If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The management at this place is the worst. Waited 3 hrs for my tires to be replaced. No one really there to deal with the issue of one person working to help everyone. Tire service manager shows up out of the blue instead of helping their one employee who is busting their butt helping everyone and working on cars. Tire service manager said I'll send you something to your membership to compensate you for your lost time. Guess what I got. Nothing a big fat zero. Just said anything to get me out of their basically didn't even apologize for my wasted time. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered tires online on November 27th and at the time of order it was stated as 2 day delivery to the store. I set an appointment for installation for December 8th at the time of online purchase. As of December 7th, I had not received a confirmation that the tires arrived or confirming my appointment. I called the tire center and waited on hold for 15+ minutes - upon asking if my tires were there the associate informed me they were not and that I would receive a call when they arrived, and that they could not give me an estimate of delivery date. Ok no big deal, although it was advertised as 2 day delivery.Over that weekend, I received an email informing me of an appointment for installation on Monday the 11th - I did not make the appointment nor was I available. I called the tire center again, and was informed the tires were not there. On Monday the 11th, I received a call from the tire center about 30 mins after the appointment start time asking me if I was still coming. I explained I was told my tires were not there, however this associate said they were and that I could come in that evening - I said ok. Within 15 minutes, I received a call back from this same associate stating those tires were actually for another customer and that my tires were back ordered 6-8 weeks.I called another local tire shop to ask if they could get these same tires in, and they said yes no issues. I went back to my order receipt in the BJs app and found a tracking number for the tires. They were delivered to the store on November 30th. I was never informed and simply told my tires were not there. Not to mention the associate previously told me they didn t have an ability to track the tires. They must have given them to another customer.I went to the tire center on December 19 to request a refund in full. The associate in the tire center would only state that I needed to call a phone number since I ordered them online. It s 2023 - how can you not refund an order in store? I went to the stores customer service desk and asked for a manager, who was able to process the refund easily.In short, BJs tire department is incompetent, lacks care for the customer or any desire to problem solve, and I would not recommend. I opted to go elsewhere and pay more money for better service.

Ordered tires. To do so I had to find out waaay more info than I ever wanted... but OK.Set install time for 9 AM. I show up at 855. Not open yet. OK. At 915 I am still in waiting room. Guy finally comes out of the bay. He says I am not scheduled. I point to his computer screen showing ... my appointment.So he looks for my tires. He can't find them. I point out that they are right by the door. Ok.He asks me to type all my information, again, into his computer. It's now 920. We can presumably start on the tires. He tells me 90 minutes (actually just points to sign that says 90 minutes) so I walk into BJs and loiter but time my grocery purchases to be out at 1110. However car is still up on the lift. Huh? Herma o, I have cold food I'd like to take home! Other customers are looking at me like I am the problem.All in all BJs does have decent prices... but incredibly weak customer service.Will go up or down a star by how tires actually are.

Great prices and service. Yes they are busy, so make an appointment and make sure you know what tires you want and that you're ready to buy. Great group of service techs.

I honestly think that the tire center at the Alexandria location deserves less than 1 star. I have been in customer service for many years and this has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime. They recently replaced all 4 tires in my car. Unfortunately, a nail punctured of the tires in a location that could not be patched 4 weeks after I replaced them. I have road hazard insurance on all 4 tires. I went there after work and spoke with one of the technicians about the issue. He clearly did not want to help or wanted to be there. I waited there for hours and decided to leave since it was late. I went there the next morning as soon as they opened and spent another half of my day only to hear Michelin did not have the tire and it would take 2-3 months to get it. Are you kidding me? This was after they charged me an additional $30.00 to replace the tire even though I have insurance. They offered no viable solution to resolve the issue. Instead, I was asked to go purchase a tire somewhere else so they can replace it. Seriously? Who has time for that? What is the point of insurance? I left the shop and I was supposed to hear back from the technician the same day. It has been 3 days since I left the shop and I have yet to hear from him. At this point, I am driving around with the spare tire, which isn't safe due to the amount of driving I do on a daily basis for work. This is a huge disappointment and does merit a lawsuit against this company since there are so many stories similar to mine. Once this is resolved, I don't intend to never set foot at BJ's.

Went on Tuesday earlier this week to order tires through them. They said there backed up in order and that I should order them myself and they can install them after. Just called to ask to get them installed and they saying I can t cause I didn t order them through them. I hate when company s food back in there word. By the way I m a club member and my family been a club member for years now. Very disappointed.

This place never misses an opportunity to disappoint its customers! Way too often I come to stock up on supplies and they are regularly out of certain merchandise. I really don't understand why this particular Outlet, unlike others, doesn't have a handle over its inventory. I've been coming here for the last 7 years because it is the closest to my house and this has been a problem for the last 7 years. So much so that I often have to go to one BJ's that is much farther.

Poor order management. I went to get my tires replaced and the store couldn t locate my order. They pretty much gave up on helping me and told me to visit member services. The folks at member services were engrossed in their conversations and gave up on helping me faster than the tire center. The moment they heard my issue was with tire center, the lady offered to cancel the order for a full refund instead of serving the member and helping locate the tires I d paid for.The vibe from the store was quite dull.

So far this has been a bust. Ordered tires online a week and a half ago and scheduled installation. When I brought the car in at the scheduled time was told it would be about 45 minutes to do the installation. Came back 45 minutes later and they hadn't started yet. They say it will be another 45 minutes but it's not clear there's any reason to believe that estimate. Unless something turns around soon, unlikely I'll ever be back here. BJ's should worry about the tire service negativity impacting their overall reputation.

Don't waste your time. Employees are lazy and not knowledgable enough. I think this is why BJs will never be a competitor to Costco. Everything is slow and cumbersome process. Actually managent is the one to blame, they have 4 bays and only open one as no one really want to work you can just see looking at them. Its amazing how the managemet dont give a s*$!# what the employees are doing and what is the customer experience. The tell you dont have tires in stock when they clearly do. Spend 30 minutes ordering the tire and the want to set appointment like they are very busy. Average costo works on about 150 cars a day and these guys work on 10. Canceled membership in the spot.

Laziest employees I ve even seen in my entire life. Came by to see if they had time for a tire rotation and I saw everyone sitting around not doing anything and the guy told me they are busy today. Made an appointment next week at 3. Got there at 3 and no one was there. Waited 10 minutes and nothing. Went to customer service and rudely just called people to the tire center. Waited another five minutes. Worst employees seen in history. They should all be reprimanded.

Saw the previous poor rating. I personally had a great experience. I did make an appointment for the replacement of all four tires. The job was done very professionally. That was about a year ago. Going back this Sunday (20 March) for the rotation.

I like Bjs store but I had a very bad experience in this Bjs tire place at falls church. No one was there at the counter. I waited for couple of minutes then one guy shoed up but he was busy on the phone. After long wait one Asian/ Vietnamese guy showed up and I was asking about tires warranty and he dont know anything, I asked about specific brand he said he have only one , I almost ask me all brands he said he have nothing available of my car tires size. I asked him can you check in your system if it s available in nearest store he said he cant check because he dont have access to other store. He basically dont know at all how to use computer he was confused. After long wait I got nothing from there. Very bad customer service and a mean staff.

I love BJ wholesale for being one of the cheapest wholesales, I love Costco but they are not on my price range. BJ wholesale is perfect for small pantries that I need in bulk and it is underrated. I also didn't know it had a tire service so I went to get a price for my car and the price is unbeatable! I love how employees are nice, work so hard and it was a good place.

So bad that after 2 hours from the time my appointment started...and I discovered they installed my tire in an unsafe way, I actually got the manager, got my money back, and left to get the whole job done at costco. Never again.

If I could give them a ZERO star, I would. Very poor customer service. They NEVER answer their phone and some of the employees don't know how to interact with people. Very dissapointed. Hopefully my wheels won't fall off my car.

Extremely disorganized. busy or voice most of time, when did pick up they couldn't find order, couldn't confirm they had received tires, could not hold a conversation on phone. Who is watching the store?

Horrible. I walked out after waiting 45 minutes. 2 other customers walked out before me. One person working and he was clueless.

Very bad place, they do not value the work of others. I had an appt for 7 am and I left at 3 pm. They are lazy and disrespectful. I recommend that you do not come to Deliber here.Muy mal lugar no valoran el trabajo de los dem�s ten�a un appt para las 7 am y sal� a las 3pm son unos vagos y faltas de respeto les recomiendo q no vengan hacer Deliber aqu�
