I recently moved to Maryland and had a horrible experience at a Honda dealership. My fiance told me she and her family has had amazing experiences here. So I drove from Bethesda to Fairfax Circle to get work done on my vehicle so it can pass Maryland state inspection. Amin was very kind, honest, helpful and trustworthy. His shop was able to get the repairs done that I needed for half the price the Bethesda Honda dealer quoted me for. They also discovered that my oil and oil filter were dirty, which was weird because that dealer was supposed to change it. They didnt charge me for the oil change. Basically, I feel like I was treated fairly and with respect. I am defentily taking my vehicle here for any future repairs. I would recommend this repair shop to everyone.

Came for emissions inspection, waited over an hour almost hour and 30 minutes for 2 cars to be done after being told only 15 minutes. There is now a line of 6+ cars and they still are testing the same Honda odyssey. Slow, avoids customers, and takes 1+ hour(s) for a 10-20 minute job.

I would not recommend you get car serviced here at all. If you go for safety inspection they will always tell you that brake pads need to be replaced but still pass the inspection. (My brake pads were fine and had another 6 mths left in them). One of my friend had some oil leaks fixed here and they didn't tighten the bolts properly, I think on purpose, so that they can charge even more on the next visit. Bunch of crooks.

I've been using the Sunoco gas station services for over 10 years, and I'm always very happy with them. Especially, Mr. Yama is a very nice and honest mechanic. I feel very fortunate to have these people around, and I would 100% recommend them to everyone who is looking for honest repair place. Your car will be in the best hands with no surprises being left for later!

Dishonest service. I paid to have tires rotated and a leak patched. I marked the tires and discovered they did not rotate them but charged me. About a month later, the same tire started leaking when the temp dropped, and I discovered they used a cheap plug instead of properly patching the tire. I could have used the same type of temporary plug at home for much cheaper. I also got an oil change and discussed with the mechanic that I wanted a synthetic blend, not full synthetic, which he seemed to understand. When I got the bill for full synthetic, I double checked and the mechanic told me they only had synthetic... Also, I was surprised to find their prices were 20-30% more expensive than a quick change place like Valvoline. Needless to say, I will never be taking my car here again.

Highly recommended for vehicle inspections! I took two vehicles to get inspected recently. The technician, Ajmal, was very professional and was a pleasure to deal with. He informed me of my front brake pad wear and gave me guidance on replacement (but did not pressure me into servicing it immediately).

Good for inspections, also decent gas pricing with working pumps and good amount of space for cars to pull in and out. If this station gets a remodel would love a touch less car wash

There are 3 reviews by different people (who each only have 1 or 2 reviews) all from 4 months ago. They are positive but extremely lacking in details. I believe these are shill reviews left by the owners or friends of the garage. This is the level of dishonestly we are dealing with.Very dishonest. I went in for a diagnosis. I was told it was a major problem choosing $1000 to repair. I did a lot of research online which led me to doubt their diagnosis. I took the car to two different repair shops and both said the original diagnosis was incorrect. I ended up having the repair done somewhere else at a much lower price. I went back to Sunoco to inform them of the misdiagnosis. The tech was rude, dismissive, and kept interrupting me.Stay away

This Sunoco used to be y go to place to keep my old famiiy car on the road. I used to deal with the General Manager Yama. I also felt that he was fair and honest and only recommended the repairs that It needed.Unfortunately Yama moved on. The owner Amim now does the quotes and billing. I was shocked at the bill when I picked up my car from the last repair. There were unauthorized items not even remotely related to the repairs performed on my bill. Too bad that this service station has gone down hill. The price quoted for the work will not be the same once you receive the bill.I strongly recommend going else where. I also agree with a previous reviewer - some of those 5 star reviews must be fake.

AJ is the best!! All 5stars to him.Great customer services.Took my old lexus there today and they gave an honest advice on mechanical work plus did all the repair work same day.Thank you Sunoco.

Sunoco at Fairfax Circle is a busy place! Gas prices are standard (use your Safeway rewards for a discount). Service is great! They go the extra mile to help out with all your cars, they even evaluated a used car before we bought it. They kept our 1993 truck running for years (they are glad we replaced it though). We recommend Fairfax Circle Sunoco highly.

Just took my company van over to the Sunoco Service station. This is the 2nd time. The first time was when I met AJ. He not only fixed the van but was informative. This second time we needed to put almost 1500.00 into because of normal wear and tear and a safety inspection. Not only did they fix it in a timely manner but came in UNDER what was quoted! It is nice to have a neighborhood service station, that you can trust! Thank you AJ!

I had my car inspected and noticed they removed a wheel, as they are required to. When putting it back on, they used their impact wrench set to >230lb.ft which means that I could never remove a flat tire even if I jumped on my wrench (serious shops torque-limiting adapters). I had to endure the usual BS of "wheel might fly off, we are not liable". After haggling, they agreed to loosen the nuts (they tried with a hand wrench but could not, so had to resort to their.... impact wrench). Buy gas from here, nothing more.

This mechanic shop is own thief name is Amin and other little guy nsme is AJ they charged me $835 for doing nothingThey told pay $900 more to fix your car afer i paid them 835 please never go to this place.

Horrible service. I went in for a tire pressure sensor and they made me wait 7 hours to get it fixed. Everytime I would go to speak to them they would walk the other direction and avoid eye contact entirely. Will never go back to this place again. The only good thing about this place was the cashier. He was very friendly.

My 96 nissan was starting to creep over the emissions hc line. Took it to yama for a diagnosis and he was thorough and honest in his assessment and remediation. Would highly recommend Yama for any emissions repair work or inspections.

AJ there is super nice guy that goes out of his way to help. I needed a copy of the safety inspection report, and he reprinted it for me and texted it to me. He didn't have to do that. So it was was appreciated. Great customer service!

my dad have been working at this place for 3 weeks, and they have not been paying for the wages he worked for. They are really inconvienient even to their own employees. They are too selfish that they could not even spare a bottle of water to their own employees for free in hot conditions in summer and rather sell them to their own employees. they are fraud and selfish little people.

Their Service is excellent. You may ask for Mr Yama before heading there. This gentleman would give you a true diagnosis of your issue. I always appreciate his advise.

Only like it here because of low gas prices... They don't provide paper towels or give you any when you ask ("We don't have any"). They REFUSE to accept used motor oil for recycling ("No, we don't do that"). They just don't want any interaction with customers.
