We've been going to this shop for over a decade and I have been pleased every time. Mike and Saul are honest and hardworking. Prices are the best in the area. It's also a great location. Went to this shop for 2 jobs, for which only one could be realistically done. Ended up going back to the shop 3 separate times for the same thing (mind you I m taking an Uber every time I drop my car off and why not), just to come to find out that they can t end up doing it in the end & only refunded me 1/3 of the money they charged me. I guess you get what you pay for? Definitely will be going to the dealership likely from now on.Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

I had Merrifield Citco service my car for 10 years. Occasionally I would go to someone closer to home or work but never got the same great service that Mike and Saul aways gave me. I have recommended this shop to all my friends and am sorry I had to leave. My family and I have been coming here for many years. They ve repaired all kinds of issues for seven or eight different cars. We also use them to assess used cars before we buy. They seem to charge market rates but with integrity. I take both my cars here on a regular basis for general maintenance. They re always on time, do a great job, and I don t ever feel overcharged. Absolutely fantastic service. We got a quote at a different location for three times of what merrfield citgo charged. Honest opinions, and great service. Definitely the place to go.

I called ahead to make sure they would be open until six they confirmed they would. When I drove almost an hour to their shop the front desk said everyone went home early because they didn't have any customers. I let them know that I was disappointed since I called ahead to let them know I was coming in and they still decided to leave. I asked if they would stay open until their stated business time tomorrow and they said that there is no guarantee, they will close earlier if business is slow. I wouldn't recommend this place if you can't make it in an hour before they close.
