I don't write a lot of reviews, but I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The part I needed was on a national shortage, but they called all around until they found one. They told me I could bring it in whenever I wanted, finished the job in the shortest possible amount of time, and let me know ahead of time when it would be ready. And they were extremely nice throughout. I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

I paid for them to switch out the emblems/badge on my Subaru. Came with adhesive sticker for easy removal and application. Within a couple of days the emblem had fallen off and was lost somewhere. I called to let them know and they said they would reach back out immediately to fix this, they never did.I've had this done for most of my cars and never had one fall off. Waited 4 weeks for these emblems to come in the mail only to be installed by incompetent people.Edit: I ended up coming back in when I was in the area, and told them what happened. They told me to order the same emblems again which I declined. They reinstalled the old one and refunded the cost of what the emblems cost me. Not terrible but likely won't go back.Service: Body & Trim

If you want your car to be worse when you leave then when you went in... Seems like others also had issues below. Terrible quality control, office staff seems more interested in smoking outside than helping customers, car speakers did not work, windows not hooked up, body panels not aligned even close, car was filthy after: dust all over interior, grease fingerprints all over white interior, silicone dripping off. Save the hassle,do not go here.

I brought my car for a minor repair after an accident. Overall experience was good but I found that someone went through all my stuff in my trunk! Thankfully I made sure not to leave anything of value but my bags were clearly searched and things laying out all over my trunk. The person didn t even bother to close them or make it less obvious. Beware if you re leaving your car here!!

I had an incident where someone backed into my parked car (my BRAND NEW CAR OF COURSE) & left a note for me to come back to. Thankfully he left his Geico insurance. The Geico agent called me and gave me a list of shops they work with. I chose Bailey's Crossroads Autobody for the convenience in proximity to our home.My husband & I dropped my car off on 3/10/2022 & was greeted by 2 very pleasant people. They were efficient & thorough. They had a rental car set up for me, and had it waiting for me when we got there. They said someone would call me tomorrow with an update. The very next day they called me to let me know that the damage was a little more extensive & it was going to take about 2 weeks to fix. They went above & beyond to extend my rental car for the 2 weeks so I didn't have to call Enterprise.Low & behold, they called me on 03/17/2022 & the pleasant man from up front said "You want your car!?" Super friendly & kind. I was so pleased to get my car a week early! My husband picked up the car & dropped my rental car off in a seamless exchange. My car looks AMAZING. They did a brilliant job & their customer service is top notch.I would definitely do business with them again although I sincerely hope I don't have to. I recommend them to everybody. Excellent customer service & super efficient. I loved that they kept me updated the entire time & made what would have been a nerve wracking experience so simple.

I went into the shop for a simple front bumper replacement, after being told it would be done in 2 days I got the car back after 1 month also adding to the fact that during the replacement of my front bumper both my front fog lights were torn out and damaged. Now both have to be replaced and they are not accepting responsibility for the damages. 0 star service would never recommend even to my worst enemies.Service: Body & Trim

1. They will not even tell you to compare the estimate price unless you leave the car with them to repair. You can't even shop around. Mind you,, store is recommended by insurance.2. After complaint, they hide. They don't even call you back even you leave them a.message. they ignore you're calls.3. Especially the girl behind the desk, she is good at negotiating but not good in responding for your calls. My car was involved on a great accident. The whole rear bumper, back door and side of passenger door. Insurance pre estimated around $3500. After I spoke the center, the lady worked out with me to fix the whole part and added about $2000 on the claim. Yet they didn't fix the side door and keept the $5500. Another store I took it with before, estimate the same price and they told me they would have repaired including the side door.

I can't recommend Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body enough! From having someone hit my car in the parking lot, to accidentally having my rear-view glass shattered, to getting into my first accident, they have been with me every step of the way with their professionalism and ease. Every time my car has been repaired, it looks brand new -- as if nothing ever happened. They also are great at getting you in and out so you are not long without your car. I like to support family businesses because they give you a more one-on-one attention and welcoming vibe in my opinion, as well as to support local businesses. Their pricing and great, quality service is what keeps me coming back for all of my car needs!

Used them a few a they have always done a great job for the most part. One time I brought my car for repair during the winter and all the work seemed fine. Once spring came around it turns our my AC was not working but they were more than willing to fix it. The last time I brought my car, the repairs looked great however they left the inside a bit dusty. In general I recommend them.

I have been here 4 times now over the last 5yrs. These guys are amazing really. The work is flawless. The price are great for the quality of work. I got 4 estimates from different auto body shop near them from 550 to. 1200 to fix my car . Baileys auto gave me a reasonable price I could have gone the cheap route but then the work will not be good. I rather pay more for good work and great customer service. Thank you for great workAly

I really had a great experience at Bailey's. Their service crew is very polite and professional. They provided me all the information on the repairs on my car and the total cost. The quality of the work done on my car is really impressive. I will surely recommend their service to all my friends.

I took my car to this body shop. Manny looked at and said it will cost $1,900. I said "can I have it in wring?" He said, I am the owner, you do not need it in writing. I said I prefer to have it in writing. So, we went back out and he wrote down real quick. I asked him if it is the best price. He said $1,700 cash. My husband noticed that Manny did not list the damage on the driver side door. We went back to the office but Manny was not there. Tina added the door to the list.Tina, one of employees called and said the car is ready to pick up. When my husband and I went there, the car was not ready at all. We thought it was a joke. The bumper damage was not even touched and the driver side door was not touched at all. They did only so easy ones like scratched area.Nancy, one of his employee and we took look at the car together. She said "I do not know why they did not do the rest of job." Unfortunately, Manny was not there to talk. I asked Nancy who normally inspects when the car is out from the repair shop. She said whoever did the estimate. Well what Manny was doing to let this happened. We had to go through rush hour and took more than two hours to make a round trip without bringing our car. Later, Manny called me and said "what can I do for you?" rather than apologizing. Obviously, Nancy must explained to him that the car was not ready. Well, he should know what to say to us but acted like he done his job. He had such an attitude over the phone as he gave me the first impression. He said we have to pay an extra $300 to get the door fixed. I argued that the door damages were a part of the price. He said "no, it was not on the list." What kind of estimator will leave out the $300 value damages? Obviously, his price was a trick - price cheap for now and charge more later for unfinished job.My point is that his employee added it on the estimate list. but he did not bother to call us to find out if we want to have it fixed at extra charge. He said he mentioned it to me. I said, so why did not he list it on the estimate? When you mentioned it to me, did I say, leave it alone and I want have only easy ones be fixed? He started getting uglier over the phone and hung up on us. I am wondering if he reports all cash transactions to IRS !? I would rate this shop a zero.

The service at Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body was stellar. Jimmy was very helpful and kept me informed on the status of the parts. All the staff was friendly. The price was reasonable and fair. My repairs were actually completed ahead of schedule. I was definitely a Happy Camper and would use BC Auto Body again.

I had a great experience at this auto body shop. The GEICO rep explained all the next steps and their policy and did a great job easing my concerns. Car looks and runs great & they were done several days before their initial estimate.

Came in for a Geico claim. What a refreshing experience. The adjuster was amazing. She marked up the car and got everything set for me. I felt comfortable with the work and she noticed every issue without me having to point out even the minor stuff. She didn't act like I was annoying her nor did she rush through it. I was so late to the appointment and she was still there and ready to go for me. I found everyone to be trustworthy and honest and was comfortable leaving my car there for the repair. The rental car place on site - same thing, quick, painless and they even loaned me a "better" car than the one I chose.Customer Service: Their customer service is above and beyond: They noticed a laptop in my trunk and personally called me immediately to let me know they were keeping it at the front desk and I could pick it up any time. I was so grateful and impressed. As I said above, they also didn't act annoyed or rushed, even though I was 15 minutes late (I know, I'm the worst).Repairs: The repairs were so quick (about a week). Everything was repaired perfectly. And don't judge a book by its cover, because, trust me, I know when a car is half butt repaired. The paint - which is the absolute dealbreaker for me - was blended perfectly and had no visible imperfections (again, read below - I've seen some AWFUL paint repair). It was a match for the lightening blue and I can spot a bad match 10 miles away. Seriously, I can't tell you how miserably the paint repair is usually done. Every part they replaced was installed perfectly: everything in alignment, factory. The tech even took the extra time to clean up the exterior because it rained the day before. For context, I had an awful experience earlier this year at a different local Geico affiliated shop. The adjuster was not there for a few of our appointments.....included a work inspection................... so even if the repairs were correct (spoiler alert: they weren't) I couldn't have left with the car. He personally told me to arrive at that time. Next, the first time I came to pick up my car, there were visible pinch marks in my door, sloppy paint, trim falling off, paint not blended. The adjuster was very annoyed that I demanded a redo. The second time I came to pick up my car, same issues. Eventually I had to demand a new part after THREE MONTHS of them having my car. The adjuster said there was a "national shortage" ...... it's a Ford Mustang door, please stop lying. Unbelievable and dishonest. I called around to call his bluff and guess what, no other shop told me they couldn't get the part. Finally, the dealership owner personally had it fixed for me. The adjuster then said he had to spend too much money on this claim and it was my fault.TRUST ME - for a Geico claim, Bailey's is the way to go.

They did a great job after I was rear ended. New bumper and a few dents fixed on my back tailgate, and they got the color matched perfectly. It was also finished two days sooner than expected.

Can you give less than a 1 star? Tried to get my car fixed here and they did a horrible job. Cut corners at every chance they got. They took a month to fix my car due to the incompetence of the staff and the owner. 1 year later i had to have almost all work redone at another shop because they failed to prep, prime and paint the body work. Also had to have mounts for my radiator replaced because this shop charged for replacing them but never did. Stay away!

I have brought my cars to this shop a few times and I am always completely satisfied. I have tried other shops in the area; I used to go to Craftsman auto body. But Craftsman make you feel like they are doing you a favor. Bailey's auto body is so superior in how they deal with their customers, the work is perfect, and their prices are always lower than any of the other competitors. I just cannot say enough nice things about this place.

It only took them 10 minutes to fix a problem with my car that I thought it'd take much longer and cost much more. But Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body did and amazing job. I'm also impressed by their politeness, honesty and professionalism.

This place needs to work on their customer service!I can't speak on their ability to repair vehicles but I can say that this facility needs to ensure that every single one of their personnel are adequately trained to calmly and politely address any questions and concerns a customer may have.I went to this facility on 05/24/2017. After showing the damage to my front bumper and mirror on my car to an employee, named Manny, I simply inquired how the damage was going to be repaired. As soon as I asked that question, Manny got extremely offended. He immediately became frustrated with me asking,"What are you getting at?! Why are you asking me how I'm going to repair your car?!" (As if this was a ridiculous question that no one ever asks before getting into business with a total stranger, lol). After explaining the reason why I asked he then explained the process to me but by then I was already uninterested in their services. He also provided an estimate of $576 to fix my mirror and front bumper ($60 and $516, respectively) but a place I went to beforehand in Harrisonburg, VA said it would cost $360 to fix both! Even though metropolitan areas tend to be more expensive than rural areas, this mark up was apparently unusually high.My recommendation to any future potential auto repair customers, make sure you shop around and if you don't feel like you've received adequate customer service, spend your money elsewhere!I will upload pics of the damage soon.

Absolutely the worse body shop in Northern Virginia. Do not take your car in to get a quote or to get worked on. Was involved in a car accident months ago. Took my car there just to get it appraised and have them to fix it. They acted like they didn't want to bother with my car. My car sat for 2 weeks and no one ever reach back out to me. Once I reached out , the owner yelled and said oh there is nothing wrong with the car and that i need to come pick it up now. Now, this is the kicker. The car was in an accident tearing up the bottom of the under carriage. . I was forced to take the car to another body shop where they were able to declare the car totaled by doing their job in actually inspecting the car. The car was declared totaled. Thank God I had to go to take it to another auto body shop because this place was very unprofessional and highly rude. They would have had me stuck with scraps.

One of the very few true auto family businesses left in the area. I've always had taken my vehicles for body work with nothing but fantastic results. Everyone is very friendly as there is no corporate style atmosphere. They helped me fix an electric problem many couldn't figure out on my Acura. Thank you Manny and his tech.

I trust Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body with my car anytime I need anything. When I got into an accident with my car, BCAB handled my rental car reservation on site and repaired all of the damage to my car in a timely manner. I also get routine maintenance done at this shop. I highly recommend this shop because nothing beats the service, fair prices and speed! It is my pleasure to support this family-run business.

I recently brought my car here for repairs from pothole damage. The spoiler was scratched and needed new bolts to attach it, and it took one day to complete the job while they ordered the parts. Meanwhile, I kept the car while they did the work, and in the meantime, I sustained yet more pothole damage (thanks, VDOT, and the horrible winter of 2014!). This time a small panel from the undercarriage had come loose. When I brought the car back to have the spoiler put back on, Bailey's Crossroads Auto Body reattached the undercarriage panel free of charge while they did the work to reattach the spoiler. I've never heard of a body shop giving away work before, so I thought it certainly merited a 5-star review!
