Truly wonderful experience. Work was done faster than quoted and it was done with a ton of pride. The car looks brand new, maybe even better than I remember it. This will be my go to place for any auto body work in the future and I will recommend to all my friends. Thank you for the great work!

I was very pleased with the body work completed by Mr. Kim on my wife's Lexus RX-350 SUV. The front bumper was damaged while backing the vehicle out of the garage. Mr. Kim buffed out a small area next to the left side of the bumper at no charge. Pope's Auto Body cost estimate was very reasonable compared to nearby competitors and the turnaround time was excellent. Highly recommend this business.

I took my 07 tundra in for an estimate to paint my roof and hood. Mr. Kim gave me a very reasonable quote. I asked for an additional estimate to touch up and buff out th entire truck and replacethe front bumper. I was very pleased with the end result. My truck looks brand new. Thank you, Mr. Kim !!

I found out about Pope's Auto Body & Paint shop from Consumer Checkbook, which gave it great ratings, and those ratings were spot on!The manager Mr. Kim was VERY polite and knowledgeable about what was needed and what could to be done to repair cosmetic damage that had totalled my car. Mr. Kim's advice was extremely helpful in guiding me through the process to be able to keep my car. I had my car repaired with him and it was completed in just a few days. The work EXCEEDED my expectations regarding the cost, timing and quality. The shop even washed my car exterior and interior and added a few bonuses. It was beautiful!!Needless to say I was very pleased and would go back there in a heart beat (but I hope I never have to do so, because no one wants to ding up their car). I would HIGHLY recommend this shop!And thank you Mr. and Mrs. Kim (and the whole team)!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Damage to grill after hitting debris in the road. Pope's did a beautiful job of repairing and even buffed my head lights. Their hours for estimates were flexible so I didn't need to take off of work. Absolutely hands down the best place to get your car fixed after an accident. My Mother had an accident that caused considerable damage and required a lot of parts that had to be found. As always (I have used Popes for years!) they came through. Every step of the way, they gave us updates, details etc. The car looks brand new. I wish all companies had customer service like Popes, This family owned business is incredibly kind (especially with my Mom...very accommodating), they remember you, they REALLY care. In this area I can go anywhere, I will always choose Popes because I can trust them implicitly and that means the world to me.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe got in an accident. I took the car to Pope's Auto Body and he made it look like BRAND NEW in less than three weeks! That is pretty amazing considering the parts and labor shortages in May 2022. The clear coat he uses makes a big difference. He fixed areas of the car I did not even think of. All at a very reasonable price. The owner is honest, hardworking, and top notch. I hope not to get in an accident, but Pope's would be my first choice if I did.

I recommend spending your money else where. I was told by young himself twice I would have my whole bumper repaired which included minor rock chips and scrapes on the lower lip. When I picked up the car only certain repairs were completed. When I confronted young he said the he did not recall speaking about the other issues on the bumper. And above all that the price was more then what we agreed to.Service: Painting

The owner did a great job fixing my bumper which would have cost me a fortune for a replacement. They were able to fix the wiring to the headlight as well and for a very good price, not like where you would get ripped off at a dealership. I highly recommend this place. I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Took my car in because I needed to repaint a deep scratch on my rear bumper. Needless to say, they did a fantastic job of repainting. The problem was that they did not properly secure my bumper back and every time I would hit a small speed bump the whole side of my bumper would just pop out. After two weeks of this frustration, I took the car back to the shop to tell them about this problem. Before I took the car into the shop the rear bumper was securely placed and would never come off in any way, and so I told them this and they told me they would fix for free if I brought the car in the next morning. The following morning I brought the car in and they told me that I would have to pay extra to secure the bumper back in because the mechanic did not want to work for free and also told me that it was not their fault that the side of the bumper was not securely placed, yet they were the ones who had to take out the whole rear bumper off to repaint it, so they were clearly lying. To avoid any further complications i paid the extra fee to secure my bumper back in place. To my surprise when I came back to pick up my car, they had stained my taillight with dirty marks that did not come off with water. The owner of the place did not seem to care that my taillight was dirty and basically stained now. I would not recommend coming here simply because they were dishonest and did not want to fix a problem that they caused without paying a fee.

Pope's Auto Body is a superior body shop. I have had vehicles there on three occasions, but let me mention my most recent experience.I was rear-ended while sitting at a stoplight a month ago. This was the only shop I trusted to do a great job and they didn't let me down yet again. Mr. Pope has been operating in Fairfax, VA for around 30 years. He knows the business and knows what it is like to have quality service. My car suffered $5300 damage and was not considered a total loss. When I came to pick up my fixed vehicle, it looked like new. Paint matched up, and everything looked brand spankin' new.They also completed it very quickly. From the Friday afternoon drop-off to it being available to pick-up was less than 10 days.Pope's is a great shop, and totally trustworthy of my business.

We brought our car in for repair on Monday, got it back on Wednesday! The insurance company told us five days, but it only took them three. Speedy and wonderful service, the owners are incredibly friendly and hardworking. Our car looks good as new! Highly recommend!

Top Service for the dollar. I needed to get the rust off my car. Honest people, hard working and fair with the pricing. I was really very satisfied, all other companies wanted too much money, and the result just blew me away, perfect work, and i am very picky. This family business is a no brainer!

I knew that I could trust Pope's the moment I walked into the shop. Granted there is no perfect shop, almost everyone I interacted with starting from the front desk lady, shop workers, to Pope himself had a spirit of decency, honesty, and courtesy. Though they took a few days longer to fix the damage on my hit and run incident ($2500 worth of damage), Pope himself called me to provide status updates as promised and even finished a little quicker than his second estimated time frame. The work on my car looked great, and they even fixed up other dings and scratches on other parts of my car that weren't even part of the original accident. They also took the time to vacuum my car and wipe down my dashboard to make it all shiny and new. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience with Pope and would highly recommend to my friends and family. As a bonus, I asked Pope if I could purchase a bit of touch-up paint for the car, and he gave me a small bottle to take for free.

I had an ideal experience with this shop. My new car was badly damaged, and this shop was highly recommended by my Kua dealer. It came back in pristine condition, clean and impeccably new as I bought it 2 months ago. When I left, they felt like family. I'm not Asian, but that didn't make a difference in getting superior customer service and quality work.

The price for what I was asking was waaay out of line. Roughly 200% of the other estimate I got. If they don't want to do a job, they should say, "Not work we do" instead of this. The other estimate I got was from a first-rate shop, and I had expected it to be higher than this place, not half the price.

Mr. Pope has been working on our families cars for well over 15 years. His team of people go the extra mile every time and he is the most reasonable auto body expert out there. He even went above and beyond to repair the paint on my son's ice hockey goalie mask when we were in a pickle! I can't say enough good things about him! Sometimes we see him more often than we like (I can only say people are very careless in parking lots) but everything is as good as new in no time! Thank you again Mr. Pope!

My tesla model x had a dent and this shop did excellent job fixing it. Looks brand new again!!!Very nice owner and professional service.I definitely coming back and recommend my friends to this shop.

Horrible. Years ago I had them repaint my front bumper and hood. I had a clear plastic bumper cover and they just painted over it! You could still see the lines from under the new pain! To top it the car was a dirty mess when I picked it and they proceeded to use a dirty rag to wipe down the painted hood and scratched it. They cut some $$ out of the final price.. which was ok I guess. Still...
