I've been coming here since 2018. Tu is honest and not out to get your money. He is a great mechanic. Would highly recommend this shop

Went in around 5:45pm with a sidewall puncture. They didn t offer to patch it (because you can t had another place offer that and it s a total scam to do it! I loved that they were honest with me here). He couldn t fit me in today but didn t want my tire to declare overnight and damage the rim. He sent me to another place down the road just to be sure I could get it done. Loved the reviews and I ll definitely be back!

Diagnosed an issue within minutes after a dealership gave us the runaround. Let us know what the issue was and how to fix it ourselves, and didn't charge a dime. Extremely honest, straight forward, and knowledgeable.

This was my go-to mechanic for years cuz of the prices and honesty, until the prices started going up and the wait times became too long due to all the business he has now. Now I have to look for another trusty mechanic if I don't want to wait too long. He has fixed most of my car problems over the years. Prices are a bit pricey now compared to others.

My local shop failed me for inspection and wanted $4,000 in repairs for a car only worth $3,000. I took it to this place on my father's recommendation. They told me the other shop was way out of line and none of the repairs were actually necessary except one, which could be a small repair instead of a full replacement of the part. I don't plan on taking my car anywhere else in the future, I trust this place to be honest with me and not to screw me with unnecessary repairs just to make extra money.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

The owners "seemed" nice but I'm not sure if they were being dishonest or just extremely careless. Went there because my car had a screeching noise that sounded like worn brake pads and they were the closest in the area. They checked and said my brake pads were fine but I needed to change my suspensions. I changed them there, the price was very fair, but the noise was still there, so either they were hearing a different noise or they just wanted me to change my suspensions for some other reason. So I went there the second time to check brake pads, they checked and told me it was just metal brake dust and would go away with some driving. I believed them and kept driving for a month or so, but the noise got worse so I went to another car repair place to check, where they showed me one of the pads was so thin had already damaged the rotor so I need to change the rotor too. Anyways I'm not sending my car there again.

Excellent service, fast and reasonable price. They were so nice, they dropped me at work and picked me up after they serviced my car. I had informed them I was travelling and they made sure the work was completed on time for my trip.

My car broke down and this was the closest shop..I was very pleased with the quality of work (my boyfriend commented "what did they do, put magic powder in your car?"). Felt great to drive and I was really please with the price of service.FYI - it wasn't super quick (took a few days, I'm not sure how long it normally would have taken).

Mr. Du is a very honest person. My car had a check engine light. The code indicates big vacuum leak. Mr. Du performed smoke test for me and found the leak. He told me it is a simple fix and I can fix it by myself if I cannot wait for him to order parts and get delivered. He even gave me instructions on part name to order and where to locate it under the hood. He did not charge me a nickle. I picked up the part in auto parts store and replaced it in my car the same day. it has been 3 weeks now, and the check engine light did not show up again. Mr. Du earned my trust and I will definitely go to his shop if needed in the future.

These people are incapable of diagnosing engine trouble. They claimed my car was ready for a road trip but it broke down after 1000 miles with the same exact problem I took it here to be repaired for. It's a common problem and they were unable to fix it right. Now I am racking up hundreds of dollars in hotel bills while I'm stuck in a small town in middle america where all the mechanics are busy because it's a holiday week. The car cut out while I was doing 70mph on a major freeway and it put my life in danger.i will sue these people to recover my losses.

Mr. Du is very professional and honest. My car has lots of water on the passage side. Mr. Du took some time and find where is water blocked. The charging is very reasonable and he won't replace parts which doesn't need to repair.

I don't believe the other guy's story below. Last time my dealer disconnected the wire for my lights and asked for ridiculous replacement $$$, Mr. Du just connected them and asked me to redo the safety inspection with everything passed. Very honest and trustworthy!

Great business! Can fix anything at a very fast rate and has very reasonable prices I would always come here first before going to other places. The owner is very kind and understandable of the situation and will always help in anyway possible.

I ve used Merrifield Auto for a few repairs (including replacing the timing belt in my Subaru Forester) and an inspection. They are always quick, responsive, and very fairly priced!I ve recommended Merrifield Auto to friends & plan on coming here if I need auto work in the future that I can t do myself.

Du is NOT honest, NOT responsible. I left my car at his store for a week. Every time I called him, I got the same answer "too busy, call me tomorrow". The 5th answer was a different one, "engine broken, cost ABOUT $900". Unfortunately, it was a lie. I got my car repaired at the dealer for $400 and it was not the problem of the engine at all. NEVER get your car repaired here if you don't know much about cars. Be CAREFUL when you get an approximate quote from Du. You'll get ripped off. !

I wouldn't recommend anyone repairing your car here. Their fee is relatively fair in the industry, but their service waiting period is too long. I visited there three times and in the first two times Du always said come here next time. There is no customer experience at all.

Went for AC repair. Charged me $130 for just a charge without diagnosis. System was overcharged and made it run worse. $130 wasted for nothing.
