Had a great experience. Brandon took care of me. He was patient and helped a lot. I bought the wrong battery online. He fixed that and got me the right battery. Brandon installed the new battery and was pleasant the whole time!!!!

Phenomenal folks all around, I have had nothing but great service here. Every time I have had difficulty finding any part no matter if its an alternator or a specific bolt, they have frequently gone out of their way to even help me identify those specific items. Every visit here is an absolute pleasure!

My wife's standing, waiting in line for 5 min. Customer counter employee says next customer as a man walks through the front door and goes up to him. He services the man who hasn't waited in line at all. I tell my wife to let's go ... we leave. Ordered online cheaper from another store. Better quality, better price and better service elsewhere. Won't shop there again.

Brandon who helped us was AMAZING! When I first went in, he explained that if we could wait until one of their staff came back from lunch, he would gladly help us replace our battery, but they have been short staffed, understandably. My husband was injured in a car accident in which we were hit head on by a drunk driver, so our second car was totaled, he could not change it, and our remaining car needed a new battery. I left the car running, went and grabbed some lunch, came back, and Brandon changed our battery for us. And that s not all, the battery in our car was SUPER corroded. He really had to work to get it out (sorry, Brandon!), and made sure the prongs were clean so that they would attach well to the new one. The whole time he was calm, kind, and personable, even when he could have easily been annoyed that it took so long. But he really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of properly. This young man deserves much praise!! Thank you again, Brandon!!

Plain and simple: I needed headlight bulbs, and the parts desk looked up my VIN and gave me a selection of four manufacturers varied by price/quality. It's is good to have choices and in+stock. Advance stores are everywhere, so the were just a short drive away.

Went in to buy a new bulb for one of my headlights.The price was great, close to amazon; the difference was fast friendly service on new years eve.This is the second time I've been to this location.Great service, great prices.I'm sorry they were working on new years eve but also glad they were there.

I'm astounded by how long I needed to wait to simply check out. The two people working the counter spent an unbelievable amount of time with the customers they were helping - and these people were being helped when I walked in the door so we're talking we'll over 15 minutes. After waiting more than 10 minutes I just put what I was buying back and left. Who knew that driving 10 minutes up the road would be faster than waiting to check out?I won't be returning to this location again.

Daniel and James are extremely helpful and professional. They both go out of their way to help the customer, and have helped me many times. Daniel especially - he always remembers my name (even under a mask), always asks me how I am doing. Great guy!I go out of my way to shop here because of how helpful they are. I buy almost all my auto parts from AAP because of these guys.

We needed a new battery, and James was incredibly helpful! He tested our old battery, explained the options for a new battery, and installed the new battery for us. The removal of the old battery was tricky because one of the bolts was badly corroded and broken, but James patiently solved the problem. Throughout the whole process, he explained to us what he was doing step-by-step. Honestly, working with James was one of the most pleasant car-repair experiences I've ever had.

Stopped in today for their in-store services. I needed a check engine light scanning. I've had this done before at this same location plenty of times. But today two employees said that this store doesn't do that and never has. I showed them on their website where it advertises it. The statement I got back was the website is not updated. I said that was pretty much bs. So the website is lying. And he said yes the website is lying. Either they are lazy or the manager didn't train them on their policy. You lost my business.

Had good experience with this store up until 3/26/20 when a sales associate was both lazy and disrespectful to me. He seemed burdened by my simple request and was sarcastic as well. Spoke to the store manager and still no indication that the unacceptable customer service has been corrected.

I know it can be tough to find a good, reliable auto store but if you're in search for one I definitely recommend this Advance Auto store. I bought a new car battery and Daniel was really helpful in finding the right one for me and installing it. Great customer service and good products.

Today i had a very bad experience. In one store in loehmans plaza. Because i tried to change one can of paint and they told me they can't do that . then one guy asked me for my id. And even whit my id they no want to give me onother csn . and there was a woman there that she interfer in my claim. She look as. She have a relation whith the manager. Very bad experience . she no allow the guys to solve my problem. Then i saw one guy that work in the store for long time and he solve the problem. But for realm this was horrible experience. I hope a best way to solve custumer issues from a professional way. Disgusting experience today.

I do all my own maintenance, but I'm far from an expert. I've been to a few stores around town, and this one hands down has the best customer service and most knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to help and have a great attitude.

Last year I purchased two rotors and they are defective. they have my name and phone number on file but, conveniently not the record of my purchase. Now they refused to replace the defective part they sold me. my advice would be to purchase your automobile products at a reputable parts store, especially if it is something important like brake rotors!!!!

I went to ask for transmission fluid for my Toyota, the guy told me it didnt exist because Toyota needs a special ATF fluid transmission. Totally wrong!! I consulted this with a specialist. Please don't even go under their poor knowledge about cars. Google in advance and then just go either to another auto parts or go with the list to be ready to pick up.

At the parking now, what a poor service, they can hire a robot and it will do a better job assisting customers than the lady in glasses that works there,She was just there for the paycheck.What a waste of time
