Great experience working with Boris. He was very informative, helpful and kind. We never felt pressured by him which is contrary to our previous encounters with the other dealerships with dealt with. Would definitely recommend this dealership if looking for your next Kia.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Fairfax Kia and we could not be happier with the experience. Our salesperson, E, listened to our needs and was able to make several recommendations from which to choose from. The finance process was very easy understand. They offered several additional products and services but we did not feel pressured during that part of the process. E ensured the car was delivered when we were complete with the financing portion and even walked us around the entire vehicle to make sure we understood each feature. Overall, this was easily one of the top car buying experiences we have been a part of. We will most definitely consider Fairfax Kia for a future car purchase and have highly recommend them to anyone looking for a positive car buying experience.

I purchased a vehicle in August of 2022 and have had nothing but horrible experiences with management ever since.I initially bought a maintenance package for $2000 with the sale of my vehicle, however, decided I no longer wanted it 2 weeks after the purchase of my vehicle. As per my contract I had 30 days to get a full refund. I went back in person, filled out the refund request and was assured by a manager that it would be submitted to my loan institution. A YEAR later and no refund submitted. I left multiple messages with the financial dept and no one called back. I went in person in Sept 2023 and spoke with a manager who had me fill out another refund request form and confirmed with me it had been submitted.And here I am in March of 2024, being told by someone in finance that it was never submitted!! And now they are saying they will only cover 69% of the refund since so much time has gone by. Not only are they short changing me, I ve paid SO much money in interest on the total of my loan that was not my responsibility.The level of unprofessionalism and straight up scamming is disgusting. Stay far away from this place!

I can t say enough good things about this place! We worked with both Marvin and Boris in sales, and they were both phenomenal. We were purchasing from out of state, and Boris took the time to work with us over the phone until we reached a deal and were able to drive down. Marvin took care of us when we got there, and made everything a very pleasant experience in the dealership. Howard Hubbard in finance was amazing, and I couldn t recommend him more. He made all of our paperwork go quickly and efficiently, he explained everything thoroughly, and was very fun to be around. All in all, the entire car buying experience at this dealership was fabulous, and for any future car buying needs, we will definitely be calling them back! They are a no BS dealership that truly cares about the customer and are honest and upfront about everything. This review may seem like it s staged or paid for (it s not), but I truly loved them this much. Up until our car buying experience, I had never even heard of this dealership since we were from out of state, but I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Not only were they prompt in addressing my concerns, but they also demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout our correspondence.What stood out the most was their commitment to resolving my issue effectively. Despite the complexity of the problem, they remained dedicated to finding a solution and kept me informed every step of the way. Their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction truly made a lasting impression.Overall, I couldn t be more pleased with the customer service experience provided by Xavier. One of the strangest most "used car salesperson" places I've ever been. They reached out and said they can give me a better offer after I did an online KBB value check. I went in and let them do a 45 min inspection and test drive. I didn't like their verbal offer so I said $500 more and you have a deal. The guy wrote the number I said on a blank piece of paper, put a line next to it, said "sign here and I'll ask my manager". I said "sure, please ask your manager but I'm not going to sign a blank piece of paper, that's weird. Give me an official offer and I'll sign it." He looked at me like I was the weird one and supposedly went to speak with his manager. He came back and instead of saying yes or no to my counter offer, he said "here's your keys" and something similar to "you can come back another time if you want to continue the conversation". It was a really strange statement and reaction. I asked if he was going to give me a 7-day offer like i was told on the phone. He said he wouldn't give me one, not even for the original verbal offer. Very strange. I'm fairly certain they were looking to use my signature for some kind of scam. No one should ever ask you to sign a blank piece of paper. I may look gullible but I'm not stupid. Consumers beware. And if the dealership manager responds to this review refuting it, even more of a reason to avoid going here.

First-time buyer that was there to purchase a vehicle that I had tracked across 3 dealerships. The staff was welcoming, encouraging, and committed to making a deal. It took a couple of visits, but in the end I got my car! It has been said that a good business deal leaves both parties slightly disappointed but willing to embrace the compromise, I am grateful for all of the assistance and encourage all to shop at Ourisman Kia of Fairfax!

I was charged a 20 dollar shop fee and when I asked what it was for they said it was to dispose of my tires since I had them replaced. 2 days later I open my trunk up and find my old tires thrown on top of all of my stuff. Disgusting. What am I supposed to do with this?

UPDATE:After my posting I was asked by Ourisman to contact them by email (see below). I emailed the address given asking for a copy of the most recent inspection of the vehicle I purchased so that I may complete my comprehensive claim (my insurance company was requiring this). Long story short, Ourisman has been contacted by phone and email multiple times by myself AND my insurance company, but to no avail. The entire situation makes me wonder if they even inspect the used vehicles they purchase. Steer clear of this dealership people.Used Buyer Beware. My son is heading off to school this fall and I wanted to get him a reliable used vehicle. He found a Kia K5 online at Ourisman that he really liked. Long story short, we made the 2+ hour drive, paid cash for the vehicle and started home. During the drive my son noticed a dragging sound underneath the vehicle, so he pulled over (I drove behind him). The undercarriage shield had detached from the front bumper and rolled up underneath the car. There was no other visible damage to the car. None. No scratches, marks, dents etc.,. When I called the dealership the next morning (they had closed for the night at the time of our discovery) I explained what happened and said I thought there may have been a missing rivet or one detached from the shield and it could ve torn away on our drive home. The sales manger told me there was no way something like that was missed during their inspection because it just doesn t happen with certified pre-owned vehicles. I asked if they d be willing to take a look at it to see if they could help in any way because nothing had been hit and we had only owned the car < 2 hours. He said I could bring it in, they would have a look and possibly give us some rivets to help reconnect the undercarriage shield to the bumper. I explained that wouldn t be possible because it had torn and been dragged on the interstate. He then offered to mail us some rivets. By that point I was displeased to say the least. I thanked him for his time as they didn t seem as though they were willing to accept any responsibility or offer any real assistance. I hung up the phone, called my insurance agent and filed a comprehensive claim on a vehicle I bought the day before. Needless to say, I won t be returning and do not recommend this dealership.

This store gave me and my grandmother the best experience. We went to one Kia Dealership earlier that day and couldn t find what we were looking for, but then I made a call to this dealership and they were extremely helpful to us. We found a perfect match for my grandmother and they even negotiated about the price to us. They gave us an unbeatable deal and walked both of us through the process. We are grateful for the experience that the store gave us and hope that others will get the same experience that we received here!

These folks let my temp tags expire. Cant get anyone on the phone. Paid cash for a Tesla, live 4 hours away. What a NIGHTMARE. They tried to overcharge me on tags and title, or the sales guy was clueless. I said I d do it myself w the DMV. Well, where is title? Do they even have the title? Called and got so many promises. Just going to call the dealer board on Monday. Cant take much more of the underpromises. Oh and when you try and get corporate office- it reroutes you back to them. Sheesh.

Spent weeks looking for a very specific jeep. Found it here. I made it clear I wanted this vehicle. I had the money up front, wanted to write a check or get a certified bank check and get this done as quickly as possible. I am not local. I asked about delivery, offered to fly in if needed. They gave me a link to a delivery company. I told the manager I was selling my truck, he was excited to buy it since they are low on inventory. So there were some moving parts here. The manager told me it would be better if I financed it instead of paying up front. At that point I offered to put a deposit down to hold the vehicle and I specifically said not to sell that vehicle. He said a deposit wasn t necessary. Days went by waiting for a price they would give me for my truck and to finalize financing. I sent text messages and emails again offering a deposit. Today I called and found out it was sold. The manager I spoke to today said they don t take deposits or hold vehicles. I ve never heard of that and if that is true why didn t the countless people I texted, emailed and spoke with bother to tell me that????? Bring your business elsewhere. This place is a complete clown show. I had several people communicating with me not knowing others reached out. No one there knows what the other is doing. There is no internal communication. Do yourself a favor and go to a competent dealership and do not believe whatever excuse they reply with. They dropped the ball and were incompetent.

Saw online a vehicle I wanted, sent an email spoke to a sales rep I told them I was coming a long way and wanted to make sure they had it before I came up there. The rep checked said it was still available made an appoint to look at it the next day. Got to the lot did not see the car meet with the rep he proceeded to get us ready for a test drive walked out for a few minutes came back and informed us that it was in the shop and it needed a new motor. A vehicle with 60k miles all of a sudden needs a new motor, ok, right. Felt like we got hit with the old bait and switch routine. It's annoying enough being local and getting hit with that but taking a day off work and making the trip is bad business. Plenty of other dealerships to go to around there skip this one.

Best dealership ever! This is my first time buying a car ever & Tristian made this such an easy, calm, enjoyable process! I never felt that dealership pressure ! He really took care of me and my family from day 1!! Shout out to the Finance Manager Mr.Azo, he was so helpful and great at navigating me through the whole financial process! I have been driving a 07 Nissan Sentra & now upgraded to a 2020 Nissan Sentra.. so an upgrade was much needed lol! I am very glad that I bought my first ever car here with the people at Ourisman Kia at Fairfax :)! *bonus: as I was walking out everyone in the building cheered for me and really made me feel special!* If I could leave a 10 star review I certainly would! I came in because my brakes were not working, it was a very serious issue that I needed them to look at deeply and find a solution. After 4 hours they told me that it was an issue with the rotors being warped. This was not the real issue and they hadnt even looked at the brakes or test driven the car, they just wanted me to spend 800 on new front brakes and see if that fixed it. Warped rotors can cause shaking when braking, not what I had which was random complete brake failure in which the brakes become hard as rock.When the correct issue with the brakes was discovered it took 3 days with no communication for them to replace my back tires. I was not contacted a single time with updates, first they said it would be done by day two and nothing. Spent 20 minutes on hold at the end of the day for them to just say its not ready yet and that it would be done by 2 the next day and they would call me. By 3pm of the next day I had not been contacted again, and I spent another 30 minutes trying to get a hole of them for them to tell me they missed the deadline again. Very disappointed with the service, prices, communication and basically everything here.

Their service department, especially David is very rude! I went in because of my 2012 Kia Soul due to check engine light flashing. We went in knowing the diags fee of $189 if it is t covered by recall. Few days later I get a call back from David, stating because the car is at 160k they can no longer accept the extended warranty of 150k. This part I understood not to be David s fault, but the delivery and his tone was very rude in a way where he did not want to really speak to me. Fast forward few days later when I got to the dealership to pick my car up, I see the invoice for the diagnostics fees with shop fees added in to it. I never authorized any repairs, and when they gave estimate it was for diags fee only. He was very adamant that that $40 shop fee could not be waived. Eventually after multiple going back and forth he disgustingly went and removed the shop fee. Finally, after we paid we tried to get the car out, but my car was behind other cars, which is fine. So I went back in and stood in front of David as he is dialing out, no problem I can wait. Then after that call, even though he saw me, he would dial out for another call. Only when I got John s attention, he talked to David, and another service advisor helped get the car out (I think his name was Kevin). Speaking of, that advisor was the one that checked my car in, but wasn t assigned my service advisor. He was very helpful, engaging, and easy to work with. When I had first bought my Kia Soul from Fairfax Kia, the way I was treated is a lot different, and now the service advisors don t even want to talk to their customers and has a tone that is dismissive of the customer. I really wanted to buy my next car from Fairfax Kia to continue our relationship, but I will no longer be returning if I can control it.

Got my new 24 Sportage from here and Boris was amazing the entire time! Helped me get what I wanted and a deal I was happy to walk out with. As well as a good trade in offer to match others. Showed me everything laid out and explained all. Got my first service appointment set up. Boris earned my respect and trust for sure. Can't wait to see their new renovations once complete! Freak accident after owning my K5 with the sun visor, my fault, and he worked with me to resolve the issue. Overall great experience highly recommend to anyone looking a Kia.

Getting ready to be empty nesters and had to downsize from our minivan to something better suited to our family. Howard and Tristan were instrumental helping us to get the car we had been shopping for. Budgets being more critical than ever with our nation's current prices, the Subaru Forester that we liked was outside of our budget. The Ourisman Kia Sales Team worked with us to bring the vehicle back into budget. The service was outstanding and they really went the extra mile working with us and our fixed financial limit. Needless to say, we left with the vehicle we had originally chosen. Again, many thanks to Tristan, the Sales Director (sorry, forgot your name), and Howard as they went above and beyond to help us out. ok... be careful when buying a car from this dealer... they offered me a guarantee that I was only going to pay $50.00 dollars and covered me for two years for any mechanical problem that my car had. It was ruined, I took it to this dealer, I explained to them about the warranty and they told me that it was no longer $50.00 but rather $200.00, so they told me that I had to take it to the BMW Dealer because they couldn't repair it. I took it there and they told me that the repair was going to cost more than $2500.00 I called the warranty and they told me that they would only cover the minimum which was around $500.00 the difference I had to pay The sellers force you to buy guarantees from them that you are not obliged to buy and therefore they tell you that if you do not buy them they cannot sell you the car. and most of the cosmetic damage is covered by the full coverage that you put on your car. Don't be fooled by these sellers. and you can also compare prices with other dealers I advise you to only demand the guarantee that the dealer himself gives you. I don't want someone to force them to take their money since sometimes they charge up to $1500.00 extra They play a lot with numbers and one's ignorance.

We purchased a used Toy Camry XLE hybrid. Ours salesman Carlos Mendez was super helpful and accommodating, low pressure sale.There was a hiccup with the VA inspection that could have been a deal breaker but Howard (finance director) and most importantly Xavier Martinez in the service department promptly and effectively worked out the issues so that our new toy was back on the road with us in Maryland. Oursman comped the car rental while our car was getting the service needed to pass the VA and MD inspection! Xavier and his manager took really great care of us.Oursman Kia of Fairfax is a prudent and responsible business. Thanks to you all that made this purchase a good story!Richard G

First things first, this dealership is disorganized, I purchased my vehicle the day before Thanksgiving after the DMV closed for the holiday. They were not tracking the closure so I had to drive my trade in home and get my new vehicle delivered. Thats only after they tried to make me drive back to pick it up and I told them no. When they did deliver it, the tank was half empty and the driver was unaware of having to pick up my trade in. Poor communication all around and the sales GM told me if I provide a 5 star review he'll give me a tank of gas, exterior car detail, and wheel locks. Second, don't take anything these people say at their face value and check the window sticker for everything you're supposed to get and make sure you're getting it. As I was going through the vehicle, I took a look at the window sticker and noticed that wheel locks were supposed to be included as well as a cargo mat which was missing. My wife dropped off the vehicle for the new tags and to get what was owed and told them she'll be back in a few hours. Only after she got back did they get started on our vehicle causing her to wait another hour. Third, don't believe the finance guy at all when he tries to sell you the service plan. He'll say all the maintenace is covered when in reality its only the oil change, tire rotation, and air filter (depending on the coverage he scams you into). All the other stuff he says is only discounted. Run from this dealership. They don't care about the customer at all.
