic was great at communication through the process, very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. They went above and beyond to get me driving again and did not try to sell unnecessary services. Vic even reached out the following day to make sure everything was well with my car!This amazing small team really knows what they re doing and they have very fair prices. Would give 10 stars, if I could. 100% recommend!!

This is the best place to bring your car, Victor, John and the other gentleman they truly do help you and are incredibly honest with what they do and how they do it. Prices are extremely fair and they do anything in their power to help you out. My husband and I service both our vehicles here and we could not be more content!!

I'm new to Virginia and have been looking for a car service center. Hands down the best place Ive been to in my whole life. There was another dealer we went to who couldnt help us, but Mosaic was able to do so with efficiency. I want to thank Vic who helped us with nothing but kindness and generosity. I was so thankful this business is interested in helping people with a genuine heart. We will most definitely be coming back!!

I highly recommend this shop! John is the best. I brought my van in after being told by the dealer that it needed a major air conditioning repair, when all it needed was a small fix. Likewise, he worked miracles on our 23 year old jeep. Visited Mosaic Motors on referral from a friend and was not disappointed! Absolutely best possible experience I ve had with car repairs. Warren, Jon, and Vic were all extremely helpful, took the time to explain and show things to me, and gave me honest opinions and recommendations. They are knowledgeable and professional, and kept my safety top of mind without trying to upsell me. I won t go anywhere else! 100% recommend visiting Mosaic!

I was referred by a friend of mine to check them out for my G63 AMG. I understand from a consumer perspective, it is difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust. You are always skeptical in bringing your high-end vehicle to an independent shop compared to a dealer. These guys are very detail oriented, they looked through my vehicle and was very transparent with every single detail. I waited at the shop for my big maintenance job. I had the oil changed, replaced spark plugs, transmission and differential fluids changed, while they were working on the car, they grabbed me to check out the old oil, and the old spark plugs. So instead of just handing me a piece of paper stating this and this needed to be replaced, they actually showed me and pulled it out in front of me. This kind of personal touch, you won't find in most mechanic shops. This is why I highly recommend you guys to at least give them a try. I trust Warren and Jon with my G Wagon.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

Warren is an honest, skilled, trustworthy, and friendly mechanic who charges reasonable prices for the incredible work he does on ALL of my cars (including family and friends). This is almost impossible to find in this area so I m thankful for him and Mosaic Motors! Their customer service is top notch and I always feel confident pulling my cars away from their shop.

This shop is the one! They were transparent and thorough about what needed to be fixed and how much the total cost would be. No surprises. If you are looking for a well-priced, trustworthy, and friendly repair shop, I would strongly recommend Mosaic Motors. I can not be happier with the service I received from Warren and Vic. My engine started shaking the day before I was supposed to move out of my place. The issue persisted despite my attempts to self diagnose (changed spark plugs, tested ignition coils, etc.), so the guys at Advanced Auto down the street recommended Mosaic Auto, and I'm so glad I chose them. Vic was extremely friendly, and Jongear was very knowledgeable and efficient. Got my car back within a couple of hours. They charged me a reasonable price for their work and even gave me a mini lesson on how they diagnose the particular issue I experienced. I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

I just bought a car, and wanted to make the oil change, it was damaged and was gonna be more than 1200$.But they saved me all that amount for a cheapest price, they are the best, professionals, kind and very polite with your car and with every client, the place has the best vibes to feel confortable.I just love that place, I'll be there all the time to fix any problem of my car.

I ve serviced my vehicles with Mosaic Motors for the last few years. The manager, Vic, has bent over backwards to accommodate our busy schedules time and time again, wether with an emergency or for regular service. He and his team are honest and price all work fairly. I never feel I am being gouged on pricing or that unneeded service is being recommended.I have referred him to many family and friends and will continue to do so as, until I found Mosaic Motors, a trustworthy mechanic has been so hard to find!

The best auto shop I ve ever been to! They deserve 100 stars. They just so happen to be very close to my work and I went to them one day to fix a flat tire and have been to them for every issue since. They have reasonable prices, explain things in detail to me, call me before doing anything that will add to my expected bill which I appreciate so much. They have excellent customer service! My car was so bad noise coming. I came to this mechanic shop. It was after 6 pm. Even that, the guys helped me a lot. They found the issue and quickly fixed it. Thanks guys!
