I have a BMW that I truly love and have taken years to take care of and set up right for best performance. When this vehicle was hit a severely damaged while parked it was a blow to me. The car was too old for BMW of Fairfax to want to assist in the repair. I am so grateful I found Like New Automotive as they assured me they could get the car back to the way I expect it. Javier is fantastic to work with along with Daniel. They made the whole process easy for me. When I saw the car when they got done with it I was astounded as it exceeded expectations visually. The car performed well. If you have a need to connect up with a shop that will take care of you with honorable value this is the place. This is written by a new loyal customer.

Had somebody back into my truck. Like New crew were very communicative and understanding. They got to work as soon as the insurance gave them the approval. They were able to obtain original parts and complete the job in a matter of days. Very easy to get in contact with as well. My vehicle was returned looking great and gave it a wash as well. Excellent dent removal and paint job on my front fender which accidentally came in contact with a brick wall corner! Great and helpful service and they did the job while I was away so there was no inconvenience to me. Highly recommend!

I spoke with Javier and worked with him to repair the paint damage on my front bumper/lip earlier this year. Javier and his team did an amazing job with matching the color perfectly and getting the job done in a timely manner. Price was more than reasonable as well. I m definitely coming back to their shop this summer to restore clear coat damage on my passenger quarter panel.Service: Painting

Great service from start to finish. Brought the finish back to life on my 2016 VW eGolf; the color depth is gorgeous....possibly better than the day I bought it!! Good communication up front, and during the day of service -- and while I needed to wait 5-min for the final touches, the customer area is clean, bright and welcoming. Javier did a phenomenal job restoring a damaged panel on my truck that was scratched into the metal (see before and after photos). My truck is a unique shade of green - I was worried they wouldn t be able to match it, but they use a computerized paint matching system to make sure it s perfect. There s a reason it s called Like New - it s not an exaggeration! Thanks for doing a great job.

Our van once again looks "Like New". See the before and after pics attached to this review. Friendly and professional staff. Javier and Daniel were great. Reasonable prices. We also had a problem with both of our power sliding doors. Like New fixed those as well, and they work great now.Definitely recommend.

Oscar, Javier, and Daniel were great and responsive. Oscar, who worked on the majority of the issues, is awesome he was very responsive, kind, and answered all of my questions. He is someone who is excited about the work he does and that is something hard to find nowadays. My car had lots of issues that were never addressed in the past from an airbag issue to engine oil leak. Oscar fixed them all and reassured me I could get more life out of the vehicle. I totally recommend this place. As far as price goes they give a fair assessment, my car needed a lot of troubleshooting before they could dive in and they gave me several options to consider and Oscar took his time to discuss them with me.Services: Engine repair, Auto detailing, Oil change

Like New Automotive is the place to take you car. I was battling the insurance company of the driver who hit my parked car for months. When I finally got a quote I went straight to Like New Automotive. Daniel communicated with me and also took on the battle with the insurance company. I m extremely grateful for his time work and endless determination to help me. The person touches him and his team made my experience into the world of auto repair a positive one. My car is like new and back to commuting without fear of my bumper falling off. If you need anything done for your car take it to Like New Automotive.

Great place , Daniel answered the phone when i first called and he was so personable even asked me if i had gone to the doctor and to also take care of my self . I was in an accident and found this place near my job (very convenient)i dropped it off and met javier , he did such an awesome job ! My whole experience was great i can t thank them enough. Danny returned my car back to new.he informed me every step of the way and kept in contact with me So that I was updated the entire time .there s a delay in getting parts but that didn t slow Danny down in having my car prepared .i don t evenLive in Fairfax but about 45 min away but forNow on any damage I m going straight to him .thank you !

Daniel from Like New Automotive was nothing but helpful, thoughtful, and communicative when my vehicle was rear-ended. He provided so much guidance throughout the insurance process, and promptly kept me in the loop whenever there were any developments. He made sure I knew all of my options in detail, the pros and cons of each, advocated for me with the adjuster, and was always willing to explain anything I had questions about. I felt much more confident and knowledgeable dealing with the insurance company with his advice. Although my vehicle was ultimately determined to be a total loss, he has nevertheless gained a loyal customer, and I have full trust in Daniel and Like New Automotive for any future vehicle work that I need!

Had a rusted out frame on our truck and couldn't pass VA inspection because of it. Thought we would have to sell it to a salvage yard because it was too expensive to repair given the age and the miles on our truck. Dan went above and beyond to help. Found a used frame in mint condition and the truck handles better than ever. He also pointed out that the engine on the truck that was supplying the frame had half the miles as ours was in great condition so he recommended swapping ours out. His team did a super job of the replacement and the truck runs great. They even took it to get inspected before handing it back over. Top notch service! It was a tough job but they did everything that they said they would do. It's hard to trust mechanics these days but they delivered. Even did some detail work on the exterior for us at no charge!Services: Auto exhaust system repair, Auto A/C recharge, Body & Trim, Transmission replacement, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection

Daniel, Javier, and the team at Like New Automotive are awesome!After my truck was hit, I had a difficult time finding anyone that would give me the time of day since it is a 2003 model. Daniel took on the challenge and dealt with their insurance which were not very timely or overly helpful. They fixed my truck and it looks great! I appreciate all of their help and generosity. I highly recommend going there for your auto repair.

Call it what you wish, but, I choose to call it Devine Good Fortune that I connected with Daniel Nannucci, and, his team at Like New Automotive.My son has an aging car that has been well maintained and still has some useful life. Recently this car failed a safety inspection due to a rusted out sub frame bolt. At the recommendation of the inspecting station we took it to the Dealership for repair. To say that the Dealership was helpful would be generous, as they truly couldn t be bothered with the repair or even completely inspecting the car. That said they were certainly willing to sell us a new vehicle. Shocker!!As it turns out my wife was at our neighborhood pool chatting with a friend and lamenting the fact that my son may need to invest in a new car. Not exactly an optimum time to buy a car-- Daniel happened to be close by and shared that he was in the automotive repair business He volunteered that he would be happy to give the car a thorough inspection and determine what it would take to affect the right repairs.Cutting to the chase, the car has been repaired and has a new PASSED Inspection sticker. There are so many positive things I could say about my experience with Like New Automotive but I believe the most important element is that they did what they said they would do, they did it professionally and expertly and at what I believe to be a fair price. Candidly, beyond that I really enjoyed the interaction with Daniel and his team; it truly was a first class experience in every aspect. The team at Like New were phenomenal performing restoration on a 2003 Honda S2000, beautiful new paint job, fabric convertible top replacement, finding and repairing a water leak and mildew removal, electrical repair, new seats and more.The car looks and drives as good as new. Like New made my car look better than it did when I bought it! They repaired the damaged fender, buffed out the scrapes and stains from the parking garage and did a totally superb job of detailing the interior. You could eat off the clean floors. It looked absolutely beautiful. The team who runs Like New is very personable, knowledgeable and considerate of the customer. They could not have made me feel more comfortable. Please take your car here--you will not believe the quality of the work!

Got my civic s fender replaced here after I put a huge dent in it by running into a pole in a parking garage. They were professional, did a great job, and offered a fair price. On Friday the 13th I drove on a wet newly paved road. I got tar splattered all over my freshly waxed car.I tried first going to a car wash twice and nothing. I called several detail places Like New Automotive gave the best price and we re open and available the next day.They were amazing dealing with a curios 6 year old too. It s a family run business with everyone there extremely helpful.Most importantly they fixed my car then did a beautiful wax job while I waited and removed all the tar.They made a horrible end of the week amazing. I will be going back for my future detailing and window tenting needs. Extremely grateful.David Jones .

The right side of my car was scratched all the way down the side and my fender was damaged beyond repair. Javier gave me a reasonable estimate and got to work.I was amazed at the quality of the painting and workmanship these guys put into the car.It actually looks better than new now and to top it off they actually were unhappy with the paint job originally and asked me if they could keep the car and actually match the color 100% instead of the 90% it was matched. Great job guys. Keep it up

Like New Automotive lives up to their name. Earlier in the week, my window was smashed in. I did my best to clean up all the glass but the car needed to be detailed. In addition, I needed the tint reapplied to the new glass.They made my ten year old truck look brand new and the tint looks phenomenal. Thanks Salvador and Daniel!

Like New Automotive may be a body shop but they definitely not an auto repair shop. Please, please do not take your vehicle to them for repairs and/or mechanical problems. They simply do not have a clue. Worse, fiddling and fumbling with your vehicle while they do not know what they are doing, their technician/mechanic will make your vehicle worse than you brought it in. Line New Automotive may be a body shop, but they definitely not an auto repair outfit. Please stay away from them for auto repairs. Worse, they will waste your time and charge you for. They kept my car for 3 days without as much as calling me to at least let me know what was going on. Thy kept making up excuses each time I called until I got tired of paying for Uber and Lyft and picked up my car the 3rd day. And they charged me $130 for "Diagnostics." even though I had already told them what the problem with the car was.Worse, they messed up my car keys to the point that the remote keys no longer work. When I brought the car to Like New Automotive, both my remote keys were working perfectly. Three days later, when I picked up my car, after paying $130 for "diagnostics," neither of my key FOBs now works. Even the FOB key that I did not give to them. I will have to pay Toyota to reset the key.Now, in spite of myself, I have to take the car back to the Toyota Dealership. They are about the same price but at least they know what they are doing.Please, please, please stay away from Like New Automotive for your car repairs. A very, very, unprofessional outfit which may end up costing you way more than you bargained for. All in all, an extremely bad experience at Like New Automotive. Please, please, please, do no take your vehicle to them for repairs. You most likely will regret it.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I also had a very good experience at Like New. Unfortunately, I did not take before pictures to show the wonderful results after Like New took my vehicle and worked their magic. YES, it is truly "Like New" and I was so happy today when I picked it up. Javier was very professional, explained what need to be done and gave me a reasonable time frame to do the work and deliver the car back to me. It was on schedule and I was even able to get my car the morning of the day it was promised back. I will go here again and refer friends and family to Like New!
