Peter is AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful. My husband and I came in for an International Drivers License and the processes was simple and clear. The place had great music, a relaxing atmosphere, and process was stress free. We ll definitely be back to this location!

Took my car there for safety inspection. One of my brake lights was out and they quoted me $85 in labor to replace it. When I balked at the price, the associate said it was going to be very labor intensive to fix. In reality, it took them less than 10 minutes from the time he quoted me until the time it was done.Update: I did follow-up as requested and the only thing that happened was they took my contact info, so they're "reaching out" was little more than lip service

I had an oil change there. With the AAA membership I got a good price. They also recommended changing the cabin and engine air filters. I bought them online and changed by myself. Staffs there are polite and friendly.

Cars break down, and for me- my car is everything! I arrived late on a Friday and had my diagnostic complete within an hour. Unfortunately, I needed a car part that needed to be shipped in on Monday. On Monday, they started my car early enough to discover, another piece needed repair on top of the 1st one. I was distraught because my life had been altered because I had no car. I watched the mechanics work very hard to get cars in and out very fast. Their communication was great, and their customer service was even better. Thank you Mike and the team! I made it home in 6 hours lol, with no worries. I am grateful.

Their car repair service is very good.Their mechanics were able to find and diagnose a problem with the car that was missed by the mechanics at the service center that I usually take the car to, which is not a AAA service center.Thankfully it's a problem that can be fixed in the near future.I do recommend this location for car repairs. However, they do not do body work or replace any glass for windows or windshields.

Made an appointment for emissions and safety inspections and stated that on the appointment form. When I got there, they said they don t do emissions and I d have to wait at least an hour for the safety inspection (even when I had the scheduled appointment). I ve had problems at this place in the past, but figured I d give them another chance, especially since I have a AAA Visa card.

I would REALLY, REALLY recommend you do NOT take your car here. My brakes went out in my car and I had my car towed to this location. I have been a Triple AAA member for years now and have never had a bad experience, so I thought nothing of taking my car here.I am extremely disappointed by the service I received. It took 2 weeks for them to get my car back to me. I completely understand it takes time and they are probably busy with many other cars, but I had it quoted elsewhere and every other auto shop told me 2 weeks is ridiculous. (To be fair to them, they did have to order some parts, but it took them 4 days after my car was towed for them to even look at my car). Not only that, but the customer service I received was incredibly frustrating. They did not call me to let me know my car arrived at their location, nor did they call me (I had to call them for updates). When I asked for an approximate time frame for when I should expect news about it, they didn't give me a clear answer. The answer I did get was wrong, they would tell me they'd call me at a specific time and then didn't. They told me my car would be ready by a specific day and then waited 30 minutes before the shop was closing to tell me that the car wouldn't be ready (again after they'd had my car for two weeks). When I did speak to someone on the phone they had a horrible attitude and were quite rude.I really am not trying to purposefully give a bad review, but I am just so disappointed by this experience and I would recommend you take your car anywhere else. Again, I understand it takes time and was never expecting to get my car back immediately. But the two weeks combined with the complete and total lack of communication and the rude attitude is just not acceptable.Service: Brakes

This is my go-to facility for car maintenance. Staff are friendly and knowledgable. Prices are fair and AAA members get a discount on labor (not a lot, but small perk.) I have never been disappointed by a visit!

We have a preferred shop before requesting a tow. When the tow truck came the guy said that they will provide free diagnostics if we take it to this shop for a potential leak. Since it is "triple A" shop we said yes. And that was Wednesday(April 26, 2023) at 7:30am, there was no status update for that day. I called the next day and was promised to get a status in the afternoon but did not get anything and the reason was that there were a lot of cars in front of my car but a status update will be provide in the afternoon of April 27(Thursday) but I did not receive any call. I called again Friday (April 28) and still have not gotten anything yet. The car has been sitting there for 3 days now with another promise that they will take a look at it in the afternoon. How much more time should the car sit there? These guys shouldn't recommend their shop if they dont have the resources. We need our car and we cannot be at the mercy of a business who want more business but cannot deliver. April 28, 2023 - I'm writing this review while still waiting for the car to get looked at :-(Service: General repairs & maintenance

Super disappointed. Took my car in for an oil change and they tried to get me to get $600+ of unnecessary auto work (confirmed with another trusted mechanic that my car didn t need it). Won t be returning to this location.I suggest going elsewhere for your auto work.

It says it is open until 5pm Saturdays, but the travel people leave at 3pm (disclose not made in the website or when looking for a place to do the IDP). So I wasted a trip to the shop. You should be better at communicate the services provided and timings.

**Update: I received confirmation in early May 2023 that a reimbursement check had been sent out for the services that had to be done at the Honda dealership to fix the damages from this AAA location. Four months later, I am still waiting for the check with no updates.Do not visit this location.AAA told me my alternator needed to be replaced. I took my car to this shop and they replaced the alternator. I've had to go back several more times for them to continue fixing problems that have surged after my initial visit with them. In my last visit, they advised I take my car to the dealership for a diagnostic and system reset, where I will end up paying more money to fix the problems that were brought on as a result of my visit to this AAA location.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Do NOT leave your vehicle in the hands of these people. If you do, you cannot say that you have not been warned. I have never in my life had a bad experience with vehicle maintenance until this week. The Seven Corners AAA service center is horrible on every level. The only AAA service center that I can say that of. All I needed was an alternator, and state safety inspection. What I got was a bill for 2400$, a huge scrape down the side of my car and a new bill from the garage that had to fix the alignment after Seven Corners gave it back to me basically undrivable. They literally did more damage than good. They scraped my car against something white and hip high, then took a rag and wiped the damage. They then took a picture and said the damage was already there. Well, I took a picture of my car on the tow truck, no huge, fresh scrape. So then they said someone hit it in the parking lot. It's not car paint in the scratches.Being ignorant is one thing but chosing to lie and steal is a reflection of the person. The worst part of the whole thing is the greasy steering wheel and stench of body odor left in my car. It's an 11 year old Honda Crosstour, but it is mine, and the way they treated my car, entrusted to them, was acceptable.Do NOT allow them to touch your car, and if you do, you cannot say that you have not been warned.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This company is the worst. They can't tell me why I can't keep the same level membership and when I want to cancel because they can't explain to me why I have to stay at the lowest level I can't get a refund for a membership that I won't use. The lowest level is of no use to me and they are saying I can't get my money back for a membership that has not even renewed yet. I used to recommend this company to everyone I got my family in and friends and defended them when people would say anything bad about it. I guess something had to happen to me in order for me to see their true colors. Why must I pay for something that is of no use to me. I do not recommend this unless you want to stay stuck like an unwanted time share.

This review is going to be a little bit all over the place.I ordered some tires online a few months ago and had them shipped here. Originally, they struggled to find my tires. Several phone calls resulted in them telling me they were not in yet. The website assured me they had been delivered, even providing the employees name who signed for them. Each time I called I was told I would receive a call back. Never once did I receive a phone call in return as I was promised. Finally called and spoke with a manager, who did find my tires and finally schedule me for an installation. The day I arrived I was greeted politely, given a rough time estimate of two hours for the job. I left and went to breakfast. About an hour later I received a phone call from the tech asking me about my wheel lock key. Once we settled that I mentally reset the clock in my head another two hours because, well...I understand the service industry and if they did not start the job for an hour there was a good chance it was not going to be completed in the next 60 minutes. But hey, not a problem. I get it.I'd like to point out at this time that at both my initial consultation in dropping my vehicle off in the morning and during the subsequent follow-up phone call about the wheel locks, I was assured I would receive a phone call when the work was done. I busied myself and let them work.An additional 3 hours later I still had not received a phone call, so I decided it was time to check in. This time I was told my truck was ready but they thought it needed an alignment. I knew this beforehand, but the issue was not so bad that I had scheduled it in advance. After discussing the price and the additional time of only 30 minutes I figured I had waited for it this long, what harm in waiting another half an hour? I agreed. But I guess the courtesy phone call I was supposed to receive was just never going to happen, despite the fact that they wanted to upsell me more business! Unusual. They must be slammed, right? Could be. It's in a densely populated area. Make sense. Upon returning for my vehicle, however, the place is still not over run with customers. In fact, although I am sure they had vehicles waiting for repairs, there is only one other person in the location when I arrive and she was at the Travel counter. In the end I'll say this, they definitely fixed my alignment and the tires appear to have been installed well. I would, however, recommend someone there address some of the customer service up front. Everyone I spoke with throughout this journey was polite enough, and relatively professional, but good customer service includes a depth of caring and courtesy that goes beyond smiling and sounding nice.I will likely take my business elsewhere, as I was not overly impressed with this experience.Service: Tires

I had called for AAA roadside repair for help with a flat tire. The driver who came filled the tire with air and tested for a leak. The tire didn't lose any air and he couldn't find a leak, using the equipment he had on hand. He gave me a coupon for free tire service at AAA auto repair centers, so I visited the 7 Corners (Falls Church, VA) location. I left the tire there so that they could troubleshoot it, and came back several hours later. They couldn't find a leak either, but they cleaned the rim and remounted the tire for free! The waiting area is clean and comfortable, and is equipped with WiFi, outlets for charging, and coffee. The staff that I spoke with while there were all courteous, professional, and helpful.Service: Tires

I came to this location at about 8am on 6/11/22. The previous night, my tire went flat on the highway. I called AAA and they sent out a tow truck with a great technician named Brian. The next morning, I came to this location to get the tire patched. The gentleman who helped me asked if I had an appointment. I told him no because it was an emergency situation with a flat tire. He then went on about how backed up they are and that it might take a long time to patch a tire. I asked will I get the car back today and he said maybe. So it takes that long to patch one tire? I asked this question and he said well maybe we can squeeze you in. The whole time he acted as though I was inconveniencing him. Unfortunately, I didn t get his name. Anyway, poor customer service, poor attitude. And it s important to note that there were no other customersin the building. I don t recommend this AAA location to anyone. My family has been a AAA member for decades. Do better.Service: Auto maintenance

I hope this review helps future customers make an informed decision. My experience at this center was sadly the worst car care experience in my life. My car was in their shop for almost 2 weeks and I every time I called for an update the story changed slightly. The icing on the cake though was that they were going to charge me an arm and a leg for the work being done. Since they never started the work, I had my car towed to another local shop, which got the work done in 1 day for 1/3 (I am not exaggerating) of the cost. I recognize things in this economy are tough, and maybe my experience was an outlier, but if it wasn't, I hope this review saves someone else from the heartburn I experienced.

***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!***I went to AAA as I knew the brand and trusted them. I asked them to look at and replace the alternator as it was going bad. This was confirmed by an auto parts store when they ran a test.AAA looked at the alternator and said it was fine. Further, MG gave me a laundry list of items I needed to pay for that totaled up to 10 time the cost of the alternator replacement.I also asked for a state inspection as I moved into VA recently. They did not follow the manual for state inspections that I was able to reference and failed me for an item that is not in the manual. Andre was the inspector. I have filed a complaint with the Virginia State Police's Safety Division over this.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection

This place is excellent both with customer service and mechanics. I come here with any issue I have. Ive come here twice, first time with a flat tire replacement and another for a used car inspection. I just left here after getting a used car inspection on a mazda and was helped by Aaron at the front desk. Super polite, thorough and helpful. The mechanic he set me up with was John. John did a great job and gave it to me straight. Located an issue with the breaks that the previous inspector missed, gave me his recommendation and made sure I understood everything that came with the car if I decided to purchase it. I recommend this triple a and will be using them for a while to come. Thank you John and Aaron

My car stopped in the middle of the road and their truck came to help me. Kelly (Smith) and Robert were very professional and accommodating. I sat in their truck while my car had been towed and they talked about ice-creams, which was very pleasant giving the circumstances. At the end, they start-jumped my car and I was back in business. And everything happened in the late PM hours. Thank you!

AAA is known for their great services and typically people have good experiences. The front desk staff is superb typically, and will keep to their word. The technicians, on the other hand, are can be a hit or miss. I have had 2-3 visits for regular car oil changes and tire rotations where something was not done correctly, leading to another visit for re-work. On one occasion one lug nut was stripped and siezed. On another, tire replacements led to a flat tire the very next day due to a dent on the inner edge of the rim. On my last visit, the tire rotation was missed altogether and a the tire hub cap was not tightened all the way, leading to almost losing this part on the road (this was at another occasion). It is a real hit or miss with the technicians it seems like, and thus overall a worthwhile reason to avoid AAA car centers. My opinion: only go if in real emergencies, and avoid late hours for any fixes, even simple ones (closer to 5 PM).Service: General repairs & maintenance

I had to have AAA tow my truck from their car center to another mechanic down the road cause they couldn t figure out what was wrong with it after they charged me $600 in repairs they recommended. The other mechanic (Master Auto in Falls Church) had me up and running. Been a Triple A member for over 20 years. Unbelievable.Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I went here when I moved to VA for my DMV car title, registration, and Real ID. They joked while I was there about having connection issues all the time and things not going through for DMV services. I crossed my fingers and a week later I received a letter that my Real ID photo was no good and I had to go to a DMV location. Fast forward two and half months later and I am still struggling to get my licenses because of everything being out of sync. I can't even check my status on the DMV site because the address security question does not match this location's address and there is no way to reset it or find out what it is. Save yourself and go to a real VA DMV and not this DMV Connect location. Note, I gave three and not less because I did manage to register my car and get a license plate.

Always pleasant and helpful, I trust them completely. Did a great job of brake maintenance at a reasonable price. As a premier AAA member I got my synthetic oil changed at half the price of anywhere else. Also love all the cool, useful things they sell at their place for the car. Lisa is an excellent counter salesperson and always helps get me whatever I need --even a free nail clipper set one day when I broke my nail there as I was completing travel plans and auto repair. Love their one stop service, their membership plans and the feeling of complete trust in their service backed up by the AAA name and long history. Highly recommend.

I had been driving by this location, almost daily. Never knew that it even existed. We recently had an issue with our alternator on our 13 Escape. All the lights suddenly appeared in the dash and the radio went out at the same time while driving, then the car shut down! Pretty scary! Long story short, we got towed to the Seven Corners store for repairs. The service was great. Everyone was cordial, attentive and in a weird way, almost sympathetic to our particular situation. It was refreshing to have a trustworthy facility in the area to go to for car repairs. I would definitely recommend this place!
