Working with John was an excellent experience. I was in a hurry and needed a car that day. John went above and beyond his normal responsibilities to make sure was on the road that evening with my vehicle. My issue became our issue as I needed to leave with a promise to return and waited for me until late in the evening to finalize my paperwork and I drive home in my new ride! The service was excellent!! A truly awesome car buying experience!

No car deal is ever 100% perfect so that's why 4 stars. But no major issues. Bought a 2021 VW ID4 Pro S AWD remotely via text/phone/email. But there was some good old fashioned paperwork involved. Did this over the holidays so there were a few delays with overnight delivery of paperwork. In the end, everything worked out well. The pricing was more than fair. Very little haggling. The icing on the cake was that Koons had the car delivered to us in SC at no cost (plus they took care of registration and licensing in SC). The car had a few very minor scratches that weren't in the online pictures, but not a deal breaker. Thank you Serdar and Shant for making this happen. LOVE the car and going EV!

I drove them crazy but they help me. I can now laugh about it. They are very understanding and yes I am a grown brat and I feel they can handle anything especially like me. So thank y all very much I love my new car.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.. For the longest I was searching for a nice Lexus and I had came across the perfect one on their website so I decided to go check it out. I was helped out by the sales person named Pouya Fanaeian (worst sales person ever). While taking a look at the car I noticed some scratches all over the vehicle which then I asked Pouya if they were able to take these off or else I would not be interested in buying the car ( scratches were noticeable.) He then told me he could set up an appointment to have them removed because they could come off easily. Since he had said that, we went ahead and started paperwork. When we finalized paperwork, you would think your sales person is supposed to give you the keys to your new car and congratulate you.. But we got NOTHING. He was no where to be found and I understand it was close to their closing time but still... I had to wait until the next day to pick the car up. A few days went by and I had tried to set up the appointment to have the scratches on my car removed but reaching him was impossible. I had to make an appointment at Koons ford service which is technically the same dealer. I went in one day just for them to tell me that they do not do that service there. I wasted my time going in there for nothing. After that, I had to ask the front desk lady to get me in touch with my sales person. In the end, I made an appointment with him and I dropped off my CLEAN car with him to get work done. Then next day I go in to pick it up and I find my car completely covered in dust, rubbing compound all over the car, white paint on my front windshield, and more scratches on my car that were not there before! I told him about my concerns and he replied with " I'm sorry I'm just a sales person not a body man" LIKE?? You're supposed to be the expert here NOT me. Luckily I used to work in a body shop and know how things are supposed to be done correctly. Next day I went back to this shop to talk to the manager. I showed him and told him everything and all he could offer me was a carwash... not even an apology for bad customer service or anything. DO NOT COME HERE! Choose any other dealer just don't come here ! They sell cars that are NOT in perfect condition like their website says. Now I'm stuck dealing with these people until I finish paying off this car and spending MORE money fixing the "work" these people did. Absolutely terrible

I car shopped for months before I found my perfect match at Koons in Falls Church. The sales team was AMAZING! They reached out to me to set up a time to come see the car and it was ready when I arrived! Aurora Meiers did an outstanding job answering my questions about the car, and she was not pushy like most car salespeople. I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from Koons! Beautiful cars and excellent service!

I had the pleasure of working with John Evans and he went above and beyond for me when I worked with him. I went in to test drive a similar vehicle to the one I purchased but it was not ready to be driven so he went to get this car for me to test drive. Since the wait time was longer than normal at the financing location he offered to get us snacks and something to drink which is going above and beyond his call of service. All around just a very nice person and very easy to get along with. I want to thank him for making this experience more enjoyable!

Our experience with Koons was a roller coaster of emotions. My wife and I drove about 4 hours to pick up our vehicle, the first impression from the car is that we saw online to the one we saw in person is that Koons does a terrific job in hiding the cosmetics flaws on the pictures they post online, there were many scratches that we were not aware that the vehicle had(1). Our sales person Benjamin, let us test drive the vehicle by ourselves, so we didn t receive much information about the features of the car, it was more like a go ahead and figure out it on your own. We really like the car that s why we decided to purchase the vehicle despite the cosmetic damage that it had.When Benjamin took us to the finance office we faced a situation where we almost felt obligated to purchase their add ons, they make it seem as is very necessary when in reality is not. Also, they really push you to purchase their warranties(2).As soon as we left the dealership two signs on the dashboard light up, we contacted the salesperson Benjamin and we were told that it might be due to the weather, and if the lights were still there after 2-3 we should contact him. We contacted him after 3 days and every single day after that, we receive NO help, we talked to the manager and still didn t offer any help. Is been more than a week since we tried to contact Benajamin, he left us on read in multiple occasions, I tried too many times without any luck, he said that he is busy, but common it shouldn t take much time to figure out how to assist your costumers currently still waiting PLEASE SEE ATTACHED IMAGES, so you have a more clear idea of their poor costumer serviceThey will have excellent communication when trying to sell you the vehicle.Once you purchase the vehicle they are like Houdini, they disappear.Overall WORSE costumer service that we ever had.

I will post a detailed review of this place after I finish resolving the sunroof issue I've been dealing with over the last 4 weeks. Issue which started 4 days after I purchased my 2016 Kia Sorento with under 35k miles.Car issues started as mentioned before 4 days after I purchased my car. Sunroof opened and wouldn't close. Took the car back they said it was electrical and sent me to Kia, went to Kia and they said it was poor maintenance nothing electrical send me back to Koons. Koons kept the car gave me a rental and "fixed the problem". Then I see a charge on my credit card from Hertz car rental. When I contacted them, they said that Koons never paid them so they used the credit card on file which I used for the deposit to get their money. I contacted Koons, once again back and forth and it's been a year. Never got my money back. 6 months after purchasing my car only 48 hours after getting an oil change and everything inspected for my trip out of state. I drive 1200 miles and my engine DIED. Car was stuck in Florida for 6 weeks. Koons kept telling me they would call me back and no one would. I kept calling it was a bit of a back and forth and at the end they said that they had nothing to do with it to contact Kia because it was still under factory warranty. Kia agreed to pay and took care of my rental for 6 weeks (took a while because of the back and forth getting things approved before ordering the engine that went to Florida from California. After 4 weeks my car was ready and I had to find someone to drive it up to VA. 11 months after that I stopped by a deli to pick up a sandwich. When I returned to my car, it wouldn't turn on. I called roadside assistance and they confirmed my fear that it wasn't the battery. Car got towed again to a Kia dealership and this time it was the starter. So one week with a rental but Kia took care of it. I honestly regret getting the car from Koons.

I had a great experience at Koons. My salesperson Aaron Coston was knowledgable and friendly and a pleasure to work with. The manager on the outlet side Anthony was fantastic as well - helpful and forthcoming. Financing was as pleasurable as financing could be ;) We left in a very nice SUV that my children can now destroy with stunning efficiency.

Andreii is the funniest finance manager I ve ever worked with. My friend bought a car here and the team was incredible. Paul Diberardino was extremely friendly, informative, and efficient. Ali was a very reasonable man and helpful to work with. Andreii took the whole experience home. I ve been in the car buying situation many, many times with friends and family members and these guys are awesome.

The team I worked with was really great, I knew going in that I was likely to buy the vehicle and they did their best to move me through the process quickly. I was also very impressed with how much information the finance manager, Dean provided me with. He really helped me make the best decision for my specific circumstance. My sales representative Ibrahima was also great, had such a good attitude and I did not feel pressured by him like some car salespeople can be.

Our sales rep, Yaseen, was great! I had asked some questions about the used vehicle before my wife and I came for the test drive, and he had the answers for me when we arrived. We did the test drive and we decided to buy the car. Since my wife and I had another appointment to get to, we requested that we move the paperwork quickly. Yaseen and I negotiated the price in about 5 to 10 minutes. Then it was on to the finance office. We wanted to pay cash for the car, but still had to go through the process of having our credit checked!?!? We told the finance guy that we had to be somewhere soon, so we'd like to skip all that since we weren't going to finance the vehicle. Apparently the situation regarding our other event had not been related to the finance person. He called the sales manager into the office and asked what was going on. He said "They keep saying 'We gotta be somewhere, we gotta be somewhere,'" basically mocking us while we were sitting right in front of him. But the process is the process, and it only takes "a few minutes," so we had to go through it. Of course, a few minutes is really 30 minutes, so after a half hour we were able to put down our deposit and head out, having made an appointment to come back with a check for the remainder and pick up the vehicle the next day.The pickup went smoothly. The car was very clean. All the reps were very friendly and helpful. However, on the drive home I noticed that the windshield had a small crack. When I got home, I called the dealership about it, and they had their glass company call me. They will repair the windshield tomorrow,which is pretty quick service.

I had a phenomenal experience with my sales associate Curtis. He was welcoming, professional, and treated me as an equal. I fully appreciated his transparency and desire to lay out all information without pushing me to make a decision. I was however less than impressed with the finance department (hence the loss of star). They were rushed, explained very little, and it felt like I was quickly being trapped into a deal without fully understanding what I was signing up for.

I found just what I wanted in your online listings and they let me take it out for a test drive right after we showed up that afternoon. It was beautiful! Then your finance team helped me get through the paperwork quickly and we left in my new car to get home in time for dinner.

Daniel was the best EVER. He did everything he said he would, had the truck looking amazing... and EVEN came in to meet us on the morning of his day off!! We would love to buy an F Series truck again with him. Latina and Brittany in the offices were SO helpful and on the ball. I cannot say enough praise for their help.We only wish we could say the same about the finance dept/Joe M... His lack of attention or help to us made making some changes and getting our state registration and extra temp tags... a huge headache. For a month (!) after we drove away!He is the reason for only 4 stars...

In today�s day is very hard to purchase a new car, and a used car with the prices so unstable and the interest rates up the sky, is very though for a first time buyer. I decided that even all that I would purchase my first car in USA, I did my research about dealers. I choose Koons because of the wide variety of dealerships and the thick back bone in the industry. But when I arrive to Koons Used Car Outlet everything went above and beyon; Aaron was the first gentleman to take me in, polite, smart and decided to assist; he showed me the cars just in my budget, he listened to my expectations and took me for a ride in two of the cars I eye on. At my return the manager Anthony was caring and involved, not for the sake of selling but for the fact of knowing what I was going through. The next day I came back decided of what I saw and this time a very nice lady Ayah took care of me. All together the team of Koons Used Car Outlet helped me to land my first car in USA, Yusuf the finance manager took care of listening my needs and my story and converted that into numbers and got me an amazing rate with amazing benefits. I am very thankful for the outcome and not just for that but for the very human and close attention that all the team had with me. This was a literally AAA service from the team.

Sales staff were professional and direct, allowed me to take my time when I needed and were very helpful with my overall experience. I traded in a vehicle that was registered in another state and they were extremely helpful in getting my title transfered. The sales rep I worked with was Anthony Walker and he was very enjoyable to work with on purchasing a vehicle. Even on a very busy day for them they valued my time and worked diligently.

I just bought my first car here and had a wonderful experience. Luke immediately helped me and was very attentive to the type of car I was looking for. I am very pleased with the customer service. Luke made the process of buying my Toyota effortless and always made sure to answer any questions and help me with any issues. Even after I bought the car Luke continued to help me and responded to all my questions super fast. Overall this was a great first experience and I truly felt that I was in the right hands.
