Cannot say enough nice things about the IM Autohaus group. Everyone there is very knowledgeable, responsive, professional and attentive. I started taking my Volvo XC90 in there once it was out of the factory warranty and I couldn't be happier with my decision. Every time we take it in for service, they hand wash the car and the total experience is always a 10/10. Thank you for being a great local business who I can always trust.

I brought my 2003 Saab sedan in for my annual oil change and look-over in late March. The oil change took less than 45 minutes and the inspection revealed no mechanical problems requiring repairs. So I was very pleased with the service experience.

I love these people. I bought a great, clean, low miles Subaru, and they went above and beyond to make sure it was a good car, even making a needed repair they caught after I had bought the car! I can t say enough good things about this company.

I'm always charged a reasonable price. They are all knowledgeable, efficient, & helpful. Their customer service is absolutely impeccable. It's always such a pleasant experience every time I go and I've been going for 6+ years. I love the dogs & cats too!

I love Richard and his team. They've saved my Saab on a few occasions and saved me around $1k on my latest visit with an alternative workaround that feels very solid. I thought my 9-3 engine was a goner but David is a wizard! If your car breaks down within 100 miles of Falls Church, I wouldn't hesitate to have it towed here and have them work on it.

Highly recommend!! My vehicle was in a collison as a result from a recent snow. IM auto accepted my car the same day that I called and started working on it the following day. They communicated with both myself and my insurance company in a very timely manner and had my vehicle back to me in a weeks time!Excelent service!!Thank you IM Autohaus for helping me and making this process seamless!

I am glad that a friend of mine recommended I call IM Autohaus.They could have proposed a more expensive solution -- but they didn't. ....My car now looks like new.I would definitely recommend IM Autohaus to anyone. They deliver solid workmanship, they are trustworthy, and have a great team of devoted people.

We've been doing business with IM Autohaus for almost 25 years. We bought a '92 Saab from them in 1998 and it was a wonderful car. More recently, we took a 2008 Saab in for repairs after a fender bender and the car came back to us looking brand new. Highly recommend this place!

I was browsing online for a vehicle for my oldest granddaughter. Came across this site advertising this amazing little vehicle. I knew I wanted to test drive and most likely buy it, but my 93yr old moms health declined suddenly and I had to postpone my 2 hr trip to dealership by a week. The owner did not request a holding deposit, said no worries, you take care of your mom, I'll hold the car for you when you can make it up here. Who does that kind of service anymore?! The car was great. I was in and out of the dealership in 1 hour! Was able to avoid some of the traffic on 95. If I ever need another used vehicle I will definitely be contacting Bryan. Btw...his sister handled the paperwork and was so very kind and efficient. Had a precious doggie named Bojangles to entertain me which was a plus.

I have zero issues with this dealer. Bryan sold me my 2005 Subaru Forester XT and its a great car I've had no issues. Bryan kept it real with me I didn't feel like he was Bsing me. Told me all the issues with the car when I asked, when I heard a sound in the steering column in the car he had it looked into immediately. Bryan was very helpful in explaining all the ins and outs when it came to me registering my car in Washington dc. This was a very pleasant car buying experience. Maria was also very helpful when it came to me having questions with my title.

I wouldn't bring my car anywhere other than IM Autohaus. They are experts at solving problems and servicing German automobiles. Online scheduling is a breeze and the team is personable and knowledgeable.

They know Saab. Their work has been good every time I have been there. My 1999 9-5 wagon is still on the road and may be the best car I own.

Brought my reasonably well-maintained but shabby Saab 9-3 to IM Autohaus because I was looking for a Saab specialist shop where I could address any underlying mechanical issues and refresh its look. Richard and the team at IM Autohaus have far exceeded my hopes for this car. They were able to secure parts that I thought went extinct with the brand and, in a couple cases, at a lower cost than I would have paid over a decade ago when Saab was still a going concern. They really know these cars and won't waste your time or money guessing. They'll tell you what the car needs and what can wait. And, their body shop does outstanding work! Richard patiently worked with me on a plan for addressing all my concerns and the cost of it all was significantly lower than I anticipated. I'm convinced that it all comes back to knowing and appreciating the cars they work on. This is your one stop for mechanical and cosmetic issues on these increasingly rare vehicles.

I brought my 2005 Caddy in for some significant body work that was the result of a hit and run. Richard, from the start, was up front, honest and kept me fully informed. My car was finished on time and looks like a new 2005! I would recommend IM Autohouse to anyone looking for an excellent auto body shop..

Best in the Mid-Atlantic Region for what they do. Straightforward and honest with good taste and genuine care for their cars. You know what you're buying; no games. I was lucky enough to see the Saab that I've wanted for years the day that they posted it. They had a line of other buyers, but reached out to me as soon as the car was ready to make a decision, which I really liked. I also felt like I was supporting Saab when I bought from them, especially when interacting with their small army of Saab specialists. Knowing that their Saab mechanics took a close look made me confident in the purchase. It's also nice to know that they know the car well when I take it in for service in the future.

Comfortable lobby, coffee available, clean bathroom. Informative, interesting pictures and charts on the wall about the history of Saab. Most of all, honest staff. If you don t really need it done, they won t tell you that you do just to make extra money. Thanks IM Autohaus.

I worked with Bryan and Maria in the sales department to purchase a 2007 Saab 9-3. I was in and out in less than an hour, they even made a couple simple repairs on some things I found on my test drive and provided a free second key since the car only came with one. They worked with me on the price and I am extremely happy with my overall experience. Considering the previous owner of this car was a service customer of theirs, I can tell that they do great maintenance work as well. I could no be happier and would strongly recommend IM Autohaus.

My college kid was in the market to replace her Jetta and stumbled across a GLI posted by IM Autohaus on TrueCar and fell in love with it. Having never bought a used car, I was seriously apprehensive about the experience. Who can say they really "enjoy" car shopping?The experience of buying this car from IM Autohaus was the best I've ever had. No pressure, no last minute tricks or gimmicks. All of the folks there were fantastic to deal with. They are a small business that is run by "car people" - it's plainly obvious that they are serious about selling a quality used car over pushing volume.I don't even care all that much for the car brands they service and sell, but if I'm ever the market for a used car again, I'm looking to them first.

Brian, Maria, and the rest of the team at IM Autohaus are friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to work with you to get the right vehicle at the right price. I bought a Subaru Outback from them in the spring and they gave me a fantastic deal. Plus they helped with maintenance prior to a long road trip. Highly recommend.

Took my Saab in for an airbag recall and the staff at IM Autohaus were great. They quickly replaced the parts, identified a couple of other things that I should be aware of (brakes, minor leak, etc). They didn't pressure me to get repairs done, they explained the issues and even gave the car a quick wash. The waiting area was clean and well maintained with a TV and lots of magazines. The restroom was also clean. If I didn't live 90 minutes away I would go to these guys for all my car needs!

Since moving to Virginia, I have been searching for an honest, reliable and trust worthy shop, and I ve finally found it. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my car and gave me cost-conscious solutions. My car was repaired in a timely manner and thanks to them is running great. IM Autohaus has fair pricing and great customer service. I will be a customer for life.

I found IM AutoHaus due to unforeseen complications at my prior garage. I could not be any happier! When you start out with a new mechanic, you can have insecurities, concerns and trust issues. Since I was a first time customer, they did a quick assessment of my SAAB 9-3 ARC Convertible and found a major safety issue that needed immediate attention. Without this service, my engine could have seized and I would no longer be able to enjoy a car that I have loved for so many years. I am BEYOND THRILLED as now my SAAB runs more efficiently, smoother and quieter. I originally went in to get the convertible top looked at and came out not only with the top working but a feeling of safety and now trust in this office. Richard helped me initially however Bailey checked me out. I am so pleased to have found my next SAAB dealer and I trust them to do everything in their power to keep me informed so that I may continue to enjoy this series of car that is no longer being manufactured. We had a very positive experience buying a used Saab through Bryan. He was responsive and attentive and his style was straightforward with a minimal amount of "selling."There were a few unexpected issues (on the service side - car preparation) but Bryan was very fair and followed up as promised to help resolve them. IM Autohaus is fantastic. Their staff provides great customer service for both routine maintenance and bigger issues. I have a SAAB 9-3 and I know there is no one more knowledgeable in the surrounding area than these guys. They are not cheap, but they are not overpriced either. I would call it reasonably priced. And I feel like they always give suitable options when they can to minimize the financial impacts of various major and minor auto repairs. I have been a repeat customer of theirs for 10 years and will continue to be.
