This is by far the best auto body/ collision shop I have worked with. The entire experience was seamless and very easy to handle. In most cases you usually have to scrutinize estimates since insurance wants the repairs done at the cheapest price point to save their money and most shops are just interested in making a quick buck. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE HERE, the team from caliber was extremely professional and made sure everything that needed repair or replacement was done properly and according to the way it should be done for once it felt like the repair shop was on my side and worked to make sure my car was restored to prefect working condition. No corners were cut! I work on cars as a Hobby and I am very critical of work done to my car, i couldn t find a single flaw and my car came back to me in better condition than it was prior to the insurance claim. There was a slight delay due to supply chain issues from parts suppliers but that was no fault of the caliber team. They even went above and beyond by working past closing hours to make sure my car was ready as soon as possible. Huge shout out to Kevin who was staying late on multiple occasions to re assembler the car. And another huge shout out to David the estimator who was extremely professional and was super easy to work with. Moving forward if mine or any of my family and friends vehicles need any body work it will be sent to this shop!!Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Battery

Had a great in and out experience at this place. Had to get the bumper on my car replaced and the entire process was very smooth. Check in, drop off was quick. Michael kept in constant touch with me about the status of the repair and the pickup was seamless too. Replacement (rental) car pickup and drop off was great as well (the repair was through the insurance company).

It's always frustrating having to put your car in the shop, especially when it was no fault of your own. Mike and the team at Caliber made the experience as smooth as can be. From the moment the insurance company contacted them, they reached out to me and got the ball rolling. They even assisted with the rental car. Mike was consistent with his updates on the process of the repair, my car was ready on the schedule they expected; it looks good and so far I haven't noticed any issues. I am extremely satisfied with their services!!!

David and Edwin were fantastic to work with! They made my process feel at ease from the moment I took my car to get an estimate. After the work was completed they both took the initiative to make sure it was brought back to life. Couldn t be happier! Will be working with Caliber if I have an exterior damages in the future.

Honestly this the only location I trust with my car, the family oriented staff makes you comfortable, the dedication the team has to get the assignments done are perfect. The only place I trust Mr. Jones an his staff are outstanding. Answered all of questions, I was safe an my vehicle is like brand new. Best experience ever

My technician Mike was the best. He kept me informed about the entire process. I have had repairs on other vehicles done by Caliber Collision, they have always been professional and courteous. My Honda looks great. Thanks to the entire team that worked on it. Will tell all my friends and family if they ever need any repairs done, go to Caliber Collision.

Nice, friendly people but disorganized. I brought my vehicle in for a specific insurance repair (see photos) and the appraiser assessed ALL the dings and damage -rear bumper, roof, hood, etc.- to my car. What was finally assessed as an $1100 job was initially pegged at more than 4X that and led to the insurance company wanting to declare my vehicle as a total loss. Of course I contested the initial cost but it took much wasted time, then back and forth with Caliber Collision and the insurance company, and more than two weeks before the situation was clarified. Worse, because of Caliber Collision's "liability control issues" they could not do the repair based on the lower, final appraised cost. What a croc! Taking my car to be fixed at a different shop two minutes away by a fellow who is much more detailed in the way he's dealing with me. I live in the neighborhood and will discourage my neighbors from getting any repairs done at Caliber Collision in Falls Church, VA 22046.See the reply from the owner below. This person requests for me to send an email so the company can address my issue with them?! Whatever happened to proactively finding the person with the gripe and addressing their concerns that way? Really?! How hard is it to go back to your records over the past three weeks and compare my complaint to the other folks who decided to walk away from your repair estimate? I know the shop is busy but there cannot be more than a dozen customers in that same time frame who decided not to have their repair work done with Caliber. I question the integrity of the shop owner as to whether or not they will address my issue. Regardless, I will send the email with my information to the address noted. I'll also post an update after I hear from them.7/26/2023 Update:I sent the email as sought in the reply from Caliber Collision. After more than a week, no reply to my email. The Falls Church, VA location of Caliber Collision likely did outstanding work for many previous customers. But not in my case and their follow up has been worse. I doubt this location has the courage to respond.

Michael and Leila were fantastic to work with throughout the entire process! Michael thoroughly communicated every update, explained changes in the schedule, and solicited feedback on all part updates! Leila was so pleasant and friendly every time I called or went in! I highly recommend these two at Caliber Collision in Falls Church as they exemplify quality customer service!

Had to take my vehicle in for a small hit and run fender rub. These guys kept me informed every step of the way. Made everything completely transparent and I was able to get my vehicle a day earlier. I highly recommend this group and will use them for all repairs going forward.

Terrible experience. They talk a good game but Christopher lost my paperwork, did not call back, did not enter my car into the system. When I finally went to pick my car up after being told it was ready, it was not inspected as there were noticeable problems that required several extra days to redo. I had to return 3 times to pick up my car. They even called me to ask me if I had the license plate cause they couldn t find it. The worst car experience I ve ever had. Do not use this shop.

This is my third time coming to Caliber Collision for repairs to my vehicle in the last couple of years and my first ever visit to this specific location. I have to say I've been blown away by the level of attention to detail and extra effort that's been made that shines throughout the whole experience. The entire staff, including front desk and behind-the-scenes mechanics, are quite friendly and courteous. Never did I feel rushed or uninformed, and honestly, I got back a used car that feels almost brand new- which is pretty cool.

Actually I don't even want to give one star. They provide such bad service that even though they gave us an appointment for 2 weeks in a row, we told them that they would bring our car when the appointment day came. Each time we were told there was a mix up and they didn t have enough room for the vehicle. We wasted 2 weeks of time just because of their irresponsibility. If you do not want to deal with people who are not responsible and do not know how to communicate and do not want to waste your time, do not go to this branch. They know how to take payment very quickly when it's time to pay but they are terrible at serving!

Went in for insurance repairs on my minivan. They were a pleasure to work with. Kept me well informed through the repair process and work was completed on time. Would recommend highly.

Took over a month to get my car back for minor accidents. Given the estimate, I had to eat the expense for the rental car for two weeks after the insurance company stopped the payment. Then I waited for one more week without a car to drive.When they say call you back do not take it seriously. Usually it means nothing.Nothing to complain about the repair itself - the cost was quite high, though. Insurance covered most but I am not sure if it s worthy of that.What s more either they drained all my gas from the tank or someone drove my car for over 100 miles. First thing I saw was the light reminding me gas tank was empty. God knows what they did.I just regret to have brought the car there.

Unfortunately I had scraped the right rear side of my Audi on the pillars of my condo garage. My insurance co recommended caliber collision. They were awesome. Michael the consultant was so professional and personable, it made the experience very pleasant. And the work done was totally professional. My daughter made an appointment several days ago and when she got there she was told she would get an estimate as soon as possible. After several days and several calls to Caliber, she and I were told she would receive an estimate and Chris would call her but crickets!!!! I have always had great service with Caliber Collision in Charlotte, NC, but these folks apparently don't care. Complete waste of our time and big dissapointment!!!

I recommend Calliber Collison to anyone in need of service for your car. David Hernandez was super helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Service was beyond excellent and I was able to pick up my car sooner than expected.

Ask for Michael Chamberlain to be in charge of your car. He went above and beyond to ensure repairs were completed to my husband s standard and always kept us informed of any issues or delays with parts arriving etc. Thanks for everything Michael! Caliber is blessed to have you on their team!!

Friendly, professional staff. Clear estimate of repairs and price. Car had damage to side and rear panel due to fender bender. Delivered car ahead of schedule. Car (less than a year old) looks good as new. What's not to like?

Bottom line: I dropped off my 2022 vehicle on 8/28/23 and the last of the work wasn't completed correctly until 10/19/23. Part of this was beyond their control with parts shortages, but that doesn't excuse returning my car dirty and going radio silent for the final five days--telling me someone would return my call then not calling me back, not responding to text messages, etc. The body work was competent, but they struggled to get the electronics right. I'm not going back and wouldn't recommend them.

I received immediate responsive service yesterday (Monday morning) from both the receptionist Leila R. and from the service advisor Mike Chamberlain! In less than 15 minutes I had my under lifetime warranty item repaired!!! The rear hatchback spoiler needed to be tightened down and the two of them graciously received my concern and immediately acted upon it to my pleasant surprise and appreciation. This is my first ever public comment/review! Way to go Caliber of Falls Church you have first rate customer service team members!!

Final product was fine. Service advisor totally dropped the ball for multiple weeks and needed to be called out to take action and move forward with repairs. Not a good experience.
