I would not recommend for anyone to go to this place for a state inspection. I ve taken my car for inspection in Virginia without issues for 3 consecutive years. Then, I take my same car to this shop and the inspector is suddenly telling me I need to go to a tint shop to get the tint in my rear window cut out around my brake light. He says this is a new law that is being enforced. Yet, when I read through the Virginia motor vehicle safety manual - there is only a vague requirement saying that the brake light cannot be obstructed and that law hasn t been updated since May 2021 (page 85) so it is not new as he stated. I ve somehow passed two state inspections with this law in place so I wonder why it s suddenly now an issue. My center brake light is far from obstructed as you can clearly see the brake light in broad daylight. I have the same tint that came with the car from the dealership when it was bought new in 2015. It is not excessive tint and well within the legal limits. Also - he told me that I could simply get that section of the tint cut out around the brake light but no tint shops around here do that. I would need to get it completely removed and reapplied. I was quoted anywhere between $100-350 to get the tint completely removed. And it would be another $100-350 to get it reapplied with the cutout. I called the state trooper and he said it isn t quite something he can override because unfortunately there are grey areas in the inspection manual that are up to the inspectors discretion. I proceeded to go to another inspection station nearby and they told me that is never something they d fail someone for so I will be taking my business there for now on. I tried to explain this to the shop owners several times and they were not receptive to me. I would not recommend for anyone to get an inspection here unless you want to waste your hard earned money. I recommend getting an inspection elsewhere, do your research, and never hesitate to get a second opinion - it might save you a few hundred bucks.

Be aware that this shop is very popular so you may need to wait. But it's worth to wait. They do not recommend or encourage to buy unnecessary services. I'll return to this shop again and again.FYI, the shop owner said that they are quite busy on Monday and Friday.

This is the most honest, trustworthy and kind auto shop, ever. Price is very fair, but you can be confident that they won t try to make you spend money on things that you don t need. I ve referred many friends to this shop and they all love this place.

Highly recommend this place! Our friends introduced us to this place and we have only had positive experiences with our two cars. Honest mechanicThis is the most trusted auto shop I've been to. Family run, top quality parts and most importantly, they tell me what repairs I really need. Multiple times, other shops said my car needed repairs when I didn't when I came here for second opinion. They are not the cheapest but they are very honest with what repairs my cars need.Owner is very friendly. I've been coming here for 3 years now.

Amazing! After trying for two weeks to get my safety inspection somewhere else, I luckily found this place. I walked in and they were able to help me right away. They were very nice & fast. I will definitely be returning should I need any repairs or my next inspection. BONUS they are open until 6pm on weekdays!!

I have used them multiple times for service. They have always been prompt and have provided affordable and honest service. I have taken my car twice with what I thought were problems. They tested it and did not find anything wrong and did not charge me for their time. They checked the vehicle to ensure that was safe. I give them high marks and highly recommend them.

My 2018 Toyota RAV4 XLE was in a collision during a snow storm and the right rear door was smashed in and would not close and the trim and panel above the right rear tire was also smashed in. My vehicle was in excellent condition before the accident.My insurance company referred me to Quality Auto Body & Repair shop which I was hesitant to take there due to previous work done on another car where the paint color did not match.I decided to take my vehicle to Samsung Auto Care for the auto body repairs because they have always serviced my family cars in the past with engine replacement, replaced air conditioner, oil change and they have always done an excellent job but what I value the most is their honesty, their fair prices, and quality of work.I just got my vehicle back and I am very pleased with the autobody repairs done on my vehicle! I inspected the repairs thoroughly and the new door replacement was exact match and it opens and locks properly, the paint color was perfect, the trim and panel above my right rear tire was an exact match. My vehicle looks brand new!The reviews for this company has high stars because they do an excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone!Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I have followed Mr. Kim through several locations for the last 25 years. Absolutely the most honest and capable Mechanic in the DMV. His prices are more than reasonable and he always advises against unnecessary repairs. Truly a great, professional, and courteously run business.

I've had my BMW 335 XI serviced multiple times at this location. They've done a great job helping me with maintenance, diagnosing and resolving problems. The personnel are friendly and the pricing is fair. I will continue to use this as my primary auto body shop.

Mr. Kim and the others are the absolute best. Kim was working at a Shell Station with others until the ownership changed. Fortunately, I was able to track him to his new location in Fairfax, VA. I live far from them but will go the distance to get my cars repaired. Kim's sister who operates the business is awesome, too. I have been getting my cars serviced by them for 15+ years. Honda Service keeps asking me to return to them but I just laugh !!! They should have treated me better when I went to them (Honda, that is).

Great prices and very helpful staff. Parts are OEM not third party which is a plus, the mechanics are very polite and not rude which is a rare occurrence with mechanic's. Clean shop and they have a variety of services including inspection and emissions.I would recommend this place
