Very clean and spacious units for my big furniture. This place was right on time because I m in the middle of bad split and needed somewhere to host my belongings until I move again. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant as well! Highly recommend 10/10

Mr. Mohammad is a very nice helpful guy. He greeted me and facilitated all the information i needed. He showed me various options they have with different sizes and managed to help me with my reservation as i had difficulties in making the reservation. God bless this man who dedicates his time and effort to help customers of public storage.

Let me start by saying this was the easiest process I ve ever had dealing with the Storage. Francine was very respectful, knowledgeable, pleasant, professional, and very easy to talk to. I normally use U-Haul storage but since she was so Pleasant Public storage is my new home. I will also tell my friends and family members to come to public storage as well because of Francine. Once again thank you so much Francine and if I could I would give you 10 stars. And if the boss is reading this please give her a raise!

Update, 2 up to 4 stars: One of the managers or employees at the site called me. Francine, I believe. Seems she is doing damage control, and is doing a good job, too. She addressed all of my issues below. She put in a request to IT to look at the app issue. I received a reset PW for the app, and actually just added my original PW. App seems to be working again. Glad she called.The app to open the gates and manage your account has not been working for weeks. Yesterday the gates weren't working so they had one permanently open. There is hardly anyone in the office or on site because they are often at other locations. Short-staffed apparently, but there is never a note on the door as to when they will be back. So you have to call up the main PS number and deal with prompts and someone who is another state and cannot really help you with anything on-site.

James did great job He wait after hours working hours to show me unit,he transfer credits from my previous unit to something bigger,he offered to help me move staff I wish all businesses have representives like James Exceptional customer service!

Gupta and Carlos were amazing. They were super thorough and helped me determine the right number of boxes I needed and even helped me strategize on what to purchase to help save me money! They are really great and I highly recommend you come here to get your packing materials! Great job guys!

I am very impressed with this storage facility. Afridi and his assistant were very helpful and he was very knowledgeable about the units that were available. He patiently showed me several units and really worked to find one that would suit my needs as I am older and wanted easy access to a unit. He was friendly, kind, professional and competent. I was very satisfied with my visit there. The units and the property are also very clean and well kept.

Since day one my experience with 2818 Merrilee Dr, Fairfax, has been outstanding. Two years ago Mr. Carlos expedited my rental since I was about to move overseas and from another storage unit to this one. He was professional and always helpful and friendly. The reason why I have kept my personal belongings at this location is due to the service Mr. Carlos and Public Storage have provided. I am very grateful.

I ve been a customer for many years, and have had consistently positive interactions with the staff and ownership. And today, Jemar helped me problem solve the best configuration for my storage needs in a way that I hadn't been able to do on my own. In addition, this is the cleanest most convenient storage facility I have ever used!

Hello,Just wanted to share my wonderful experience I had at this particular Public Storage. I went to my unit and broke my lock from sliding my door up. I proceeded to the front desk where I greeted by Makajah. He handled the situation professionally and was very hospitabe. I highly recommend this storage unit. Public Storage is lucky to have a employee like Makajah. Great Job!

Very clean and accessible.On-site staff are incredibly helpful and professional. Recently, while unloading two cars worth of boxes and containers,, a staff member asked if we needed another flatbed hand cart, and he proceeded to find one. Very helpful. I would highly recommend the Public Storage at 2818 Merrilee Drive Fairfax, VA 22031. I feel welcomed, valued and respected.

It is my first time renting a storage unit and I am so pleased with the customer service that I was provided with. I originally stopped by the location on Lee Highway, however, they did not have the available unit that suited my needs at the time. The associate at this location was super nice and helpful, and directed me to the Merilee location where I was helped by Carlos. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful. He was very thorough with the whole process and made it a smooth and easy transaction. I would highly recommend this location.

Makajah Brown displayed excellent customer service. I needed a bigger storage unit because I had just moved to Fairfax and this Public Storage was close to my new residence. I had some questions and I talked to the manager Makajah. He answered all my questions, And was very polite and professional. By being Willing to talk and help me out has made this transitional move very smooth for me. If you need storage and you live in Fairfax, this is an awesome store that will give you a great and satisfying customer experience.

I needed a storage unit ASAP and was super stressed about getting one. The people here are super professional and helpful. Anthony helped me figure what type of unit I needed, and explained the pricing. I walked out feeling like I got a great deal and pleased about my decision about coming to this location. Anthony continued to assist and answer my questions when I needed more space. I will definitely come back if I need another storage unit.
