Quick service, and multiple call LS to let me know the car was ready. Only complaint being the cabin smelt like oil for a few hours

They are amazing! No need to get ripped of by other mechanics if you live around. I had that experience before and went to Honda Bill Page. They saved my $400 from the previous mechanic.

We bought a new Honda accord a year ago, and it was a decent experience. We didn't get the usual high pressure sales pitch--and the price was right. Their service department is responsive and has given us good advice and answers to our many questions. Overall, a great dealership.

2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Had to ask what was going on. They so need to work on their communication skills. Customer service sucks!

Excellent service for my 1992 Honda LX Coupe. Needed a turn signal light. The Honda Service department preformed Excellent Service on the turn signal light, socket. And reattached a lose license plate holder. Highly recommend visiting the Honda Service Center for older model Classic Honda.

I will never take a car to Bill Page Honda again. They know my car needs a repair per a Honda technical service bulletin but won't fix it. Charged me $149 to read an engine code, but since it was the wrong code, they won't do the fix per the TSB. I told them about ignition coil past problems due to oil fouling but that was not good enough. They should have been honest up front since they knew another mechanic had cleared the problem code in a recent visit. That was just a bandaid for underlying problem identified in the TSB. And that is how you lose a customer and why I only go to a dealer for recalls or fixes like this.
