Made an appointment for a routine oil change, total wait time was an hour. During the oil change, they tried to offer me to replace the engine air filter for $75 (DIY $30), cabin & in-cabin air filter $129 (DIY $20, there s only one cabin filter btw), evap cleaning service $165 (DIY $1). My fairly new car has last than 10k miles on it. Those parts are far from due. What a joke?! I declined all. Stay away from this shop, they ll drain your wallet.Update: From the last oil change service, technician had removed and kept 10 out of 15 clips from the engine splash shield. There s only 5 clips holding the shield. These guys cut corners, and stole my parts and I ll never return!!!

This is the worst used car dealership I have ever seen. I gave it two stars because the VP and GM are great. They gave my daughter a courtesy repair after their salesman sold her a lemon. Do not buy a use car from them, but I would buy a new one that have a warranty. I cannot believe major companies still do things like this. Hope the GM and VP find a better company to run because they are the only decent people with this organization.

I thought it was great how they kept me well informed of the work they were doing to my car. They texted me with updates and even included a video from the mechanic to give a status update. Even afterwards they checked up to make sure everything was alright with the work. Service was great.

Service area. Pricey for simple repairs. One mechanic did not know how to repair the cause of not heat in my Nissan vehicle after I waited 4hrs.

Professional and helpful! I have had six cars in my life and this is the first time that I happily and consistently go to the dealer for service. The Browns mechanics do good quality work and prices are discussed up front. The team listens to my concerns and communicates well. The shop is clean and the waiting area is comfortable.PS. In my experience, Browns does honor the coupons from their website without question.PPS. Like many mechanics, this shop will offer extra services which you may not need. They are not pushy about it. Just make sure you do your research online and in the car manual to pick and choose what service your car actually needs.

Great service!! Steve worked with me and ensured I understood the reason I was getting emails indicating a problem when there actually was no problem. Additionally, while I didn't ask for an oil change... Steve went ahead and changed my oil knowing that I would soon have to return. He was thoughtful enough to get me squared away so that I didn't need to return again so quickly!! Thx Steve! Courteous and Professional Service!

I had a great experience with my oil change service. The lady was very professional and friendly. Price was very reasonable, and the service took around 1 hour. They gave me a free car wash without asking me and I really love it since my car was full of snow, so thank you for that. I will come back here on my next service and I really recommend this place to everyone.*They don t require appointments but due to covid 19 procedures they gently asked you to make an appointment so the place don t get crowded.

When I arrived at the dealership the representative Lara was at the door to greet me. When I came in we got right to business like I requested before I arrived. Lara was very pleasant and gave me and my Fianc� a personal experience. We test drove 2 vehicles and chose between the 2. Came back to the office and finished up the deal. The prices for the vehicles were great. We were totally satisfied.

The service was too bad. When you go to a dealer to check your car thoroughly you expect they tell you what it need to be repair, and they did not do it. Also was charged almost a $900 to get a new lock system in the back door and after i pick up the car it looked as it was never repaired , and the service representative said twice that it happen and showing careless for the client just asking if I want to set another appt. To fix the car.... unbelievable!... The customer service in a dealer should be as the doctor with a patient... well .. seems like here it is not important for this dealer....good luck with the others.....

This is the last place in our area you should buy a new car. Lots of deception, many 'gotcha' things I experienced, they seem all full of special deals when you are on the phone or emailing, but when you get there, it's 'oops, you don't quality' or 'oops, not available'. Just avoid these people - there are lots of other Nissan dealers around.

I went ther on May 4th, 22 for headlights replacement. After inspection they made me sign papers although they didn't fix anything. And said they will order the headlights and contact me when they receive them. It is almost August and no contact. I am so disappointed of their service.

OUTSTANDING!!! Hands down this was the best car buying experience I've ever had! Mr. Sayed Jowhary (Sales Rep) went above and beyond to help satisfy all my expectations for the car I had inquired about. He was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and professional! I really appreciate him and his whole team for making the process very pleasant and easy. I would definitely recommend this place if you re out in the market looking to purchase a car ! The dealership has the most pathetic management ever. There is not a lie theyWon t tell you. I traded in two cars this year at Browns Nissan. So instead of sending my title for the new car I bought I get the title back from my first trade not my new car. Give it back to sales manager. No thank just excuses. Than I get the title to the second car I traded.not my new car. And with the title they also registered my trade back in my name and got at least one ticket that I know of in my name in a car they illegally registered in my name. There responseLie it was someone else s fault I heard this from the sales managers 3 of them and the general manager. Not one took responsibility always someone else s fault. If you traded something with them check your DMV record for any unexplained tickets I don t think I m the only person this has happened to.

Nice people and good service. Have dealt with their service team several times and never had a bad or rude extra experience. They re not the cheapest place in town - but it s not outrageous.Ask for a service loaner. They have a good fleet of them.

They employ classic bait and switch tactics. They advertise a really good deal for a new Leaf but when they contact you after you inquire about it they say it's no longer available and immediately push you towards their 2 overpriced used Leafs. This was a month ago, and that new Leaf posting they bait you with is still up...stay away!!

I wanted something specific in the next car I was buying and the staff at Browns Fairfax Nissan went above and beyond for me. Sayed Jowhary and Tony Vergara were in contact with me daily and were very patient with me, even when I changed my mind tons of times. The Sales General Manager Naseer Ahmed even personally called me during the experience.They (Evan) even delivered the car to my front door(I live 110 miles away). I signed all the paperwork in the comfort of my home. Ayham, the finance manager, did all the financial things over the phone. Overall, i had one of the best experiences with the staff at Browns Fairfax Nissnan. They all were very professional, communicative and made buying my car the best experience. Cant thank them all enough!!!

Called ahead to make sure a Leaf I was interested in was available, and it was. They had the car fully charged and ready to drive. The salesman John and Feroze were friendly and knowledgeable. They gave me a great deal. Thanks.

Amazing! Rawwad Hassanieh is the man. He is the manager there. My wife and I are both active duty. I can t say enough good things about this dealership. Best deal ever on a Sentra! Mr. Hassanieh saved us a ton of money. Thank you!
