Doug and his crew at Pollet automotive are hands down my go to upholstry guys in the northern Virginia area. They have worked on several of my classic cars and their quality and pride of work is obvious the moment you pick up your car. I wouldn t use anyone else in the area.They are great keeping me updated. Taking care of my vehicle and making sure nothing happens to it. They Truly care about the product they put out & the customer experience they provide you with. Highly recommend. A++++

Pollen took care of reupholstering my seats with brand new provided covers, repaired missing foam and kept all the old pieces for me as well. Extremely quick turn around, extremely happy!

Based on the reviews, I expected a good result, but Doug's attention to detail and honest communication really went beyond my expectations.I went in to get the aftermarket cloth center headrest for my Bolt to match the other vinyl leatherette ones and Doug was very reasonable with his quote and the amount of time it would take based on his backlog at the time. He kept me updated on the progress and I was extremely satisfied with the result.I was expecting some slight discoloration or the pattern to not match perfectly, but as you can tell from the pictures, I was very wrong. My only request was to make it match the OEM headrest and Doug's attention to detail really showed with matching the dual-tone stitching and reattaching the warning label in the right spot.Very fortunate to have this kind of expertise at a local shop and I can highly recommend you stop by and talk to Doug about any of your auto upholstery needs!

Doug and his crew were able to successfully replace a trim piece inside my car without any issue. I'm very happy with the result and the reasonable price. I'll definitely visit again if I need any work on car interiors.

I highly recommend Pollet for vehicle upholstery repair! Doug was very kind and helpful and the service was very quick and convenient! He was able to take my seat out in seconds and took great care of my back seat. I spilled cleaning products in the back seat that unfortunately ate up part of my leather years ago, and after more wear and tear, it became an eye sore. Now, it looks just like new! I took my 2022 Dodge Challenger to Pollet because the bolsters in my drivers seat was making it unbearable for me to sit in. Doug with Pollet was honest with me from the very start on how they could help me and the limitations of what they could do due to the air bags located in the back of the seat. We scheduled the appointment and when I took the car for the appointment we talked over the plan of what I wanted again. This process was very thorough and I could tell Doug really wanted to help me solve my problem. They completed the task in once business day. They replaced the hard material in the bolsters with a softer material that did not hurt to sit on. When I sat in the seat I could feel a difference right away. The car seat went from hurting to sit on during a 10 minute drive to being able to take a 8 hour rode trip without any pain. The price was also fair and within the limits of the quote that they gave me before the service. The best part about what they did was no one would be able to tell that the car seat was not stock. The seat looks exactly the same as it did before with the exception of being much more comfortable. I went from thinking about selling my brand new car to loving to drive it thanks to these guys. I highly recommend them for any seat upholstery issue you may have. At least talk to them as I know they will be honest about what they can do and the price they will charge. I highly recommend the folks at Pollett Automotive. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and have always provided speedy service! They just replaced my 2003 Tahoe headliner and replaced the cracked leather section of my driver's seat. Beautiful job.I asked if they would be able to recover a seat cushion for my old leather living room chair. I supplied the fabric and memory foam. They agreed to take on the job and it came out way better than I had expected! It's reversible, includes piping and a zipper! It was ready for pickup in less than 48 hours!Service: Upholstery repair

Great quality work, professional and fair pricing. I recently got my S2000 car seat repaired (bottom driver seat got multiple tears) and it looked like new after the job was completed, in fact the new seat portions felt even nicer (quality material and more cushion) than OEM. Only thing I would call out is that you have to go in to get an estimate and make an appointment directly.

Our 2010 VW Golf headliner was falling off the ceiling. We took it to Pollet Automotive Upholstery on Draper Drive in Fairfax and they fixed it beautifully at a very reasonable price. Patrick spent considerable time explaining things and we really enjoyed talking to him. These people are top notch. Doug did a great job with a difficult task (another high rated shop told me it couldn t be done due tothe amount of curved surfaces) of wrapping my dash in Alcantara. The dash was fitted and stitched precisely with all seams flush. A great deal of talent and attention to detail is needed to complete a task at this level. I will be using this shop again for more custom upholstery work.Service: Custom upholstery design

Stopped by yesterday right before they closed to get a quote for my seat, they took my seat out so I wouldn t have to leave my car & had my repair done by 3 today! It looks amazing, exactly like my other seats! Thank you so much & I 10/10 recommend for any of your car upholstery needs! Great price too

Just had my center armrest reupolstered, due to a rip in it, and Pollet hooked it up real good. It turned out amazing, looks better than oem. Highly recommend going here!

Pollet Automotive Upholstery is definitively the premier vehicle interior maintenance artisan. I recently visited Pollet for an issue that I was having with my classic M3 convertible. Doug was superb in reviewing and accessing the issue. Spent about 20 minutes going over and diagnosing the issue, offering several remedies that I could do myself before moving forward to other solutions. To my delight I followed Doug s advice and was able to solve my tops issue. Doug s time and knowledge is invaluable, and a rarity not found elsewhere in the DMV. When in need of an actual craftsman, Doug is your person.

Pollet has my 2010 Ford Expedition looking like new. My front seats were in awful shape. Rebuilt the seat and reupholstered to a perfect match. Heating and cooling through seat works great. Doug found and fixed three substantial water leaks in my car, fully drying and deodorizing it. As a bonus, the interior panels fit more tightly after their work, making the car feel a lot better. They also serviced my panoramic sunroof, eliminating a rattle that had bugged me for years. Doug stayed within his estimate and clearly explained everything they'd done. Highly recommended!

They were absolutely great! The customer service I received from Doug was impeccable. I had a small repair done on my Mercedes where the leather had shrunk back from the rear interior. Doug does an outstanding job, I took my Mercedes there to have the driver's seat reupholstered. They were quick, did excellent work and were professional throughout. The pricing was surprisingly affordable, too. I would not hesitate to take my cars there in the future.

My SUV dashboard had developed cracks -- something common in certain Toyota/Lexus models. A local collision shop recommended Pollet's upholstery. Doug suggested installing a thin overlay. Unbelievable what an excellent workmanship they did -- can't even tell there is an overlay and the color matches perfectly. They are courteous and punctual and show the well deserved confidence that they will do it right the first time. Thanks Doug and your team.

Doug at Pollet Automotive did an exceptional job replacing the headliner in my '04 Accord EX and for a very reasonable price! Since I asked that he only replace the main panel, I was happy to see that the texture and color of the replacement fabric is an almost identical match to the original fabric remaining on the visors and sunroof. I can't wait to drive with my windows down again!

I wish every business was of this quality.Doug is a magician, polite, easy to work with and most importantly just darn good at what he does.I brought a 15 year old SUV in with original leather seats that were completely cracked from 10 years of Florida sun. Doug replaced the seat covers and rebuilt the foam in some areas. The result is truly something that is absolutely incredible. The interior looks brand new. I bought a used Mustang that was in great shape, but had a small tear in the vinyl edge of the driver's seat (only the center panel is actually leather). That small tear got bigger and then it had a friend because the vinyl cracked in another place. I took it to Pollet Automotive and they did an amazing job. Total bonus, they brought somebody in to fix the leather on my steering wheel too, which was above and beyond great customer service. They had everything done in 4 hours, and the price was incredibly reasonable too! If you need any automotive upholstery work done, this is the place you want to take your car!!!!!

Doug has been a long standing friend of mine, so I knew of his meticulous work ethic and attention to details!!! HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT with the replacing of my driver's back seat panel on my Lexus. The match is perfect and it looks factory new!!! Don't even waste your time thinking about going somewhere else. Others CAN NOT match Doug's work and pricing!!!! Doug knows what he's doing!!!! THE BEST!!!!!

I was referred to Doug after my regular repair shop couldn't fix my leaking sun roof. He had a few weeks worth of work already booked and it was well worth the wait. Charged me a fair price and got it done in under half a day. Definitely recommend if you're having a leaky car problem.
