A very disturbing individual tried to my car while the permit was displayed. All my neighbors came out asking him to put my car down. He started cussing everyone even attempting to fight an old man. He attempted to run over one of my neighbors and even tried to hit my car as he was taking off.This kind of individual should not work in this environment. I will make sure to spread this information. No one should use their services.

This company is a prime example of a monopoly whose only goal is to get money at any cost. They lied to me multiple times and failed to honor a towing contract where the person who was parked in an "OWNED" covered spot had been warned not to park there and kindly had been allowed to move his car the previous day (his GF lived there and he had been parking there for a while after stalking the spot that was empty while moving). The tow truck literally arrived after the movers and everyone had just left at least 6 hours later than promised the next day when of course the same bo_ty call was there parked in the "OWNED" spot once again! The driver had no idea what he was doing and had to put the car back on many times. Probably had some kind of agreement with the person and was trying to put their car back since that person has been parking in multiple spots I can promise his side h_ does not own. The company had also made sure to state that if the person caught the car it could not be towed...interesting that was brought to my attention and they took forever when about 10 years ago I was towed in under a minute before the rules were changed for "OWNED" spots. I would advise everyone to submit an FTC complaint against this company. Here is mine for everything the FTC stands for: Fraud, Waste, Abuse, and Mismanagement! One of the most unethical companies in all of cooperate America! Never lie and condescend to someone who is in the right or see what a real American does! Here is your FTC report# 171995448!

I know it sucks to get towed, I've been towed twice at two different condos by different towing companies (my fault - forgot to put up the hang tag). Now I have an assigned space where I live and don't have to worry about a hang tag... except, idiots keep parking in my space! Big white permit numbers label the space, HELLOO! Fairfax Henry's thank you for towing that dummy. I am smiling big right now. The lady taking my call was super nice and the driver was efficient.

Towed my car and left me stranded in a very unsafe area. I was PHYSICALLY ATTACKED by a homeless man trying to figure out what happened to my car. By the time I finally got a hold of them, I was crying my eyes out and THEY LAUGHED AT ME!!! FRANK THOUGHT IT WAS HILARIOUS AND TOLD ME HE WOULD SLEEP BETTER THAT NIGHT BECAUSE SOMETHING BAD HAPPENED TO ME!!!!

I was in a car accident recently, and Fairfax County police apparently frequently utilizes this company. The evening of the accident, the tow driver was polite and helpful. However, upon getting my stuff out of my car I was missing items. I called two different times and left two different voicemails for two general managers, and never heard back. The next steps will likely be a police report (oh the irony) and contacting my insurance.

I imagine that towing companies couldn't care less what their online reviews are short of what's on the Better Business Bureau site. But, I'll share my review anyway and I'll keep it simple: this company is utterly useless.

I ve used Henry s in the past for towing of vehicles in my business fleet that break down, but not any longer. I m tired of their rude and unprofessional staffing of their phone line and offices, and slow process to make payment and retrieve vehicles from their yard.In reading through many of these google reviews, the writing is clearly on the wall for them, and they appear to be circling the bowl. They apparently have contracts with government agencies and they ought to be reigned in by public regulation and oversight. I ll be making formal public complaints to the Fairfax County Board of Supervisors & Fairfax County Dept of Consumer Affairs regarding their abysmal service and conduct.

Just found out in VA a tow company can only charge up to $500 storage. They gouged me for $800 on Christmas Day last year. Poor attitude, no customer service. BBB report filed for these criminals

They towed my vehicle off of a Walmart parking lot that I was working night shift at came out to find my rental car gone. Show up later that day to get my rental car and they charged me $185 then get off the lot to find out that the person who towed the car drove the tow truck into the car and damaged the front bumper/radiator rendering it inoperable. This was a rental car and the wrecker service (emphasis on wrecker) acknowledged the damage caused but didn't return calls not make any attempt to fix the situation they caused. Even the dispatch lady seemed surprised that we weren't informed of the damage when we picked it up. We have since called multiple times to have this fixed and them take responsibility only to be put on hold or sent to a answering machine and then to never have them call back. It's a rental I have to return in this condition seriously. This place is shady and unless they steal your car and ransom it back to you (unavoidable sometimes) I'd avoid voluntarily using them for anything!!!!!! Will tag vehicles outside of their jurisdiction. I'm sure this is a money racketeering business.they should go under soon.henry should have thought about running a legit company but they decide to be shady.

The worst, consistently, I ve had to deal with them a few times because friends or relatives were involved in an accident and they just consistently have the worst attitude and a general aversion to being helpful. You re paying them to help you yet their demeanor is the way you would expect a tow truck company to act if you yelled at them for towing your car (and that attitude would be much more appropriate there). Also, if they can find any excuse to keep your car there longer they will so that you have to pay them more.

Was part of an accident and the police brought these folks to tow my car. When I was able to access my vehicle, a few items were missing including an ezpass. I would not go with their service if I had a choice in the future.

I love how this slop tow company will tow your car if your in a no parking or standing area. But their drivers can park anywhere they want when the are getting burger7. Wow!!!!!!!

Henry Wrecker Service Driver was excellent! He explained what was happening. I m not from VA, but he explained what happens in VA when it is an accident on the highway. He was a great driver and very personable. He Got 2fer1 today on 66 E.

So I had to sign a release form for my insurance to come tow the vehicle later that day. I got a notification from our insurance agent that this place lost our release form. Couple that with the fact the worker there was absolutely rude and is definitely a disgruntled worker who clearly doesn't care at all I couldn't give them a lower star.

My car broke down at Fair Oaks Mall, near the JCPenney store and had to have the car towed to Ourisman Toyota Chantilly. It was a 10 mile tow. $85 for the lift and $4 for each mile. Fair price. The service was great and the car was towed very professionally and done really well. 5/5. Would definitely recommend.

The worst!! Front desk is extremely unprofessional. They delivered my car on a flatbed when I asked for hook and chain and paid the extra charge $50

What a dump!!Typical smoke filled dump with the toothless guy behind the desk. The industry as a group is rude and indirect. This place is typical.They towed from the scene of an accident and cost me $572 for less than 12 hours.I blame Fairfax county!!

Tow driver was very nice. First office guy was great. Storage for my car pending insurance for five days was $1100.00. Robbery! The yard staff including the Manger were extremely rude. Why...because I ask them to remove the wax marking they put on my window. The feedback was "we put it on but we don't take it off; it is your problem. You be waiting all night if you think we are removing it". He slammed the window in my face. Well that made me angry! I called him stupid and ask again for the manager. He made it worse and refused to understand why I was upset. He too closed the window and refused to remove the wax

I was treated extremely badly here. Obviously they know their customers have no choice but to deal with them so they waste no effort to show any courtesy or respect. Customers are not allowed to enter the office area but must stand outside and shout through a small hole in a plexiglass window. The person taking care of my issue was seated several feet away from the window and could not be bothered to actually get up and come to the window but had configured a stick with a flat board at the end which he would use to pass paperwork back and forth to the customer without having to get up from his seat. Once the transaction was done, no one assisted me with finding my vehicle in the lot but I was required to go find it myself, in the middle of a torrential rain storm, and when I found it I had to go back to the office and request that another vehicle that was parked in front of mine be moved. I was told to wait in my car with the lights on and someone would move the other vehicle. I did so, waited 20 minutes and called the office again, and someone finally came to deal with it. Overall, a horrible experience.

Had to use them for a 24' flatbed that broke down on i-66. Pipa was a pleasure over the phone, the wrecker driver was there within 45 minutes after the call was made. Delivered the truck to the desired location without issue, for a reasonable price. Will be using Henry's again if needed.Service: Special vehicle towingService: Special vehicle towing

Towing staff was polite and supportive. 24/7 so convenient to get stuff from the car later. Should talk over the window to work on papers and ID. To access your car, you MUST have the car Registration which I didn't know but fortunately I had a picture of it and the staff was patient and kind to send it to his company email.It's crowded place and I hope the office would be nicer for the staffs and customers but I have no complain and the procedure was smooth and easy.

This company is ripping people off. DO NOT USE THEM!!! They charges 350.00 to tow a car 6 miles then 80 a day and to top it off we had a wrecker company who has been in business for years to go get the car, they charged the wrecker driver 85.00 for them to go get the car out of the lot because NOONE TOLD ANYONE that they needed a certificate of liability when they came so the driver after paying the ADDITIONAL 85.00 he had to stand outside for over a hour waiting for another wrecker driver to get there so that they could move the car across the street. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND ARE DOING PEOPLE DIRTY STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY... THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHEN THEY HAVE ALREADY HAD AN ACCIDENT AND THEY ARE JUST PROFITTING FROM PEOPLES HARDSHIP... If i could give them a negative star rating i would!!!! Unhelpful. Keep you waiting for no reason. Takes 20 min per person so far. Also if you only have apple pay or something they can t take. And you can t have anyone else pay. Even if owner is there and you have a friend with a credit card they won t take. Make you go and get cash. Ya. Oh and a tow from police is 311.00 just fyi.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

I m only writing this review because I recently found out one of my company vehicles was impounded for being abandon and this place had it so I looked it up on Google and seen the awful reviews and was dreading calling my god don t believe what you read from the gentleman that I called with a zillion questions numerous times earlier who remained kind and professional though it all to the woman on-site this evening. Talk about going above and beyond, sweet, courteous and kind which is definitely appreciated after the kind of day I ve had today. Thank you everyone, highly recommend this place and I applaud everyone s great and professional attitudes not something you see in northern Virginia anymore!!!!!Service: Car towing

Very rude staff! Very impolite and had 0 interest in customer satisfaction. Don't know why anyone would use them. Only here because the cop towed my car to this location!If your car is here expect it to get scratched or dinged!

My low rating is because if they don t find you on the highway, they just move on to the next job. Was left on the highway for 3 hours. (1 hr estimate, 3 calls to dispatch). We re coming . Finally, they said the driver couldn t find us (I gave precise location information and they didn t call when they couldn t find me) finally, 3 hours in, I repeated my location to dispatch and they got a driver out. Tow and delivery to repair shop was uneventful. I m understanding that there can be delays in this situation, but not letting the stranded party know you can t find them is not right.Service: Car towing

Saw them towing a residents car at Timberlane condominium. Stopped to see what was going on, driver was pounding on cars window as if he was frustrated. I roll down my window and before I could say anything, the driver rushes to my window and starts trying to intimate me. I stayed and watched untill he took the car. These guys will do anything and everything to tow your car even if it mean damages. Disgusting.
