You guys have the best quality cars you guys back up what you say about a 2014 Dodge charger and the only thing I have to do is keep it clean the car is a maniac. It runs so well so queen it s a 2014 and you would think it s brand new beautiful inside and out. I will recommend you to all My friends, anybody looking for a car is worth the trip add over two hours to get to Dmv molars and drove back. If you need a car, a good car quality car this is the place to go me myself I ll give them five stars.

Excellent team at DMV auto group. Sam and Rashid are totally professional and honest! I feel I got a fair deal and great service. I highly recommend if you are looking for a great used car, go see DMV auto first. They even let me put the car on their lift to completely inspect the car. Great job Sam & Rashid! The service I received was absolutely fantastic! Sam and Rashid were incredibly professional and attentive. They communicated clearly and followed up on appointments. The car was flawless - clean and almost new (as stated). The car passed the MD inspection test with flying colors and the technician told me that it was a "rare find." From emailing Rashid early in the week about the car I was interested in, to ensuring that every aspect of the car met my standards when I decided to purchase it, and following through with all the small fixes that the car needed and registering my car (headrest motor and new lighter adapter), I would Highly recommend this place to anyone considering a used car. Sam has since offered to reach out to local dealers in my area to have certain aspects of my 2005 car updated. If anyone I know is buying a used car, I will send them their way.

Great Dealer good people . I bought a 2008 Buick Lacrosse from them and it had 40,000 miles and it runs like brand new. It also passed MD inspection with flying colors . I recommend anyone that is looking for a car to go see DMV Auto Group.

Not your average used car dealer - they are many steps above!Before buying the vehicle, they assured me that if I ran in to any issues in the first few days to let them know and they would make it right. Well...there were a couple things, and they were good on their word - fixed it, no problem!Great to work with, and definitely recommend, if you're in search of a good used car!

Rashid and crew were great. Never bought a car online and was skeptical. I know used cars can be hit or miss but Rashid and Sam were transparent and truthful about the car and didn't try to cover up any imperfections they told me straight up of any scratches etc. Awesome to work with highly recommend dmv auto

Purchasing an automobile here was a great experience. The dealership was clean and the inventory all looked well maintained. Rashid and Sam did a fine job getting me the vehicle I wanted. It matched the description online. The car drives smooth and the interior is in great shape.

I worked with Daryl & Rashid to purchase my (new to me) used vehicle. I reside in PA & was a little anxious about the process of purchasing a vehicle I d never seen in person from a company I d never been to from employees I ve never met in person, all from another state. All of my anxiety proved to be unwarranted, as DMV Auto Group exceeded my expectations and provided great service, timely responses to my many questions, helpful advice, friendliness and professionalism. I was so pleased when my car arrived! Daryl & Rashid made sure I understood and process & ensured that I was always in the know about what steps we were at in the process. I couldn t recommend these guys enough. I am so excited to work with them the next time I need a vehicle!

I would definitely recommend DMV Auto Group to everyone I know! My experience with Sam and Rashid was by far the BEST!! As a woman, I was a bit afraid to go purchase my dream car without my uncle or male figure with me. Sam made me feel right at home. He educated me about the vehicle and assured me I had nothing to worry about! The issues I pointed out he took care of for me and it did not cost me any extra fees. I told my sisters, coworkers and friend to buy their next car at DMV Auto because they truly go above and beyond without trying to rip you off!!

The service was top notch and this dude Sam was amazing. He made sure I didn t have worry about anything as far as paperwork. If you re going to buy a high end car or for that part any car this is the place to go. I m giving this place 5 stars and mean it. I m happy with everything from being to the end. Daryl and Rashid are thee go to guys. DMV Auto group is the best dealership I ve ever been to people. The help Daryl gave me for my car was exceptional. They are personable individuals that care for their customers- giving top tier service with extensive knowledge of vehicles overall. I m truly grateful and wish the company the best. Cannot recommend DMV Auto Group enough! Darryl was super knowledgeable on the vehicle and helped to accommodate all our needs. Rashid was quick with information/paperwork and had us in and out in less than 15 minutes. They worked around my schedule and held the car for over 5 days as I had personal travel. They even helped to obtain a full warranty on a 10 plus year old car. Thanks again for helping fulfill a childhood dream! Will be keeping an eye on inventory for another purchase down the line. Purchased a vehicle in December 2022 and drove it home to upstate NY. On the journey the check engine light came on and the vehicle was discharging large plumes of smoke from the exhaust. Was able to diagnose the issue and replace the turbo charger; nevertheless it s clear now this issue was recurring and DMV AUTO GROUP hid the issue. What bothers me most is that I probably still would ve purchased the car and remained a future customer, had they disclosed the issues, but they chose to be shady and gouge a customer instead of operating on the level. I guess that s what s to be expected from car dealerships nowadays.UPDATE: the car stalled out on the highway after spending $3k in repairs. While trying to diagnose the problem i found that the model year Audi that I purchased had a recall on the valve cover. The dealership either intentionally, or through sheer ignorance, did not properly check or maintain the vehicle. I will definitely be going to the BBB and pursuing any viable action towards making sure this business is held responsible for their predatory tactics.

I came from (Maryland) to buy a Mustang. Not only was Daryl professional but he went the extra 5 miles to ensure I was satisfied. Not only was the car in imaculate condition but when I went to buy the car he sent someone an hour to pick me up to ensure I was happy with my purchase. Even my personal mechanic made note that the car was a beautiful vehicle. I would give them 10 stars if it went that far. My husband and I drove from Richmond to look at a SUV. We don't buy from dealerships typically but the price was excellent for the vehicle and our experience from start to finish was fantastic. Sam and Rashid were very professional, friendly,and tremendously helpful. They didn't try to oversell the vehicle like most car salesman typically do. We have had our SUV for about a month and it's still driving smooth. I would definitely purchase a vehicle here again! Great experience!

I discovered DMV a couple years ago as a result of doing a nationwide search for a particular vehicle. They not only had what I was looking for but they had it priced well below retail. After a few phone conversations I purchased a one way airline ticket and flew from my home in Michigan to Dulles airport. DMV arranged and paid for a UBER driver to pick me up and deliver me to the dealership. They couldn t have been more professional and friendly. The vehicle I purchased sight unseen was flawless. As others have shared, DMV has the necessary paperwork in order and makes sure that everything goes smoothly. Thank you DMV! I have not forgotten my great experience and will be checking out your inventory on a regular basis.

I had a great experience working with Sam and Rashid. They are clearly passionate about the kind of cars that they sell and I have to say the car that I got from them was truly in exceptional condition. It basically looked like it came straight off the assembly line despite being 16 years old. Clearly they select and service their cars with care. Rashid was great with the paperwork - that young man has his act together! In comparison to my last used car experience, this was a thousand times better. Zero friction, zero headaches. No need to chase anyone down and ask repeatedly what s going on and when things will be ready. So if you are looking for a cool older car that is in great condition and stands out from the pack - go to DMV Auto.

We wanted to write this review because of the exceptional service we received at DMV Auto Group. Over the years we have been to different kinds of dealerships and it s always been the same thing: sales people are so pushy, they need to move vehicles and they don t care about your needs and never listen.At DMV Auto Group they run their business with an honesty is the best policy in mind. We got to see two car reports: carfax and truecar. They only have cars with clean history. All vehicles are detailed which makes the buying experience that much more pleasant, because honestly, sometimes it s hard to see the value in the vehicle when it s dirty. Daryl and Rashid were great providing information we needed without overwhelming us with unnecessary obvious details. They had two very similar vehicles and we got the best deal price/miles/value. They don t have any hidden fees and gave us a Veterans discount. Rashid talked to my son about cool gadgets he can get for his new car that I thought was so clever. My son is so happy with his new car. We truly recommend this place because the people that work there are professional, respectful, and honest.

I had searched the internet for days trying to find the vehicle we were looking for at the right price. I came across DMV auto group and found what what I was after for my wife, and the price was excellent. Sam responded to my inquiry withing an hour, sent me pics that i requested. Being a mechanic I did my homework and researched the vehicle and liked what I seen. We took the 7hr trip from upstate NY and when we arrived I was more than happy with the presentation of the vehicle. Took it out for a test drive and loved it. The drive back to NY was great ! Sam, was honest, accommodating and fair. Buying used is always a gamble, being 7 hours away is even more never racking. I highly recommend them when purchasing , We are so happy with our purchase. He had another car I wish i could have bought as well ... when I am ready, I am going back for sure !! It was a pleasure to have met you and hopefully will again. Thank You Sam !

We bought 2010 Honda Element from these guys. Month later took it for a 3200 miles drive down to Mexico and had absolutely no issues with the car. In fact, it was such a smooth ride that from now on we are Honda converts. Before buying it Sam disclosed all of the problems that the car had (which was nothing major). After buying it we took it to our Honda service shop, after the check up they came back not only with systems OK, but wanted to know how we got our hands on an Element in such a great condition.While I always prefer to buy a new car after the experience with Steve, Rashid and Sam I cannot tell you how happy I am that we did go to used car dealership and that we went to DMV AG! If you are looking for an honest, straightforward, precise and clean execution with charm and kindness then Sam s shop is the way to go! Thanks guys for making our long trip so much more enjoyable in our Honda Element!

I'm a nervous consumer -- my wife and I are starting a new family and wanted to invest in a nice, sturdy SUV that would last many, many years and be comfortable for our growing family. That meant I was looking for something pricier, and I wanted to choose well.I settled on a particular make and model and found it with low mileage and a good price at DMV Auto Group. That's when I called Sam and Rashid. They were communicative, friendly and even to a nervous, skeptical shopper like me -- I found them to be very trustworthy. As we entered the purchase process, I had an independent mechanic of my choice look at the car. That mechanic called me and said he found a few minor blemishes, but Sam took care of those right away for me at no cost at all. Even after I've paid for the vehicle, Sam continued to help me. He let me leave my old vehicle on his lot for a short time, connected me with a trusted mechanic in the area and helped me navigate car insurance companies. Clearly, Sam and Rashid aren't just in the business to make a profit -- they seem to find personal satisfaction in helping their customers.I will be recommending DMV Auto Group to my friends in the area.

As an out of town buyer purchasing a vehicle over the Internet in a competitive market for buyers, Daryl and team worked with me to make sure I was confident with the car, their services offered, and they provided me detailed information to all my questions.They shot extra pictures, provided the car fax enabling me to contact the mechanics that worked on the car, as well as doing a complete video walk-around for 10 minutes leaving nothing to chance.
