If you re looking for a good auto shop in the area, I highly recommend this one. I have been taking my car to them for a couple of months now and they do a fantastic job. Every time I go they always explain exactly what is being done on my car and what needs to be fixed. The people working at the front desk are always nice as well, never had any problems with them. Being a woman it is hard to mechanic shops that are not money hungry or trying to get over on you. However this shop prices are always reasonable, which I appreciate.

I am a previous customer of Mr. Tire Auto Services in Vienna, VA. In the past, they helped with several issues I had with one of my older vehicles. For this visit. I called the shop and spoke to Eric (office manager) over the phone to find out if they were able to install a set of new shocks for me, and align my tires. Eric said he could do it all. He is very friendly and customer focused. I made an appointment, and brought it in a few days after my call. Unfortunately, my 35inch tires were too large for their alignment equipment. But, they did a phenomenal job replacing my shocks. Thanks again for your support!

Mr. Tire Auto on Dorr Avenue in Fairfax is a well kept secret. We highly recommend them for all of your car maintenance and repair needs. Eric and his team work seemlessly to provide excellent care to each client. Their professionalism and knowledge of foreign and domestic cars and trucks is unmatched. Our family trusts them with all of our vehicles and we happily share this information so that others benefit from their fair pricing and great work.

Billy was super helpful and advised me of the best means to bet my truck back on the road. Found the nail and removed it with no issues. The Road Hazard protection I bought 3 years ago when I first bought the tires covered today s costs and I walked away with no expense! The coverage is well worth it in this area so don t hesitate.

You can't plan ahead for a flat tire. They were helpful and accommodating, and got me an appointment the same day right after I got out of work. Every step was easy, the job was done well, and I was out even more quickly than I expected.

Stopped by last minute this afternoon without an appointment for a low tire pressure that I could not get to accept air at a 2 different gas station air pumps. Eric was able to refill my tire in a few minutes and gracious enough to not charge me. Great customer service, thanks for making my day Eric!

I really needed a tire because mine went flat so I found a tire and booked online. I normally try to save money and get it done at Walmart but I would have had to wait a week and didn't have time. I called Eric to make sure he had the tire before I drove 30 minutes. He did, I arrived, and they put it on in 45 minutes and also did an inspection for 20 that I paid about 50 for the same thing at my local gas station. So far so good. Thank you Eric.

Awful customer service!!!You would think that when you choose establishments like Mr tire you'll find the Profesionals/experts at work. It turns out the "professional experts also have their lazy days.I came to this establishment looking to solve a problem I have been having with my truck's tires, I asked if they would be able to find what the problem was because after loosing air repeatedly I was afraid it had a nail in it so it would most likely need a patch, of course I am not an expert to determine that and that's the very reason why I came here. Well the rude guy at the front desk, seemed to understand what I just had explained and said he would take it in.He did.But 2 mints later he said: it's ready!I asked what the problem was and he said "I just put air in each tire, they just needed air, that is not a flat tire" speaking to me so condescending as if I am ignorant.He simply did not care to find what was the problem as if I was asking for a favor and wasn't willing to pay for his time.I had put air in several times already, that's something that I could have done easily, he just didn't want to do it.So Thank you for nothing.I drove a few yard around the corner and they found a nail in my tire and fix it in less than 10 minutes.

I ve been bringing my 2 cars here for service since we moved to the area over 7 years ago. The staff are fantastic and I never question their advice. I trust that they are always honest and acting purely in my best interest and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of auto services.

Kind and speedy service. No upselling or upcharge. Patched my tire perfectly and went above and beyond in putting my spare tire and jack and everything away for me without me mentioning it. Very thankful!

Lol they charge $50 per tire for a freaking tire balance. Yeah $200 total for 4. Ive had pricey dealers change less than this. And the guy at the counter had the audacity to look at me like I was the weird one, who are you trying to scam bro?Went to another place and had it done for $15 per tire. They better be balancing it with diamonds and gold for those prices. Ridiculous

World class support from Eric and Mike. We walked in with a tough problem on a Saturday afternoon, and they helped us mount a tire for our Mini Cooper that we'd been trying to get repaired for weeks. Multiple other tire stores turned us down, but Eric and Mike finished this job in 15 minutes. Great service, super friendly, we'll come back in a heartbeat if we ever have another tire issue.

It took me a few days to write this review because I wanted to make sure my car was all good and it is!When I came in, I spoke with Eric, the manager and he was a beacon of professionalism.As a women car service customer I often feel like I m being sold a bill of goods when getting my car worked on.Eric made me feel like the price I paid was for quality service and parts and helped me understand what was wrong with my car in the first place. I don t get that everywhere. I ll definitely be bringing my Nissan back!

It s always start with the Manager who set good standards for the teamand Eric (The Manager ) was great . He s not only the manager I consider him a brand builder . I can tell his a good person and genuinely provide an outstanding customer service. I ordered a tires to a 3rd party and I choose this store as the installer. As soon my tires delivered I want to get install in short noticed . Eric and his team squeeze me on their tight schedule and in no time I m done. No upsale just straight forward good customer service . Next time instead of getting my tires to 3rd party I will directly order it to them . This is my place to go now!

Michael was professional, friendly and helpful in diagnosing my car s problem and providing alternative solutions in a clear way for me to understand. He immediately ordered the car part ( which was covered under warranty), so my bill was far less than expected. He called when the part arrived the following morning. His expertise and the teamwork had my car ready in less than an hour after I arrived. I highly recommend this Mr. Tire service center and will continue to use it for all of my car s needs.

My drivers side rear alloy wheel, after years of use, cracked. I had to replace it for my own safety and the safety of others. Previous owner did not address this issue. So, I bought 2 used OEM 17" wheels from Facebook marketplace and prepped/sanded/painted them. Just needed tires now. Made an appointment after finding this place on Google Maps. Laurie & Michael helped me out, very informative. No run flats in stock, I understand that now. Ordered from TireRack at home, shipped run flat tire to this location, and they fulfilled my request. My request was to take off the used Continental run flat tire from the cracked wheel and install that tire on my spare 5th wheel. The 2nd painted wheel would go on the car with a brand new Bridgestone Driveguard run flat tire to match the rear axle since the other side had a new tire on it as well of the same brand/size. I'll be back for an alignment after I upgrade the suspension to M3 arms!

My Mercedes needed service (B) and tires. Mercedes I usually go to didn t have any available appointments soon enough and Mr Tire stated they could fit me in, same day. Even though the initial call did not go well as they staff member seemed busy and a tad harsh-I still went in for the convince.I do not feel the customer service is up to the level of Mercedes, and probably shouldn t have expected it to be. However, I dont think it is too much to assume that common decency and basic customer service would be expected. The manager, Eric, seems inept. He lacks computer and paperwork skills and defiantly needs a lesson in customer service.Besides the hidden fees, I had the feeling the staff, including management, did not care about their customer base or customer service. It was all a number to them, without any thoughts of respect of the person standing there spending money in their location. Learning how to speak to people, how to control your tone of voice, and how to be a decent customer service employee should be basic-sadly, this location lacks all of the above.

Great service from Billy and Michael. Replaced tires on Volvo, explained everything, answered all my questions. Provided advice and guidance. No pressure and competitive prices and generally a pleasant experience.

I came this morning right at opening as I had a low tire pressure warning. Eric informed me that three of my tires had air pressure that was way too high and one of them was extremely low. He adjusted them so they all were where they needed to be and told me it was free of charge. Very good service and I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who has any sort of car troubles.5/5

Stand up group of individuals. They found a nail in my tire during an oil change and patched it up for me. I ve been coming here since I moved here in 2022 and will continue to come.

I think I was in and out in 30 minutes. Barely finished a book chapter, this shop was so fast putting on a new tire. I went in the morning, only about 3 other people in line but they were definitely busy with other orders before 9am. Associates were kind and efficient. I was comfortable waiting in their lobby. Most likely will return for other car needs in future.

I took my husband s Kia in yesterday after having called multiple well rated places and hearing NO for same day service.Michael on the phone was very polite and professional. They took the car in right as I got there! In an hour all 4 tires, alignment, balancing, check up were done.I m severely germaphobic, and they not only they didn t laugh in my face about my particular requests, they honored them with respect.I would recommend it to anyone who is particular and wants a fast and great work done on their vehicle. Michael especially made all the difference in my experience. Thank you!

Eric and his team are wonderful! He gave me a great price for 3 tires and worked around my schedule to get me in as soon as possible. I really appreciate his willingness to help me by giving me the best price out of any of the places I called, and accommodating me so quickly. This is the second time I ve been there and will definitely go back in the future. Really happy with the service.

Michael Hernandez and his team quite literally saved my life. I was towed there for a flat tire and they noticed my brakes were in need of work. They showed me the mess it was. I couldn't drive the vehicle safely it was pretty bad. It's an old truck, instead of gouging me, they repaired what needed to be done to get her on the road safely. No more than that. Michael and his staff were very professional. Amazing customer service! I felt at home with them man. I cannot thank you guys enough for saving my life that day. I will forever remember what you guys did for me that day! Thanks again!!!

We ve brought our family cars here for years, for tires, tire repairs, alignment, etc. I find the staff friendly/respectful to deal with. They do the work in a timely manner, even without an appointment, and professionally. I ve gotten free flat tire repairs under their contract. There are places to get tires cheaper, such as used tire places, if you know enough about the subject. But for the rest of us, this Mr Tire location has been great to have in the area!

My battery needed to be changed immediately and super last minute too, about less than an hour before they closed and the workers were able to help me out despite being busy. I was in and out of there after about 20 minutes and they even pumped air into my tires. Super friendly employees with very professional customer service!
