I'm really quite impressed with these guys. I've had three repairs done here and every time, they have gone out of the way to be through and complete in getting the repairs done correctly.When I was in a time crunch, they arranged to order the necessary parts ahead of time to minimize the time I was without my car. When a repair in process uncovered another problem, they called to explain clearly what more was needed, explain to me the options available and give their recommendations. Their estimates have been accurate. The final bill never exceeded the estimate.

Just had my Lincoln repaired here after a fender bender caused over $4K worth of work. This place is fantastic. Jason in particular was great. Always always answers the phone. The work was done in budget and in a expected amount of time using certified parts. I honestly couldn't recommend them enough. They called me as soon as it was complete and washed the car before I arrived. Workmanship is excellent!

I am a car person and I get emotionally attached to my cars. The same way my wife and I looked for a vet for our pups, I l looked for an autobody shop.I am a demanding customer and Mike was up to the task. From the moment I stepped in, communication was clear and concise. He provided me the paperwork I requested, he kept me updated and the work looks fantastic (see pictures).I hope not to need body work again, but if I do I'm not gonna have to search for a shop.[This was insurance work paid by the company whose truck hit me]Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Wheel alignment

Decided to switch shops for body repair and try W.T after a very unprofessional experience with Caliber Collision in Burke. From the beginning to end of service, every employee was nice and took the time to thoroughly explain the process. Car was returned beautifully in just a few days. WT Auto was originally a last resort option for me since it was quite the hike from where I was living.I was getting work done to pass inspection. Needed to get my window regulator fixed, I had already ordered the part, just needed it installed. First place I went to wanted to charge me $650 for labor which was outrageous, second place said they could do it over the phone, but when I got there told me otherwise, third place said they could do it, but said if they mess it up at all then they'd have to charge me twice because of their error which raised an immediate red flag for me in addition said it would take north of SIX HOURS to install. Finally took it to WT Auto and they charged a quarter of what I was originally quoted, did it in less than an hour, and the entire staff was extremely helpful. Will recommend to all friends! If there's anything wrong with my vehicle (hopefully not, but just in case) I will definitely be returning!Outstanding service and definitely saved me additional stress.

I was referred to W.T. Auto Body from my insurance company as I was in a minor accident. Needless to say, Mike and his crew fixed the front end of my truck and it looks just as good as to when I purchased it six years ago. I am very pleased and will return to them again in the future, to include my regular maintenance items.

Took one of my cars to this body shop, which was recommended by my insurance company, for minor fender-bender repair. And I was pleasantly surprised by the service! Great customer service, great repair quality, fast!

A fantastic experience with Mike at WT Auto Body. First time I had damage to my car and had no idea how the process worked. Mike took time to review the damage and gave me a clear understanding on how I should proceed with my insurance company. I brought the car back to WT for the repairs and he was communicative and honest about the process. I hope I don't need body work done in the future, but should I, I'll only go to WT. My vehicle was damaged pretty badly to the point it was not drivable. My vehicle needed a whole front tear down and replacement of a lot of parts. After calling around to many different autobody shops I chose WT autobody. Mike answered all my questions with honesty and made me feel comfortable. Which in turn made me feel confident in WT auto body. Everything from the first initial call, to scheduling a tow, to the pick up of my vehicle once all work was finished was smooth. Mike answered all my questions thoroughly and everything looks great! I ve had my vehicle back for a few weeks now and have had zero problems.

I had a car accident, and my car needed significant bodywork. They worked fast and professionally, and the price was reasonable. I have used other local body shops, and I would say this is one of the best in NOVA as far as I know. They fixed my car beautifully, and I am satisfied with the result and their service. Also, they have staffs who are bilinguals in English and Korean. If you speak Korean, it's the place to go!!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Mike is the best! He accommodates my hectic schedule, and his workmanship is superior. Mike's rates are reasonable, and I appreciate his honesty and professionalism. He quoted me a fair estimate and then realized that additional work was not required once he begin repairing my car. He could have easily stuck to the original estimate but honored the lower price. I scrapped the heck out of my headlight and front fender and managed to push it out of place so it rubbed the passenger door. They fixed it up beautifully and in the time they said they would. They are my insurances go-to shop and we will use them for our personal repair work as well. Great staff, great service, and for me super convenient.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Will be a working review. Didn't know if they did walkin or not. They told me to come back tomorrow for the initial estimate which other places are a week to wait! They did the estimate and work with insurance. So far so good. Friendly staff too. Just know with the supply chain issues, parts are going to be delayed.Update: About a month later and all is good and looks like new again! This place did excellent work. They will make sure your vehicle is in good hands. Highly recommend!

These guys are great. I used W&T for several years until I had cars that were set for dealer service. Recently, I needed some bodywork done, and David made it easy. They took care of some other scratches in the area without charging, and came in under the estimate. Mike and David run a great shop, and I recommend them without hesitation.

I rate W.T. Auto Body the best body shop I've had to use. I was skeptical that any body shop could repair my new Acura with all of its computerized technology. I even called Mike, the owner and he patiently answered all of my questions. Ten days later I picked up my car and it looked brand new and all of the advanced technology worked! Mike and his staff did a great job matching the paint and the car was very clean and well cared for while his staff worked on it. I would recommend WT if you have a luxury car or a family car. They were great.

I had a collision with my 2004 Acura TL, which required replacement of the hood, radiator, headlight and other items. I had gotten 2 estimates and they were pretty much the same. I had dealt with W. T. before and they had done a good job so I decided to have them do this work. I am very pleased with the outcome.Their waiting room is large so it is easy to stay socially distanced and everything is very clean.Thank you, MIke and his team!Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

My mother had gotten into a car accident couple weeks ago. Mike went above and beyond to assure that everything was going to be completely taken care of efficiently in a timely manner; from repairs to arranging a rental car with Enterprise, and contacting insurance for further more issues. Mike made this whole process seamless. Thanks Mike and the team at WT Auto Body. I would highly recommend them!

If the time is 6:30pm and if you have a flat tire. This is the place you should come! After 10 visits finally find the right spot! And reasonable price! I m very happy with the service. Thank you guys

I came here about two years ago when I was hit and the other person's insurance said to. Since I came I left my other mechanic and only go here. They are very nice, straightforward, and much better priced. They are the best mechanic in the area in my view. They area extremely good about keeping you updated on work being doneo. Keep up the good work!

So I am convinced that David at WT Auto Body is the closest thing we have here on Earth to an angel.I got into a minor accident and had a few issues with the bumper: the usual paint scratches, bent license plate, sagging underside, a missing fog light cover. I go to the dealership for a price estimate, thinking they have great reviews and won't overcharge. THEY quote me $700-900, claiming they have to remove the entire bumper in order to shove the underside back into place, and then they give me an additional estimate for another $150-300 to get the bumper detailed (meaning they'd buff out some of the paint scratches, as they don't have the tools to paint it over).I went to WT Auto Body for another set of estimates on a Friday; my dad has been a loyal customer for years. David greets me and listens while I explain the whole deal with the car, and when I get to the part about the sagging bumper, he literally gets up from behind his desk, walks outside and over to my car parked in the lot, pulls out a screwdriver - and in five minutes, he has the entire underside pushed back in place with zero evidence there had ever been anything wrong with it in the first place. He even straightened out my license plate for me while he was there. We walk back inside, and I ask him how much for the bumper fix; he waves me off and said he wouldn't charge me for something as small as that.A $700-900 fix! Done in five minutes, in front of me, and completely free of charge.In the end, all I had to pay for was the labor and paint costs for repainting my replacement fog light cover, and he had it done by the very next business day. David even called the dealership for a free replacement license bracket, as mine was unsalvageable from the accident - something he actually called me to offer to do! And if that wasn't enough, he buffed the bumper for me after installing the fog light cover - my 14 year old car looks almost new.I spent $70 at WT Auto Body for $1000+ fix, and the next time I come back for my regular car inspection, I'm bringing David cookies.

I've never had such good service at a body shop. This was truly a top-notch experience. You know how you always have that uneasy feeling when you take your car in? Leave that yucky feeling at home, friend, because these guys are going to take good care of you. Literally, best customer service experience I've ever had, anywhere, that involved a car.
