DO NOT GO HERE and take your business elsewhere. Went to this Mr Tire location to replace four tires. Checked the trunk a few days later and noticed the spare tire cover wasn t sit flushed to the floor. Come to find out they put the wrong spare tire in my car. Returned to the shop and asked them to check for my car original spare tire but they refused and accused me of lying. They tried to force the cover to sit flush in the trunk with no luck. In the end they just walked away and offered no solution. Called corporate office and spoke to the regional manager and he promised to resolve the issue. Still no words from anyone from Mr Tire shop or corporate for a resolution. I now don t have the correct spare tire for my car and someone else may not have the correct spare tire for their car either. Very unhappy customer and will never take my business here or any Mr Tire locations again.

I received excellent service today from Waseem who was very informative. We quickly decided what was the best deal for Cooper tires including allignment, and my van was ready to go in 1 /2 hours. I highly recommend this location and will be using them for years to come.

I had an amazing experience with Marij. He was so helpful & made this tough time much better. I had a flat tire and could not find any place that was open because of the holidays, I was so happy to see they were open. He wasted no time helping me and the rest of the staff was wonderful as well! I highly recommend coming here for your car needs!

I stopped by today to get an oil change and was informed I needed a few other things taken care of as well such as a break replacement. Waseem helped me and got everything taken care of within 4 hours! I am super pleased with the service I received and would recommend this place if you don t know much about cars.

Great job at a price lower than they quoted me. On top of that, they discovered that one of the tires and rims I had ordered online for my Tesla Model Y Performance had been set up backwards. They fixed that problem and didn t charge me for it. Highly recommend these guys!!

The mechanics had no idea what they were doing. They insisted my part was wrong, yet the part they would order would be the exact same part! They charged me 5 hours of labor for what should have been a 30 minute job. I explained how to do it and even had to show them a YouTube video. But the mechanic was insisted that it couldn t be done as I had advised. Finally when the owner stepped in, lo and behold it worked.

Marij and Waseem were really help full every time it s been a pleasure bringing my car to you guys for oil changes and you guys always recommend what is necessary for the car. My car runs smooth every time thank you so much for all your help.

I usually dont bother to write reviews but what I experienced almost gives me no choice.Came here due to all the positive reviews especially since I saw that just like me, someone left a note saying that shop helped them out when they had a nail in their tire.When I got there the guy in the front didn t even bother to let me finish explaining what the issue was and immediately said I need to leave the car.I calmly explained that I needed a professional opinion on what my options would be, he cut me off again, and told me to bring the car forward, I mentioned that the car was in the parking lot and he said he would only look at if I brought it to the front of the door.Not wanting to get into an argument I brought the car forward, he begrudgingly came out, asked me where the nail was, which I pointed to. Instead of looking at the nail, he pointed out a small tear in the tire and told me that the company policy is that they do not take cars in that have a tear in one tire.I don t know if this is really the company policy or not but regardless my experience here was beyond ridiculous.

I had a nail stuck on my tire the night before after work and was super stressed since all the shops were closed for the evening but I showed up Sunday morning and Waseem and the lovely technician fixed and saved my tire in 30 minutes. I was so stressed and sad about the situation because I still had to rush to work on Sunday but Mr. Waseem was so kind and caring I felt like I could trust him! I now know where to go whenever I have car issues. Being kind and sincere goes a long way these days. Thank you!

Helped me out in a pinch-had a nail in my tire (purchased there previously). Had to have a surgical procedure done that day, and they got me in, fixed it, and sent me on the way. Thank you for your attention, kindness, and service

Today my car died on me, immediately after I called Mr.Tire and Mr. Marij guided me to what should I do. Since I m not mechanic savvy, I ignited my card using other cars help, and keep on rolling. I got here and they determined that my battery was dead, they gave rationals price for the battery, on top of that a FREE INSTALLATION. I couldn t beat it. Thanks a lot everyone!!!

When a company Sells you a "lifetime" warranty and then one year later tells you they no longer honor their "lifetime" warranty that you paid almost $124 extra for and won't refund the extra money you paid nor will they respond to your complaints, it tells you all you need to know.Mr. Tire is one of six tire related businesses owned by a company called Monro and I'll never buy another product or service from any of them.They got my money once. Don't let them get yours ever!

I had an Amazing experience at this location today. I was on my way to work and my tire went flat i called this location and they took care of me right away and put me back on the road with in 45 mins.love this place and their service i will be back for future car repairs.

I came to get my tires checked because I thought it had a nail in it. The customer service was amazing ! They seen me right away. They told me my tires was fine and put air in the ones that needed it! Excellent service!!

I love this place. Quickly and efficiently replaced 4 tires after I discovered a nail in one tire. It was a Sunday and, as a working realtor, I had an open house until 4 pm. The team got right to work upon my arrival and completed the work promptly. While I was against the tire warranty, I went ahead and purchased. So glad I did! One week later, I had a nail in one of the tires....I called, I went in, and it was patched, completely covered by the warranty. So So So happy I went here for my tires!

Excellent service. I was traveling from out of town when my tire pressure light came on. My attempts to fill one of the tires with air at a gas station failed. I called this station and Waseeem and Mo were able to squeeze my vehicle in for a check of all 4 tires. Confirming air was low but no apparent damage, which allowed my to continue on my travels confidently. They were professional, helpful, efficient and kind.

Great overall experience. Had a tire problem and Waseem helped us with a quick solution on a Sunday, plus they discovered an affordable fix instead of asking us to buy two new tires. We appreciated the honesty and great service!

Discovered I had a slow leak Sunday morning on the way to work. Aired it up to 41psi at 9AM, it was down 20psi by 3pm.Took it into Mr Tire on Lee Highway in Fairfax around 4PM. The manager Mr Waseem could not have been more helpful. Had the vehicle on the lift in 10 minutes. Moe, the tech got it diagnosed and repaired in very quick time. Terrific customer service all round. Highly recommended.

Tires shipped from TireRack to Mr. Tire. Was able to setup an appointment for a next day installation. Went in and the guy behind the counter was extremely nice. When I paid for my car and walked out the office I went past where the guys were working. Both of them looked at me and smiled. Very friendly no "tough guy" mentality there. They finished my car same day. Replaced four tires and 4 wheel alignment on my BMW at an amazing price.

Couple weeks ago I noticed that my tires were flattening regularly. It was Sunday morning and I had refilled the tires twice that weekend. I went to Mr tire, and they checked my tires and recommended replacing them, because I'd had multiple nails in the tires.The staff was amazing, I was in and out within 2 hours, and the price was reasonable for the new tires I received. I now have a road hazard policy on my tires which is also awesome. It's really nice to not see the pressure light in the car anymore.

What started out as a quick and seemingly easy process... became a frustration storm of incompotency, poor customer service, and lack of professionalism. Came in to get 4 new tires, was told that it would actually be done the same day which was great to hear. I told the gentlemen I would be able to pick up at 8am the next day and he told me great no problem. When I arrived the next morning, I was told they did NOT finish the job and still needed to balance the wheels. I was not even called to be informed it was not complete and wasted an Uber ride. Dissapointed.edit- I returned and the person was apologetic. They fixed the issue free of charge. 3 starsEdit update 2023: received new tires and they fixed an issue asap. 4 stars now.

I recommend Mr. Tire, but I recommend the Fairfax, VA location in particular. There s a location closer to my house, but I ll keep returning to this location because of the customer service alone. Marij is awesome and has an outstanding team! I didn t have an appointment (not the wisest choice, I admit) but they took me in (I did come in earlier in the morning) and they had all of my tires and brakes changed out as quick as the process takes. Overall, I m happy and will return here in the future!Edit: They ve done it again! Marij and his team are absolutely phenomenal! I had another issue with my car, and they took care of me with the absolute best customer service. They ve definitely earned a continued customer out of me!
