This place is a disaster. The Commercial department is even worse. Starting with customer service this location is catastrophic. I was served by this guy named Denny he is very rude and unprofessional. While trying to return a part he was very upset that I returned it and keep commenting about it. Even though I'm a regular customer who spends thousands monthly basis in this location. I hope higher management takes care of this as they need to find better team members with a more polite customer service aspect. But Denny's is hurting auto zones reputation.

Commercials in this store is a mess. I bought few parts thru the commercial place while I got the wrong parts I decided to return one of them as it was the wrong fit. The guy have refused to return it for me because he said it was used and he can exchange it for me. After 3 days the parts still didn't come one week and still not there when I decided to tell him either my part or my money back. The team member there actually insulted me and started harassing me. Stating that I'm using the account that is not mine while they are the one giving that account complete auto to anyone around there so they can increase their sales. Until today's date I still didn't got my part not my money back. The guy who served me is an albino with glasses very very nasty attitude. I have nothing to do with this auto zone anymore as advanced auto parts cross the street still a very very good alternative with a better customer service orientation.

This place is the worst autozone I have been to. They have a female with glasses working there that has given attitude to me multiple times making it seem like she s annoyed at me asking for parts. Sometimes there is plenty of staff working to help out customers but some days there s only 3 people running the store with lots of customers in the store. How s this even possible. Parts are never in stock, online orders are never ready for pickup and rarely come in on time and when you ask for an answer they respond I don t know what to tell you Looks bad on the store manager. Sales tags are still up even know they are expired. I once left a battery to charge they took it in and told me to come back the next day, I come back 2 days later and the battery is apparently lost. learn how to run the store.

Dark skinned man with beard very rude and will put his hand in your face. Once you tell him you re not a child and to never do that he will ask you to leave.This man doesn t need training. He needs to be terminated. See ya soon!

Hey auto zone. I'm confused. Do you all still help the customers retrieve items like oil filter and oil when they buy the special? Because if so I need yall Nlneed to say that. Wasting my time going back and forth trying to get some items for an oil change. Whoever is managing these bunch of clowns needs more training!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Place an online order for in-stock items. Go to pick them up the next night. They don t have one of them items in stock.Employee: oh, I tried to call you but it went right to voicemail. Me: I don t have a voicemail Employee: I didn t leave one. Me: Why? Employee: We don t do that? Me: What do you mean you don t do that? If it went right to voicemail, how would I know you called? Employee: some combination of silence, ambivalence, and we don t do that and you can come back tomorrow.Me: I don t live near here. This was way out of my way. Can you ship it? Employee: We don t ship from the store. Me: Ok, but you all messed up so can you figure out how to ship it to me. Employee: We don t do that. If AutoZone wants a new slogan, it should be, We don t do that.

Stopped by this location on Wednesday 3:30pm. 3 associates are reading some sports news and one finally bothered to talk to me. I couldn t get any help changing the battery for my car keys. They need an adult, I think they are just 3 lazy kids who want to get paid but not work.

This place is terrible. I bought wipers from them through the online store and they didn t pull them for me until I showed up in person 2 days later. When I went to install the wiper blades they did not fit my car even though the website guaranteed that they would fit my 2015 Chevy Spark. When I went to return them I waited in line for 20 MINUTES because they had one associate working the register. There seemed to be at least 2 other people working that were oblivious to the insanely long line, or else they would have opened up another. To top it off the floors look like they were last cleaned in the Carter administration. Will not be going there again.

They ran Diagnostics on my check engine light at no charge. This can cast $200 at a shop!!! I bought all the parts there and brought it to a shop. That saved easily $260.00!!! They are very nice and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Autozone at Bailys Crossroads.

ordered a headlight to pickup the day before to be picked up the following day. waited all day with no confirmation no nothing. decide to go to the store and see if it was ready and couldn t even walk into the door. There was a line wrapped around the entire front you couldn t even get a place. cancelled order and went across the road to their competitor in and out less than 5 minutes and it was cheaper. never again.

Often crowded, but that's because they usually have the parts you need. They have great knowledgeable staff- plus the neighborhood mechanic Boogie Brown is always close by this particular store if you a little more in depth advice . WELL STOCKED, CLEAN, ORDERLY OPERATION, RUN BY GOOD PEOPLE

My favorite Auto Zone location! Most of the employees are knowledgeable a few are questionable but if you really really need help ask for Dennys Campos. Hes the thaddy in commercial. And he sabo espa�ol! Thats a bonus.

To start off it has been a week. My car stop working and we did a lot of back and forth to this Autozone. To save time and trips to store if you have car issues I recommend speaking to YAW!! Yaw was so helpful and knowledgeable about car issues. He needs a raise!

The female, I think manager Sunday around I believe 4pm was doing an incredible job, long line etc maybe you could of had one more person there(reason why 4 stars not five) But this person was doing a great job anwering the phones helping people in line etc keeping people cool, as some dont like to wait. Also she was checking stock etc for a few people getting parts. If you could see her in action and shes cool about it, a upper level manager would have really appreciated her. The other fellow too was doing a good job, while one was on lunch.

I went in to have my battery checked and changed out. Kevyn and the Sales manager, Jason, were extremely helpful at ensuring I received the best customer service in spite of the store having a crowd.

These guys were quick, attentive and very friendly. I bought a battery online, they followed all the social distancing covid rules and I got what I needed and was on my way fast. Few days later when I came back to return it because I didn't need it, there was a whole new crew than the first time and these guys were just as helpful efficient and friendly. I appreciate how helpful they were to me and the store was busy and I saw that they were helping each other take care of customers as well. They take the time to figure out what the customers need, find the right parts and advise and answer questions. Congrats on a well run store and a properly trained staff. Thank you!

A local roadside assistant suggested I call Autozone to see if they could change my battery. I was surprised because I thought Autozone was just a retail store. I drove to the Falls Church location and asked the staff to test my car battery. They tested it and replaced the battery in about an hour. The battery cost $175+ tax. Drove out of the parking lot with a new warrantied battery.My only caution is to be patient. They are very busy and short staffed.

HORRIBLE service,I normally don't do this kind of reviews, but the people working on this store went beyond what I can tolerate.I walked in looking for parts for my car then I remembered that I heard a noise in the exhaust so I went to that section looking for something to patch the possible hole in the system.I did the line that by the way was super slow with only two employees working there at the time.Once I got to the counter the person that took my order seemed bothered when I told him that i was also looking some tire rods for my car, he stroggled even to put the part that i needed and told me that he took me because he tought that i just wanted to check out. he said that was losing so much time with me and making the next customer wait too long ( because he just needed to check out a couple bulbs or something like that).That was the moment that at first I was like ok. just check me out the two things that I needed for the exhaust then he keeps saying some things like he was some sort of express line and I was holding it... then I just told him that I don't want anything anymore and that I was as valuable as the guy behind me.I've been in many other Auto Zone stores, I buy all sorts of car parts from batteries to power steering pumps and never encounter such bad service from an associate like today.For sure that place has lost my bussiness forever. You shall not treat your clients in such ways, specially knowing that there are two other stores where you can get better service and parts a block away, that's no way to treat royal costumers like me.Walter Barrera

I recently had the worst experience with Auto Zone's customer service. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive, and I was left feeling frustrated and upset.I was trying to find the filter by myself from the catalog unfortunately, there are no accessories for 2021 and I got back to the customer service as I said they weren't interested in helping me find what I needed. feeling frustrated and disappointed. Avoid the Auto Zone if you can!"

Don't waste your time. Overpriced parts. Unhelpful and misleading staff. Failed to honor warranty.Very unsatisfied with the experience and service here. Though I was extremely polite and accommodating with the staff, they did not help me at all - I almost feel scammed.Buyer beware.
