I m so thankful this place exists, because I ve now had to come here 4 times for windshield replacements, and each time I m extremely pleased with the result. Not only are the prices extremely reasonable and probably the lowest in the area, the work is done FAST - just a few hours. And the work is quality. I recommend this place to anyone who needs glass auto repairs.

Emailed Sunday at 4pm; they came and replaced my rear window by 2pm Monday; They were 25% less expensive and were able to do the work a week earlier than the next bid. The tech showed up at my home in a fresh, branded van to complete the work. He was nice, efficient and cleaned up the glass in the car and on the street! He did an awesome job.I would use them again the next time an errant baseball breaks my rear windshield !

This place was amazing! Got me in and out fast! Vacuumed my damaged of my car break and and fixed it at a reasonable price! Here are some before and after pictures.

A really big and challenging job with some early-March weather delays ~ but the skill and diligence of glass techs Clay and his Dad was outstanding!!! That new monster windshield and the surrounding body parts were re-installed wind and water tight in under 8 hours.

Very good serviceThey fixed my broken window and there were no issues .The staff were kind and politeI got a good deal $250 for my window repair and they were quick and efficient about 30-40 mins top ! Great service and they respond quick .

I had the best experience ever with them. Everyone was so kind and courteous they took care of us rights away. They did a great job my with my windshield it looks great. They were professional they even offered us tea. I got some laughs from them and great service thank you all

I usually don t leave reviews but I had to with this company, they were the most afforable out of all the other companies I contacted, literally they were $200 cheaper than everyone else trust me I called around, they are also convenient they came earlier than expected and got the job done and the work was A1.

I own a small masonry company and my truck is my lifeblood. With a broken rear window and bent frame I thought I was in big trouble because I couldn t afford to have the truck off the road.I called Allstate Auto Glass and they said bring it right over. I didn t think there was any way to fix it without major body work, but they did it in an hour at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them!

After finishing my morning jog, I've noticed that my windshield was damaged mainly on the driver's side. After panicking, I've accidentally dialed up All-State auto glass when I meant to call safelight repair. However my appointment with All-State was at 1pm today and they replaced my windshield within an hour with no problems. And the price was reasonable as well. Good customer service. A would recommend this place.

I came here to get the back glass of my Tesla Model Y replaced. I brought the vehicle to the shop because I was told that the service could be performed the same day. I brought the car at the agreed upon time, but the mechanic showed up 1/2 hour later than I was told. After dropping the car off, I was also informed that it would be $1100 and would not be done until tomorrow as the car required a special glass that needed to be shipped in. I was ok with that because for the price I was paying, I'd much rather prefer the job to be done correctly with the right glass. However, when I got the car back, it was evident that a cheaper alternative had been used rather than the OEM glass. The glass was incredibly distorted to the point where it affected my rear visibility. I was told I could bring the car back to get the proper glass fitted, but I've tried multiple times to contact them to get them to look at the issue with no success. I would not recommend this service to anyone.I will update this review if anything changes.

Update: The owner called me very apologetically. He asked me to come by the shop next weekend (I won't have time through the week) and he said he'll rectify the issue. I will update this review once again afterward.Pros:- Had a windshield in stock for my car- Had availability the same day I called them to install the windshield- 30-40 minutes to replace my windshield.Cons:- When I called and asked about brands of glass, owner stated they had a handful of non-OEM brands, and Carlite (which is essentially OEM). When I showed up, the did not have Carlite glass-The work is not the neatest. You can see in the pictures attached that the adhesive they use to glue adhere the windshields sticks out like a sore thumb on my white car around the perimeter of the window. They used too much glue on the driver side of the windshield, and it's painfully visible in the interior of the car.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I m glad i used these guys even in the rain the guy got to my house fixed my window and even vacuumed the glass out in 30 minutes I highly recommend this establishment the 380 was worth it

I was beyond pleased with ALL state. My daughters car was broken into at her apartment in DC while she was away. There was glass everywhere. They got us in the next day and Naseer went above and beyond. He came on time and communicated with me every step of the way. He didn't think he could clean up the glass because he didn't have access to an electrical outlet BUT he made it happen. Thank you thank you again for the amazing customer service. Use them over anyone else.

I was able to get windshield replaced while I waited, approx 2.5 hours. When I got home realized they put the mirror on upside down so I had to make an extra trip back. The owner fixed it immediately. Windshield has been in for a few weeks without any issues.

Called at 9am to see if they could replace the rear windshield on a 2023 Chrysler Voyager. Thankfully, Vali had one on hand! I called 5 other places but no one else had any on hand. I went in at 10am and left by 11am. Vali was awesome, the techs were nice, the service was quick, & they did it for a great price! They also offer mobile service & can come to you. The Safelite in Rockville, MD is outstanding. Fast, friendly service. Fair pricing. I was in and out in less than an hour, on a weekend- in the rain! The waiting area was actually spacious, free coffee and tea, large t.v. broadcasting Sports Center. The technician Garyston was very polite, humorous and would not accept a tip from me. I cannot say enough good things about the service and this location.

As a local business owner myself, I was really impressed with how well Allstate Auto Glass took care of us. The window on one of our employee's vans was smashed by a vandal. Other companies could not do a repair for several days. Allstate got us in for same-day service, provided a fair price, and was super easy to deal with. Do not use this business. Extremely unprofessional and employees are literally liars. We had the repair guy show up at 8AM instead of 2PM like scheduled. He was incompetent enough to take the wrong windshield and said he would return the next day. We waited and called the office and they informed us he claimed we declined any service. Completely unprofessional, rude and a waste of time. Use literally anyone else. We also notified our insurance so they stop recommending them to customers.Edit: After the 3rd day they came out with the proper glass and at the time they claimed. Would be higher stars but took 3 attempts and feels like a bit of dishonesty on their part.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I appreciated that this company came and repaired my windshield on the same day that I called. However the work was fairly expensive compared to other places and they would not give me a receipt which I could forward to my insurance company for reimbursement. I was told they would email me a receipt the next business day but it took three weeks of calling and being yelled at by the manager before I was actually able to get a receipt. Finally a woman from the office called me back and did get me a receipt. She apologized for the rudeness of the manager but I would definitely not recommend that anyone use this business.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I found this place online, and they did give me the best price. I payed 200$ for my windshield to be replaced. It only took about 45 - hr to get it replaced. A lot faster than I expected. The people there are very nice and friendly and very courteous. The man who worked there, went above and beyond for me, even offering an appointment time for my busy schedule on a day that they were closed. I would have to say the only downside, is the woman working at the desk. She was not very friendly at all, she was rude and I did not have a good customer experience with her. Everyone and everything else was good and I was satisfied.
