Mr. Kevin, who runs the auto repair shop, is one of the most honest and genuinely caring master mechanic that I have ever met. He will tell you exactly what is needed and what should be fixed and not fixed. I have observed how he treats his customers when they show up unannounced and he would go out of his way to assist. He would respond to text to schedule an appointment. He and his team are extremely busy so as long as you are not in a hurry, this is the best auto repair shop in the DMV. So grateful that we are able to find out about this place for our car cares.

I got a flat tire on 495 due to road debris. I was able to make it to the next exit and then pull into the shell station that houses this auto body shop. They were able to help me immediately- patched my tire and had me out of there in 20 minutes for a great price. If I lived closer, they would be my regular mechanic.

Great service, prices are good, very friendly.They spent a couple of extra hours trying to diagnose my vehicle tire censors (System issues, probably have to take it to dealer to fix).I'll be bringing my car back for other maintenance work.Side note:While I was waiting there was a guy who purchased the air pump service from the machine outside - the machine turned off after one tire, so he stepped inside to ask them about it. They gave him their air pump to use without charge - major props for the act of kindness.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Once again, Kevin performs excellent service. He went above and beyond to repair my 2002 Ford F-150 truck. It wouldn't pass emissions and he did whatever it took to make sure it passed. He is very fair with his pricing as well and only did what was required. I recommend him to all.

Fantastic service. Kevin did timing belt replacement, front suspension replacement and replaced front brake pads today. I had asked where I usually take my car about rattling coming from the front of the vehicle and a loud clicking sound the engine made, and they had said there was no problem. Kevin diagnosed the issues right away and did it all in a day and even took the time to fix a little part of the front windshield trim that was loose as I was leaving (I'd forgotten to mention that when I dropped off). Fast, professional service. Our Honda Pilot drives and sounds like new!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair

Had an accident driving through V.A.and had to get on the road as soon as possible. Kevin drove to where my car was at to look at it and immediately ordered the needed parts. Despite having a busy shop he stayed in contact with me and sent me pictures of the repair process. Although the amount of work was more than he anticipated he stuck to his original estimation and had the job done within 24 hours. Really grateful to the universe that I chanced upon such an honest and competent mechanic.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I always bring my car to Kevin when it needs some work. He is a trustworthy and talented mechanic. It was a relief to find a reliable auto shop after I moved to the area. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Master Auto.

Kevin took fantastic care of me and my '04 Trailblazer! He provided immediate and detailed estimates, and got my car done FAST! He was able to get the required parts immediately (no ordering and waiting for several days!). He kept in regular contact with me and even sent videos and pictures of what he was doing (I was out of town). I went to Kevin based on all the great reviews and was NOT disappointed! If I need work done again, I'm going back to Master Auto Care!

Kevin and the mechanics at Master Auto Care are the best I've found in the area. They're honest, proficient and communicate with you in detail. The pricing is fair and I have no doubts they'll stand behind their work. I like to do small jobs myself, but go here if something is bigger than I can handle or if time doesn't allow me the luxury of doing it myself. I have gone to them multiple times and have sent others there all with positive experiences. Recently I took my truck there and I didn't get the work done from them because the transmission needed to be rebuilt and there are specialty shops for that. Kevin kindly and patiently worked with me to allow for a smooth transfer of the truck to the other shop, he certainly could have washed his hands of it but did not. Really shows he cares about his customers and his relationships!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Best shop ever, been going here for years. Friendly & FastI've been coming to this mechanic for quite some time. They have an excellent staff and they do great work. Everything gets fixed right the first time and it's really affordable. They usually get you in and out really quick especially if you set an appointment.These guys were able to assess everything that was wrong with my car, gave me a great price to get the issues fixed, and within a few days, I picked my car up, and it was running as if it was a brand new model. I have come back for other things to be inspected/fixed, as my Prius is getting up there in age and mileage, and I come here because I trust these guys, more than I trust any car dealership out there. These guys are true professionals, they are credible, they care about their craft and their customers. Highly recommended They are honest and they will give you truthful diagnoses of other problems with your car without fooling you into thinking it has to be fixed today. They let you know if it's urgent or not so you can budget and plan accordingly. That's rare I'm the auto repair industry these days. Check them out!Literally a hidden jewelry!

Kevin seemed like a great guy, but one of his shifty crew members decided to steal about $5 of spare change I had sitting in my center console. That's enough for me not to trust that shop anymore.

Kevin is the fairest and most honest man in the industry. His prices are upfront, accurate, and fair. If a part is being replaced/repaired, he will show you the old part. He is quick repairing my vehicle. I've taken my 2010 Ford Escape to him to get my brakes, drive belt, trunk hatch, muffler, and strut assembly replaced, and transmission oil, engine oil changed.

This is hands down the best mechanic in Northern Virginia. Kevin is honest, exceptionally skilled, and you can always trust him to get the job done. My entire family has been coming here for the last decade anytime we need any mechanical work done on our vehicles.

Kevin is an honest and skilled mechanic. He did an excellent job showing me my car's issues to make me comfortable he was repairing an actual problem and not just something to charge me more. After the repair was done he even showed me the old parts so that I knew they were actually replaced. He also quoted a very fair price, did not try to to up sell anything, did the work quickly, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. Service like this is rare, therefore I highly recommend this shop.

I have taken my Toyota Camry and Toyota Sienna to Master Auto Care for repair. Kevin is very responsive and his price is very reasonable. It is between 1/3 to 1/2 cheaper than the dealer. I like that his shop looks clean and his mechanics are in uniform. The only downside is his shop is a bit far from my house. I highly recommend Master Auto Care for your automotive service.

I can honestly say this is the best car repair/maintenance shop around the area. I always go to this place for an oil change and the owner lets me know about the lifetime warranties I had on certain car part so I can go to the Honda dealer to get it replaced for free.He does the best work for the best price and knows the optimal performance/price. Over the last 5 years I had a car, anything he say, I trust. He shows me where he gets the parts, orders them in front of me, shows me all of my old parts, tell me all the problems I had. You know you are in good hands.

Kevin is really good, and very fair. He goes out of his way to let me know what he is doing. I trust him 100%...which is huge when it comes to car repair. 5 stars. I take all 3 of my cars to him for everything. My kids drive these cars, and I trust him to keep the cars safe and running good. He will text me pics and videos to let me know what work he is doing. This is the best auto repair I have ever had. I wish i could rate him 6 stars. I urge you to go to Master Auto and talk to Kevin if you needs any work done. Keep up the good work!!

THE MOST TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC.He is most trustworthy period and he will NOT over charge you AT ALL. He is honest and this is must go place. Kevin (owner) is very smart and knows way around any car and knows where the problem is and how to fix it. His price is fair, accurate and fast. Very good mechanic!11/10!

Great mechanics shop, I was recommended by a friend here, I needed break pads, break disc rotors replaced. I was surprised by the price they offered on parts/labor. I was quoted much more by dealerships and other known mechanic shops in the area.The owner Kevin seemed nice, communicated with me via text. Along with other reviews, the word "honest" came up a lot, that word comes along way nowadays in the mechanics business.

Master Auto care has consistently provided honest, reliable service. The last time i took my jeep to Kevin, it had to be towed to the shop and was done on a Saturday with no notice. Master Auto quickly identified the problem, provided me the details of the quote and pictures of the problem. I was able to pick up my vehicle Monday before lunch. Great service, and an honest business!

Kevin is the finest and most honest Mechanic I know! I highly recommend you bring your vehicles only to him. He is informative and his crew is terrific. Other mechanics' in the past quoted me an outrageous amount to fix what was a small problem. You will be so pleased that you let him work on your vehicle!

The best place to take your vehicle. Kevin is honest and a master at diagnostic and repair. If a repair is not necessary he will let you know. I have saved so much money since I started bringing my car to him. The name of his business is perfect. Don t have you car serviced anywhere else.

I am so grateful my friend recommended Kevin. He s honest, competent, skillful . My car is better than ever. He doesn t over charge. On top of that, I didn t realize that my car was overdue for inspection. He dropped it off to the gas station to get it done. Save this busy mama a trip. Thanks so much for your kindness.

Went in to get my vehicle checked due to a funny noise when turning my steering wheel. Kevin, was extremely friendly and was very informative.After he and his team inspected my vehicle he came to me and took the time to explain what all of my issues were, made sure to ask me if I was okay with pricing, patiently showed me all the costs on the screen in his office and fixed everything that morning.

I usually know a lot of Auto Care around the area. I decided to try Master for a brake job. Overall, I'm glad I did because Kevin was professional and friendly along with his mechanics, provided me what I needed with my car. He made sure everything was right and on point. I would highly recommend this place. Will be coming back for a regular oil change and maintenance!

This shop is amazing. I wish I had found it a long time ago. We don't go anywhere else now. They always go the extra mile to provide superior service. I took my truck in for repairs and they fixed my rear view mirror I couldn't get to stick as a bonus (no charge). I didn't ask them to do it. They saw it sitting on the floor and did it. Just got my truck back with a new A/C compressor today. They flushed the heater core (no charge) as an added bonus. Excellent prices and honest advice.

It's hard to find good trustworthy mechanics nowadays, but Master Auto Care fits both those catagories and more. I've been here a few times and they always do a great job and they give a reasonable price. They never tell you to get work done that is unnessesary and even once told me how to fix something myself if I wanted to save some money. Great people, great business. I recommend everyone and anyone to bring your car here.
