very low quality customer servicebiased and racistno respect for customer turn( at least in my cases)finally after waiting for 3hrs for their request to wait for 1hr!!!!I don t recommend this unless it s your last optio and you are okay with poor and to be honest stupid customer servic,then yeah give it a try.

Worst service. A simple new tire change became a big hassle and was done poorly and when kept coming back they were always busy

I had a flat tire leaving work and I was glad The Shell Gas Station was closed by otherwise I would had not made it home.The 2 gentleman helped me change it I was so nervous and scared since I had never had a flat tire. They were very Professional and Caring.They are very knowledgeable and understanding..Don t forget to stop by and do your car services there.I had a Great Experience with them.

Brought my car in for an inspection. They pulled my car in and I went to sit inside. Inside turned into a bit of a circus as there was a loud and heated customer argument. It happens but did overhear them referring to the customer as an MFer . I went outside and saw that they pulled my inspection guy to take care of the upset customers car. I get it, things happen, but no one came to tell me of a delay. So now I m monitoring the situation, the upset customer is finished and a manager comes to me to say that they re gonna break for lunch now before completing the 10 min inspection, I said it s not acceptable, I already accepted one delay, finish inspecting my car or I m leaving. He let me leave with a straight face, hope the lunch was good enough to turn away the business and revenue. I recommend going somewhere where the customer and business is a priority.

Went in Saturday morning to get my inspection done. Was in and out in 15 minutes! They are very friendly and efficient! I will definitely be back!

Highly recommended, personalized service, more than once my car was stopped in the middle of the road, door to door service, they made a diagnosis to my car and they took it to repair, the cost was reasonable, very honest people, direct and friendly, the new manager is charismatic and efficient and honest.I have 3 cars and all pass inspections and I am happy to be a client of this mechanic for 20 years. The work is guaranteed and leaves no collateral problems and this is very important. Honest people who speak and work efficiently. Today I went there to have my tire patched and as always I left happy to see people who attend with goodwill and fast. As a business owner, I am very demanding and appreciate when I get excellent service.

contactless payment receptors are always off. it's rush hour on a monday and the store is locked with nobody inside. pressing help on the pump does nothing.

Professional, friendly, reliable, fast, affordable prices, just great all around. I started doing my car service over there and I will continue. A dealership wanted to charge me $700 for changing my break pads (front and back), circle shell did it for $225.00. Figure that.

Been awhile since I've come across a working shell station. What I mean is this place is much much more than just a convenience store that happens to sell gas. I get this feeling of nostalgia, my mind's eye flashing back to the days of my youth, the days of the mom-and-pop. I wish now that I had asked the name of the gentleman working there , whom I assume is the owner. He was kind and courteous. I spent $20 in gas , that's all our Subaru would drink.. I sincerely think this is a good place to do business. I wish I had asked the name of this gentleman, and his obvious willingness to extend courtesies to a complete stranger in need. The price of gasoline seems to be pretty much the same from one station to the next. I would ask this of you, go ahead and fill up up your conveyance, walk inside and get yourself a soda, something off-the-shelf or out of the refrigerator from this well-stocked convenience. And maybe you'll also experience the kindness , the positive energy flowing from the owner and his home town service station.

This place is terrible. They repaired my shocks and replaced a CV boot. Was in a hurry to get to school to pickup my son. Car was obviously dangerous to drive but I had no help available to get my son. Otherwise I would have turned around and went straight back. It was without question the most dangerous car I have ever driven. Decided not to bother with them. I m going to have it towed to a reputable dealer, Rosenthal Honda, to get the repair, repaired.I also think these guys are committing fraud by not really inspecting the cars. They seem to be trying to find stupid little things for which cars should not be failed. I ve seen several people complain about being forced into getting clouded headlights cleaned. They did this to me too.

I have been there multiple times to change my oil for my range rover. This place has a variety of options to choose from oil products. Their service was great, fast, and prices were cheaper than many other mechanics in the area! I would recommend it to anyone!

I ve been taking my car (BMW 528i) to this place for the past several years. Their diagnosis is always on the money. Their prices are very reasonable and a fraction of what you pay at the dealer. Highly recommended.

I LOVED how the manager and workers treated me with integrity and respect when it came to my CAR. They are kind and would never ever try to lie or cheat. I recommend this place to anyone who needs quality service in a friendly and kind manner. THEY ARE HONEST and hardworking. I will DEFINITELY be coming back!! Thank you guys for everything, I truly appreciate it!!

Customer for over 2 years.I don't go there anymore as I feel I'm ripped off for the easiest fix.I would give it 0 star if I'm able to.This place is under new inexperienced management.Customer service > FThis shop becomes very expensive comparing to other places after the old owner sold it.Ex: bulb replacement: $25 labor only.No Courtosy in staff since this place went under new management.This place is absolutely NOT recommended.If You'd like a good mechanic service with a good reasonable price. DONT GO THERE !!

Since the new owner took over in 2016 or so...my family and I only take our 3 cars to Circle Shell here on Fairfax BLVD. They are very honest, knowledgeable and know what their doing.Keep up the good work

My car still there in their shop for 3 weeks and they charged me $ 900 to change an oil hose and asked needs more parts it cost more and more to get fixed ?!!! What is the solution we don t know ?!!!!

The mechanics are terrible there. They do not care at all about customers or their cars. All the good reviews are repeated by one "user." I went there today to replace left lower control arm(6/26/16). He repeatedly hit it (especially the ball joint) in the process with a metal hammer. I would not go there again.

These guys are stand up people and extremely helpful. I literally ran out of gas with my GL450 on the side of the road and they sprang into helping me without thinking twice. Gave me gas and didn't even charge me for it. I really appreciate everything guys. Thank you so much

had oil change and inspections done, timely, clean, friendly and fairly priced, the staff are rather friendly and will provide service beyond exceptions, I recommend this place for all your car maintenance needs.
