We have always found Felix to be honest and reliable. I appreciate that the mechanics explain any found issues respectfully and in detail. They are always willing to talk through their recommendations and options, and the implications of waiting on doing the work. Their work is done quickly and well. This is our go-to mechanic.

As someone from out of town, after my car s brakes failed, Felix and his team worked overtime to ensure that my car was safe to make the trip home in time for a deadline. Truly incredible customer service I really appreciate their hard work and dedication in my time of desperation. I can t recommend them enough.

Felix is very reliable and fair on prices. He knows his craft and owns one of the best shops around. I took my 2007 Miata here after a bad front end wreck. He was very honest with me about prices and worked quickly with quality work. Frank is the same way and knows the ins and outs of local parts businesses, he works hard to find you the best prices available. Highly recommend this shop.

It s not often I ve had an experience with a mechanic that is overwhelmingly positive.Anyone who s used mechanic services is all too familiar with the intimidation tactics and hustles seemingly most shops attempt to pull to milk the service appointment for more money. I am so relieved to have found a genuine mechanic who treats his customers with kindness and respect.I Found Felix Auto through Openbay+ and I m so glad I made the drive from DC to request their services. I interacted with Franklin (Frank) who was very genuine and kind. They serviced my car quickly and professionally and provided additional information about services rendered. They have most definitely gained a new loyal customer. I m looking forward to seeing them again in about a month (I drive a lot).Services: Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had a very positive experience with Frank and Felix. My car needed several repairs and Frank took the time to thoroughly explain each repair to me and discuss my options. I feel that their prices are very fair. They also had my car ready in about 24 hours, which was great! Felix Auto came highly recommended to me by a good friend and I am thankful to have found an honest mechanic in the area.

Felix and Frank have always been honest and fair with all of the repairs they have done on my vehicles. They do not try to upcharge on any unnecessary services when completing any repairs. We have such a great experience bringing our SUV for a four wheel alignment. Felix was very thorough and attentive to our needs. Frank's customer service and assistance with our questions was second to none. I whish I knew about them sooner. This is a shop that truly delivered with a high level of honesty and integrity. Take your vehicle there with no hesitation; you won't be disappointed.

Felix is honest, competent, sincere and and does not overcharge.Do not hesitate to take you car or truck for service here. He should franchise his business model. As a single, female car enthusiast for over 30 years, I ve always looked for a local shop that s knowledgeable, well priced, friendly, flexible and doesn t talk down to me. I ve found all that at Felix.The first time I went my car broke down in Falls Church at night and I used reviews to decide on having it towed to Felix. Even the tow truck guy spoke well of them. Another time a fuse blew and I had no dash lights. I drove to them and the owner came out and fixed it, no charge. Get text confirmations of costs and when I can pick up. Simply great.

I work in the auto repair industry in Texas and had to find a good place for my son to bring his vehicle. I googled repair shops in Falls church and Felix had excellent reviews. They did not disappoint me. Had a battery replaced and engine diag done as well as a Honda transmission service that cost me half what I ve typically had to pay. This place, and the people who work there (specifically, Felix and Frank) are incredible. I wish I'd found them years ago. They are so friendly, communicative, trustworthy, and honest. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I have an old car with very high mileage, and it'd be pretty easy for a mechanic to suggest a ton of work evey time it's in the shop. Felix Auto Service is an amazing place to have your car serviced/repaired with exceptionally friendly service, timely work, accurate estimates and more than fair pricing. They have gone above and beyond to repair our cars in a timely and professional manner every time we have our cars worked on. The owner Felix is always available to answer questions or concerns on the work they are performing. Very nice people, good service, but not great at communication and a bit inconsistent with schedules and details.They incorrectly recorded my contact information and were unable to inform me when a part I had ordered came in. Then they said I would be able to get a same-day repair without an appointment, but when that day came and I called about it, they weren't able to guarantee that they could get to the car, and I've been forced to look for another servicer.

I second the post below: Honest work. Very reliable. Very reasonable.I don't think I'll ever take my car anywhere else after my experience today. Felix Auto Service is a family-owned shop that takes pride in doing what they do, and doing it well. Frank breaks down every aspect of the costs associated with the service (parts, labor and taxes) and is very communicative. Both he and Felix are kind, friendly and full of information. They also made me aware of work that I may want to consider having done in the up and coming months or miles, based on my make/model /mileage/wear and tear, but did in no way pressured me into having any additional work done before I returned to pick up my car. This has not been my experience elsewhere.HIGHLY recommend thank you so much, Frank and Felix!

Felix Auto Service is a hidden gem in FC. After I found that local specialty shops send their work here, I knew this was the place for me. I'm a hard-core DIYer, but need a shop at times. I pulled in randomly because of a nail in my tire. Felix helped me so quickly and with no hesitation! I was definitely stressed about it as I have a 6 hour drive tomorrow and most places are closed on Sundays. Thanks so much for your quick help!!! Highly recommend.

I just moved up to the area and needed to get my oil changed. I went to Felix based on all of the good reviews and all of the reviews were so right. They were very polite and professional, good price and quick service. I forgot to ask them to put some air into my tires because my low tire pressure light was on but they went ahead and did it anyway! Definitely will be going back, very pleased with the service.Service: Oil change

We experienced vibrations driving from GA to DC, stopped at Costco on Tuesday to check the tires and were told we needed new tires and an alignment asap, ordered the tires to be delivered no later than Thursday and, because Costco doesn t do alignments, we lined that up with Felix Auto Service who fit us into a time slot Thursday afternoon. When I learned Wednesday that Costco could not even guarantee delivery on Friday (when we needed to be back on the road), I began checking options. Frank at FelixAuto came through, quickly finding a choice of available tires, fitting us in to accommodate our tight schedule, and even dropping my wife and me at a wonderful local cafe until the job was expertly completed. My GTI needed an alignment after some recent suspension work and having had some bad experiences with the usuals suspects (NTB, Firestone, dealership, etc.) I decided to find an independent shop to do the work. Oddly enough, I actually found Felix Auto Service through a review of another shop that takes their cars there for alignment work.I was able to make an appointment for the next day and they started working right when I dropped the car off at the scheduled time. I was out in just over an hour and the price was very reasonable, actually cheaper than I expected for an independent shop. The alignment was done well; everything that could be adjusted was brought to factory specs and the steering wheel was actually straight (you'd be surprised how often that isn't the case).Everyone was very friendly, no drama or hassles, all in all a great experience.Service: Wheel alignment

I went here because my car started making a weird noise. Frank was so nice and they checked out my car, turns out nothing was wrong. They did a thorough job and I really appreciated it! took my car for an alignment and they gave it back the same way. I called them after trying it and chubby guy st the front desk said it was because the roads are uneven. brought it back days after so they can check it again. Felix came out and look at the car from outside and said something was broken under the car and it will cost 400 to repair. I asked them how do they know if they haven even lift it and they said they will charge me another 95 dollars just to look at it. the best part was when they said they don't check the car to see if it works coreectly. " we just put it on the computer and that's it. we don't inspect the vehicle " . I should have known better when I saw them sitting around on a Saturday at noon. came back on a Tuesday and still the same just moving cars around. don't waste your money or time I already waste one hundred with this clowns. there is a better and honest place in Springfield go there...no pierdan el tiempo q les van a robar su dinero. puro mentiroso y vago q no saben lo que hacen

Felix Auto Service came highly recommended from a neighboring towing business that picked up my disabled Ford Escape. Diagnosed the problem BEFORE GETTING IT ON THE LIFT, put it up on the lift and confirmed the problem. The part needed was delivered in less than an hour and I was driving again in no time. Pricing was easy to understand and fair. Highly recommend this professional and courteous service.

Frank and Felix helped me with my A/C refrigerant leak and some short-wiring issue on the BCM. They are very professional and explained how these parts work/are supposed to work. Their team is a team I can trust.
