We completely trust Zach! We take all of our cars to his shop, and he has never steered us wrong. It is such a relief to have a mechanic we can trust, and who does great work for reasonable prices.

These guys have been great, but most recently saved me from another shop that completely fumbled the ball. They looked my car over and said what the other shop was proposing was unnecessary and were able to fix the problem for less than half the cost and in one day (other shop had it close to 2 weeks). I really can't say thanks enough!

I have been coming to AA-Auto for about 12 years. They are honest, straightforward, reliable, have great mechanics and have never let me down. I have brought my own car here and also my son's and daughter's various cars over the years. If you want a good job done, AA-Auto is the BEST. They are not the cheapest but they will always provide you with excellent service. And that's what counts.Services: Battery service, Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Very happy so far with Bobby and his mechanics. We have taken our vehicle back to him on 3 occasions and the service has been great. He even delivered the car to our house when he was done. He is very honest and communicative and his work seems to be just fine. The prices seem a bit high though.

The people at AA Auto are professional, honest, and kind. I got a new clutch, brake pads and rotors, and a new charcoal canister from AA Auto over the course of two months. Needless to say, I got to know AA Auto pretty well. They accidentally installed a faulty charcoal canister (not their fault) and accepted full responsibility and charged nothing for another smoke test to identify the issue and install a replacement part. They are great to work with and I would highly recommend them!

I totally agree with the other reviewer - they're honest and do great work. After my first experience with them (unexpected water pump failure) I'm scheduling more work. Honest, straightforward and quick - what more could you want out of a mechanic?

I used to be happy with these folks but I had two expensive repairs fail within a year. They use cheap parts. They repaired the front end steering with some new bushings. That broke within 6 months and they repaired for free. Then I had a rebuilt rack and pinion system put in. It started leaking steering fluid at around 12 months. They would not repair it under warranty, insisting only the part was under warranty and that I pay for the labor.

AA Auto Service has worked on three of my cars - a 1999 Ford Taurus, a 2000 Mercedes E300 and a 2006 Lexus RX 400h for at least 5 years. The most important quality I look for in auto repair shop is technical knowledge/repair quality, honesty, trustworthiness and fair prices. AA Auto Repair gets top scores on all counts from my son and me on all counts.

Mechanics like these are few and far between in this area. Honest, nice, helpful, and fair just to name a few qualities.I usually do all my own car work but some things are just out of my reach, and then there's emissions and inspection. Last time i did state inspection at a place in Tyson's Corner and they failed me and told me i needed $700 worth of work on my Jeep. I laughed and told them it was impossible, turns out I was right and they lied flat out to me, trying to strong arm me into repairs i didn't actually need (Sunoco Gas Station 2084 Chain Bridge Rd. Vienna, VA 22182 - NEVER GO THERE)But at A-A Auto they will do both and call you if anything is remotely wrong and discuss your options instead of just failing you, lie to you, etc. They actually care about the customers which seems non-existent in the DC Metro area when it comes to mechanics . No matter what work you need done get an opinion from these guys first if nothing else. It will save you loads of $$$.

Excellent garage with great people. Up to date on the latest technologies and scan tools to service late model vehicles. They did a great job for me on a tricky brake job. Highly recommended.

Been out of town for a few years but we always took our vehicles here. We are glad to know that A-A Auto is still awesome. Brought over our vehicle for an oil change and they graciously offered to drive me home because they weren't able to get to it right away. They are super honest and have great customer service!

Bobby and his team are a little on the pricier side (not bad though) but I cant tell you how much money I have wasted with cheaper guys in the area to end up at Bobby's shop to get the problem properly diagnosed and fixed.

I have always been treated fairly here. It's not an incredible bargain, but you get what you pay for from an honest mechanic who knows his stuff.
