A big shout out to Weber Tire Company!They took care of my truck, when I suddenly got a flat tire and saved me time AND money! Jacob was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole process.The team did such a great job that I am back today purchasing additional tires and additional care of my van!I recommend the highly for all your passenger and commercial tire needs!

If you own a small sedan, avoid bringing it here for alignment. I brought my daughter's hatchback with an appointment, but despite the scheduled time, I had to wait for over an hour before they began working on the car. Their explanation was that they were busy that day, raising the question of why they accepted appointments in the first place. Once the technician finally took the car in, the job was completed in less than 15 minutes, which seemed unusually quick for an alignment.To add to the concerns, there was no alignment printout showing before-and-after measurements. Despite my doubts, I chose to trust them due to their high ratings. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a mistake, as the car still veered significantly to the right. When I called back, they suggested rotating the tires.In the end, I decided to take the car to NTB for alignment, and the results were perfect. Despite their high ratings, I was told that this place is specialized in big commercial trucks. The question remains: why did they accept my appointment for a smaller vehicle in the first place and did they actually perform the alignment as requested? I have doubts about whether the job was done at all.

This is a great local business. Quick, helpful, and honest. My wife has gone here several times with a flat and rather than sell her a set of tires, they have been consistently honest and fair and patched her tires, rather than trying to sell her new tires. In an industry that is often plagued with dishonesty, Weber is doing it the right way.

Fantastic experience! After we got a nail in a company vehicle tire, we first tried a competitor and dropped it off, noting that it was urgent. They didn't call us back all day, and then when we followed up at the end of the day, the competitor insisted the tire had to be replaced. We wanted a second opinion so we brought it to Weber Tire, and they immediately fixed it for us on the spot while we waited. They were very pleasant, very inexpensive, and helped prevent us from being scammed into replacing a tire that didn't need replacement! Weber will be my first choice moving forward!

I got introduced to Weber through the company I work for and I absolutely love them. They're my go-to for tires and oil changes (along with other items). They have never made me feel like they're upselling me on items my car does not need. The prices are fair and service is always done on a timely matter. Huge shout out to Darrell and Chris in the office - Both always so polite and helpful. Definitely recommend them over places like Valvoline or gas stations!Services: Tires, Oil change

Our car had a tire with a slow leak, so brought it into a major automative tire/repair shop. They said that the repair was possibly complicated by the location of the puncture and they recommended Weber Tire. We got to Weber about 30 minutes before closing and they were super friendly and knowledgeable. They spoke to us like we were real people, and everyone who worked there was just really nice and sincere. We anticipated having to leave our car there overnight, but they did the repair while we waited and charged us a reasonable rate. I highly recommend this family owned business. We plan to go back there for alignments and other maintenance in the future.

I called this morning asking for their expertise, and looking to schedule an appointment for new tires. Randomly the line went dead, I assumed the call dropped.I waited a couple minutes and called back, they picked up and after saying We spoke earlier and I believe the call failed they hung up on me. Extremely disappointed.

Went to 2 other places. Their price blew the bigger franchise competition away. Place is outdated but for the price and service it's an afterthought.

Had a nail in tire (went to the Fairfax dump last Sat).This morning tire was registering low air.Over the years Weber has been my go to place.Today was painless, took little over 30 min.I will always recommend Weber.

Dropped in without an appointment as I had a leak in one of my tires. The gentleman I spoke to was very helpful and explained they patch tires instead of plugging them. The tire is removed and patched from the inside, unlike other places where it is just plugged. In and out in about 35 minutes. Definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs.Service: Tires

I had a flat tire on my Jeep and visited several well-known tire shops such as VA Tire and Hogan & Sons, but they were unable to repair it using their standard methods and recommended that I purchase a new tire. Since my tire had very low mileage and I didn't want to spend $500 on a new one, I came across this fantastic place that was able to quickly fix the tire without any hassle. They saved me a lot of money, and I appreciate their excellent work.

Today is Feb 23, 2023. I had a falt tire. I was looking into having a puncture repaired on a tire, I was looking at spending on average between $15 to $25 dollars. Of course the size of the puncture makes a huge difference and that determines the amount I spend on getting your tire repaired.This place charged me $42.07 and that's crazy. They knew I really wantd to get it fixed no matter what. They took the advanage of the situation. However, frankly speaking the guy was nice and fixed quick bc there was not much work. But honestly, I never go this place again because they over charged you.

I cannot thank the team at Weber Tire Company enough! I purchased new go kart tires and needed them placed on the old rims. I called about 50 different tire shops and each one had the same answer, "I'm sorry, we cannot service anything smaller than a 14" rim." That didn't help me considering they needed to go on 7" rims. From the moment I called Weber Tire Company to ask if they could help, they were unbelievably professional. The team did not disappoint with their service either. Everyone was polite and their rates were extremely reasonable. If I ever need any tire work done, this will be the only place I go to. Not only have you gained a customer for life but, I will only be recommending your company to my friends and family from now on. My go to place for tire rotations, balancing, and wheel patches. Often, I work with Randy. They charge significantly less for tire patches than nearby competitors. Also, the wheel balancing that they perform post-patching is spot on - no steering wheel shake or unwanted vibrations. I ve been a loyal customer for 10 years and never once had an issue. This is a family owned business operated by honest folks.Services: Tires, Tire rotations

I had to stop in a week ago after I ran over a nail. I thought I d need to get four new tires for my Outback, based on a comment during my state inspection (performed by another company) that my tires were on their last legs I was pleasantly surprised to find out that not only could the hole be patched, but my tires had a bit more life in them. When it s time to get new tires, I ll definitely be coming back here.Service: Tires

I had a little bit of an emergency they got me in and out in 30 minutes by the time I was done filling out paperwork and paying they already have my car on the ground and ready to go. **updated review**I came in for some more serious repairs to my car and was quoted a reasonable price. I came back to get the work done and when I went to pay, the price had increased by almost $1000. The fault was evidently with the person that provided me the quote, but even still that was very jarring. The (I think) owner gave me a reduction in the price, which was kind.I had asked also during that same visit to have them replace my headlight. I just now noticed about a year later when it burned out that the mechanic ripped the rubber gasket protecting my light from water and dust and never told me. I had to make a quick fix with duct tape.Really friendly and conscientious staff! I came in for an alignment check and they were very honest about it, citing only a minor adjustment. Prices were very reasonable. They sent a very nice thank you note after the fact.

Went in for new tires and alignment on my Cube. Gary took my call and was very helpful in finding the best pricing. I compared pricing to Just Tires, Merchants, and My Tires and Weber's was the lowest total package. They kept their word on schedule and delivered it the very next day. The tires look great for the price, and I test drove them after delivery up to 80mph and had no vibration at all. They did a good job in balancing the tires the first time. They also checked my brakes for free and told me honestly that they were in good shape. I will certainly be returning to them again. Thanks!

Sub-standard customer service and refused to guarantee his word in writing to pay for interior cleaning of my van when the window was left down in a rain storm. Needed warranty replacement for Cooper tires on my van. Cooper said the closest dealer was Weber Tire. The van was completed on time and the gentleman I dealt with was great. However, when I arrived to pick up my van, the manager was leaving and told me to remind the person inside about my military discount. When I mentioned it to the sales manager, he said that I was already getting a discount (warranty replacement) and that should be enough. I told him the manager told me to ask. The sales manager then said he would have to verify this and he called the manager. When I went out to my van, the window had been left open and it had rained heavily for about 20 minutes. The inside had standing water on the mats and there was water on 2 of the seats, the center arm rest and inside the storage area behind the front seats. I told the sales manager and he said he would need to review the security video to make certain the window had been down during the rain storm. I asked for an on the spot compensation to take my van to have the interior cleaned and the water removed. The sales manager refused and said that I would have to have the van cleaned and then bring the receipt back to him and he would pay. I agreed, but asked for this in writing. The sales manager refused and said I was calling him a liar for not taking his word that he would pay for the interior detailing. I am now in the position of driving over 3 hours back and forth have my van s interior cleaned professionally, and then take the receipt back to Weber Tires. I do not have written assurance that the detailing bill will be paid in full. Worst customer service in an area of the country that has horrible customer service in general. I would never go back to Weber Tire, even if they were giving away free tires.

Came in for a quick plug on my tire, which most other places charge $25 or under, but they charged me $42.95. For $20 more I could've bought another tire.

I had a great experience buying and installing new tires and would recommend these guys to anyone. Their pricing was more competitive than the dealership service department. They were friendly, professional and didn t try to up-sale or push anything on me. Plan to use this full-service shop for all routine service for our family s cars.

Was originally going to give them 5 stars. They were informative, the customer reps were pleasant, and they did fast work. I came in looking for a new tire because a pothole took the life of one. I opted to get 4 new tires instead. They told me it had to be ordered and picked up, which would take them till the end of the day for them to complete the job. By the end of the day, the job was complete. I got a phone call, I came by, and paid/picked up my car. Here's where the problem is. I just washed my car/wheels today, and noticed that they stripped the paint on the wheel. There are large parts of the paint missing where I assumed the old balancing weights were. There are scratches on the inner barrel of the wheel, which looks like someone used a screwdriver to pull the old balancing weights off.

Nice staff at Webers. I called needing a punctured tire repaired. Weber said come on down and they had me fixed and driving again in less than an hour. Tried going to NTB first and was told I'd have to leave the car all day. It pays to go to a locally owned business. Better customer service at very reasonable price.

I would Never Go there Again, The most irresponsible manager in the area, after buying tires for the 3rd time in the past year I went back to them to claim 2 defected tires that went bad after only cuple month looking like someone bit on them with a huge hammer, they were flattened in 3-4 spots while still looking new otherwise and this shameless guy tells me to put more than recommended maximum amount air in them and it would make my ride uncomfortable but would protect the tires !!!! As if tires are more important than the suspension., I told him I don't have time to waste with him but he is not getting any more business from me.

Very honest people who know what they are doing! They straightened out a bent rim for less than $30.00. Everywhere else I went just tried to sell me a new rim and said it couldn t be fixed. And it was done within 45 minutes!! I will be using Weber Tire for all my tire needs moving forward.
