A few weeks ago, I was looking for a used car to purchase. A fun weekend car. I found what I was looking for online at Bill Page Toyota. I called to see if it was still available. My first point of contact was Jamal (don't have his last name and for that I apologize) and he was great. Very helpful and informative. Turns out he was a manger. I headed in that direction from Maryland for a test drive. My sales consultant was Marlo Garcia. Marlo was very cordial and helpful. He got me set up and pulled the car out front with the top already down (she's a hardtop convertible). We took her for a spin and I was sold. Since I live in Maryland, I needed the car to pass a Maryland State Inspection. Jamal explained that since she was a 2012 BMW, he could not guarantee that it would pass because of her age but volunteered to have Marlo take it to Maryland the following day and have it inspected. I signed all the papers that evening and returned two days later to pick her up.I cannot praise all of the people at Bill Page Toyota highly enough! They made the whole process easy and trouble free. Probably the most accommodating car dealer I have ever worked with. No pressure and really went out of their way for my benefit. Special thanks to Marlo Garcia. What a fun, great guy! And to Jamal for going above and beyond for the customer!

My wife and I had a great experience!Alvin welcomed us as soon as we walked in the door and helped us get the car we really wanted. He was very personable, very nice and really knew his business. He also kept in communication with us while we waited for our car to be delivered to their dealership. He will not let you leave unsatisfied. Junior made the process of buying my 4Runner easy and straightforward. He was patient with me when I wasn't fully ready to commit upon first arriving to the dealership and gave me the time without being pushy or aggressive. Pricing was also straightforward on their website so I came into the dealership without any surprises.John in finance also made signing all of the paperwork clear and painless. He also helped in making my trade-in situation possible with an out-of-state title transfer which I thought would be a nightmare of a process, but it wasn't!

Highly recommend. We have visited multiple dealerships in the last year, and Bill Page was by far the best experience. Matthew, the internet sales manager, was very quick to respond to our inquiry and completely transparent about pricing. There was no hard sales push, and we didn t feel any pressure to move quickly. He was very straight forward and helpful and answered all of our questions in a direct and honest manner.On the day we actually came in to finalize the purchase and pickup the car, Kwang (a product specialist) ensured that the process went super smoothly. And while he explained all the potential extras we could add on (and did a thorough job explaining the benefits of each), he didnt push us into anything we did not want and respected our decisions without trying to talk us into anything.Our experiences with other dealerships often made the car search process super uncomfortable, awkward, and stressful. But the team at Bill Page was the exact opposite of what we had experienced elsewhere and really made the car buying experience so much easier and enjoyable than it usually is.

Bought a certified Used Tundra here and was told that car was fully serviced and I was provided the service records but I didn t trust them. I had my oil change done and the oil filter was an aftermarket Fram and the condition the filter was in was not just performed haha.

I'm writing to express my disappointment with recent repairs needed on my 2020 RAV4 Hybrid, which I purchased from your dealership only 3 years ago. I was surprised to encounter engine issues at this low mileage and was hoping for a longer trouble-free period from a Toyota. my engine trouble was with the ignition coil and spark plugs. I never expected such a severe manufacturing defect to appear so early. The dealership associate seemed unconcerned about the car's manufacturing issue and instead asked me to pay an additional $697 for repairs. They didn't even offer a simple apology. And also my issue was under (Powertrain & Restraint Systems) it should be covered on 60k miles coverage but they didn t the way they treated me was not professional.

Found a used car through website and thought it was a good price for that car. However, there were bunch of scratches on it. Salesman stated before we brought the car they would fix those scratches and that they would call us to schedule an appointment, they hassled us to sign and leave with the car. We leave and it s been a few days and we realize that they weren t gonna call us. We noticed that they gave us the wrong temp tags and registration were another persons. We had been driving for a while and could ve been sent to jail for driving with that!

My sales person Marcello was great, and he deserves a raise if I could give him one. Elvis also took care of getting me financed through a bank that made the payments make sense for my budget. Don t buy your car from here, we agreed upon 27000$ for Camry SE, but when we got there, they bumped the price to 27350$, doesnt sound like a big deal, but they didnt keep their word of honor and told us they dont remember anything like that, the reason why we went there driving 20 minutes was because their sales person called us to give us the 27000$ deal, dont buy your car, buy your car from someplace else that keeps their word!!!

I bought a Toyota Corolla Cross Hybrid from Bill Page in February 2024. Kwang Kim was the product specialist we worked with and his customer service was outstanding. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was very low pressure on sales. We walked off the lot in a couple hours with very little hassle and even got some dealer freebies thrown in. Very pleased with the whole experience.

The service department was not professional at all. Desk guy was playing loud music and not attentive/interested in helping me get set up for my appointment. When I got my truck back the service sticker was in the middle of the windshield at an angle (looked like someone just put it anywhere/anyway they wanted) and the tire thread life on my truck somehow got better than my last service there which shows me that the inspector didn t even inspect my tire thread and simply marked them all as good. Makes me question if they really honor their 19 point inspection at all.

This is not a review about the salesman as he was always kind and not pushy. We ordered a car from the factory and were told it could take up to six months. Well our car came in and we have been stuck in another country with an emergency for our young child (we literally cannot leave). We explained this to our sales person and he went back to his manager. The manager came back and told us he would be selling our car to other people if we didn't come get it. We offered an additional deposit, to pay half, etc but being the end of the month he was not willing to help. We are SO lucky family stepped in to purchase the car for us and we will settle up once we return.The callousness around our situation concerning our child just to move a vehicle off the lot is something I would have never expected considering we were trying to make it as easy as possible for them to keep it for a few more weeks. I will never do business with Bill Page Toyota again.

Short version: bought a used car--was incorrectly charged a $225 fee, car was mostly fine, and customer service is absent. Would not buy from here again.Bought a 2015 Camry in November. Kwang Kim was a good but tough salesman--he drives hard. Had a good test drive. Pointed out a broken touchscreen (a known issue for that model; I should have researched more). No attempt by him or the finance office to rectify the issue.Main issue is that they charged a $225 fee that wasn't listed anywhere on the bill of sale. I've attempted to contact them by email and certified mail, with no response. We like the car, but overall, the (lack of) customer service makes this not a place we'll go again.

I'd like to take a quick moment to comment on the amazing service I received with Bill Page Toyota & specifically Marcello Muttoni.I have never had an auto purchase go so smoothly & efficiently. Marcello was amazing- listened to what we wanted, & was able to keep what we wanted in our price range.The time & quality of care Marcello put in is something that is not seen often anymore. Just bought a new 2024 Toyota Corolla today. My experience was terrific! From Diego Garcia taking my phone call last night at near closing time and answering my question on what was on the lot, but not on the dealership website. To Marlo Garcia guiding me in the process from A to Z, where Diego also answered finanicial questions. Marlo's professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy were top notch. Never felt for one moment any pressure to buy any car. Also, as a veteran, i was shown by Marlo how i could qualify and use the military incentive by Toyota. I will definitely recommend friends and family to Bill Page Toyota.
