This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube. I took my car in for an oil change during my lunch break and was pleasantly surprised at how fast the service was. The mechanics that worked on my car were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning for future car services!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HAVE YOUR TIME WAISTED AND HAVE TO DEAL WITH INCOMPETENT , CRANKY, Mechanic . I went to this location to have an oil change done because I really needed one and they were the closest to where I was at the time . Upon arrival there was a vehicle ahead of me having work done , I was greeted by A Spanish lady at which time I explained I had my own oil and filter . The lady pulled my information up on there computer and was able to see I have had my oil changes done through them . I was told to have a seat in Lobby but decided to run across to 7Eleven for A drink . When I got back the lady says to me your car does have a dip stick and the mechanic does know how to check oil level so we can not change. I explained the oil level could be checked from inside the car and that I always use the same amount of oil each time I have oil changed , the mechanic which seemed cranky and irritated said I m not comfortable with doing it and my manager isn t here so we can t provide you services . Horrible Customer Service

I came for an oil change right after work and luckily there wasn't a wait. But they had me in and out faster than I expected! They were friendly, fast, efficient, and the lobby/waiting area was kept clean and welcoming.

Went here for a signature oil change/service. I was expecting the same oil that's been used before and generally the same cost. The cost was almost doubled. Turns out, without asking, they put in Penzeoil Gold Synthetic blend, which doubled the cost. I even asked at check out if it was the same oil that was used last time, which the guy said it was. I looked at my last invoice, and it wasn't. These guys are just looking to scam you and get money. It's already bad enough in the car service industry, but they could at least not be as sloppy with the lying. I will not be returning.

Zero stars. Do not take your car here for ANYTHING. This place is totally incompetent. Not one but two of our cars leaked oil after oil changes. The car required hundreds of $$ in repairs to totally change oil pan due to cracks in the oil pan that our mechanic had never seen before. Later, our other car was also found to be leaking oil after an oil change. When we brought it back to jiffy lube they said nothing was wrong with it. However it continued to leak oil. Our mechanic confirms it is leaking oil. TBD how much to fix our other car.Please steer clear of this location. This is obviously not a coincidence!!!!

I wasn t greeted by someone as I always have been when I pull up. I was then asked to pull my own car into the bay which was a little nerve racking. Got inside and the coffee maker was broken and no coffee in the alternate coffee maker. Not the Jiffy Lube experience I am used to. They came to give me the price of the oil change and at this point I declined and went to another location. I had the usually good experience I have at the second location.*Update* I reached out to the manager who replied to my review and never got a call back. Lines up with my in person experience.

I love this place because I don t need an appointment and my oil change takes 10-15 minutes which it supposed to be everywhere!The staff are friendly and professional. The lobby has free WiFi.I do highly recommend Jiffy Lube

Highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for their Outstanding Customer Service. Very Friendly and Accommodating Services. Went in for service was greeted by Juan, very nice gentleman. Was seen immediately and further taken care of by Myrna, Doug and Sam.Quick, Efficient and Professional. This experience renewed my relationship with Jiffy Lube. Thank goodness for other locations.The Burke location had destroyed it by their lack of all the above, after years of using that location.Thank you All !!I will be a returning customer !Service: Oil change

I hate getting my oil changed. I m always up charged and made to wait hours. Not here! These guys are so sweet and fast! Totally a painless experience. They even wiped down my windows and complimented my car. Do yourself and go here, especially if you re a woman- you ll feel safe!

I really like the owner, it feels like they are trying to give you a fair deal. I came in for an oil change and they told me I probably didn't need one yet, whereas other places might have topped me off and charged me for it. The low stats are because one time the mechanic accidentally broke my dipstick and wasn't able to get it out. He told me he couldn't check my oil level and I'd have to take it to another mechanic to get it removed and replaced. I managed to, after a long time, remove it myself, and the replacement one cost $30.EDIT: After a lot of difficulty getting ahold of the District Manager, he let me describe my experience to him and told me he would follow up. It's been more than a week and nothing has happened.Service: Oil change

I arrived at the location, which has three bays, but they are only using the middle one, which was occupied. The greeting was non-existent. "You want oil change? (She opens my door) You can wait in the lobby. The oil change is $54." Although the digital sign in the lobby clearly says $49.99, and I even brought my own oil and filter, but apparently it doesn't matter. (Correction upon ringing out: $49.99 + $3.00 shop supplies fee, she discounted $2 each for my oil and filter, plus tax.) No interaction with the lube techs, and there was no review of any items that they said they did/are supposed to do, except my engine air filter. They want double what Amazon charges, so I grabbed the number on the filter and ordered it right away. I didn't see my lights being checked, or anything else, but they did tell me my coolant was low so there's that I guess. I forgot to tell them not to fill my washer fluid, since I use a de-icer, but I won't hold that against them if they filled it. (I didn't check.) The shop is decently clean, but the coffee machine definitely gets used by the lube techs and wasn't appetizing. They did eventually pull my car into the first bay, and the car that was behind me into the third bay, but that only happened after waiting ~15 minutes. And yes, they were still working on the same vehicle in the second bay.All in all: A 2 star rating because they should have already been running all three bays. They should have brought my car into an empty bay while finishing the light replacement. Also the really poor greeting, poor ring out experience, poor expectation setting (incorrect price provided during the greeting, etc.), failure to deliver on services I paid for that are included in the price of the oil change, and poor communication.FYI to the shop: Even if you only brought my car into one of the empty bays and raised the hood, it would have provided me with a perceived feeling that the work had begun on my car. Meanwhile I'm sitting in the lobby, frustrated, because my car is in the parking lot waiting for you to finish replacing a light bulb when you have multiple cars out back. (You may have been doing more than a light, but how is anyone supposed to know if none of the employees were willing to communicate properly?)

I went to Jiffy lube for an oil change. I pulled up and no one was there so I stopped and waited. After a bit, someone rudely barked "You're blocking the door!" Then a middle age jiffy lube employee with a buzz cut walked by my car without stopping and walked into the garage. I pulled up to the garage door that he had walked into where he continued to be rude to me for the offense of waiting for an oil change at a jiffy lube. I won't be going back.Service: Oil change

It s hard to emphasize how different my experience at this particular jiffy lube location. I drove up to the service area and asked for a regular oil change. The lady helping me said that the synthetic oil change is $80. I asked for the regular, lower price oil change and she said they didn t have anything cheaper than the synthetic option. Oooookay? I decided to just go with that. After waiting forever (there were no other cars in line), I finally got prompted to bring my car up to the floor. The mechanic was rude, and rolled his eyes when I drove my car up. He once again walked away for several minutes, doing who knows what? He finally came out again and I asked him if there were any other cheaper options for the oil change. He said yes. So, the lady wasn t being truthful when I asked if there were cheaper oil change options?? (I saw that someone else has also had this experience). At that point I decided I wanted to leave. Just overall the people that work there seem dishonest and standoffish. I drove all the way out to the Cascades location which was my previous go-to location before moving to Fairfax. (They are always super nice, professional, helpful, and quick at that location).

The manager is VERY knowledgeable and courteous. Most importantly she is 100% honest with every customer. I thought I needed a filter change along with oil change and told them to give me one and she came out to the waiting room and showed me that my filter was still clean and I did not need to spend the money on one at that time. They are very thorough and no waiting around, I was out of there in less than an hour.

Visiting City of Fairfax from Florida and I found terrible service at this Jiffy Lube location. I waited a long time for a rude and unhelpful service. Mike, the manager, is an unrespectful person. He doesn't know anything about customer service. Nobody said "Hi" or good morning when I arrived there. They gave to me the highest price in the market for an oil change [$120] and never said anything about a current discount or coupon. Very rud team so please do not go to this Jiffy Lube for any car service. Hope the Jiffy Lube Headquarter can read this personal review and send auditors there. This location needs to change its management as soon as possible. Maybe some employees too. Poor people!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

My son also was ripped off at this Jiffy Lube. Same as others. $122 for an oil change. The manager even told my son he would make an adjustment to our credit card still waiting! DO NOT USE THIS JIFFY LUBE!! They are constantly ripping us off.Did call Marques as requested. He helped show they charged for wiper blades and installation - which was not performed since I already had purchased new wipers to install ourselves. Still no adjustment has been made. Big hassle - still recommend staying away from this store.Service: Oil change

The service is good. But, if you are someone who doesn't want to work hard and ready to pay up front, go for it. Because the parts that Jiffy Lube offers are way costlier than getting it at a retail outlet. Instead, know what part needs replacement and do it on your own - only user accessible parts.

$122 for an oil change?? No wonder they didn't want to tell me the price until after I was in the bay. I laughed and drove away, even though I'd planned my morning to fit it in, and waited for them to open.Also might explain why I never see any cars there. I went because of the convenient location, but I'll find somewhere else

Had trouble with website appointment so stopped in to chat about tomorrow. Nice man advised me it's first come, first served. Then he noticed my trouble walking, and offered his arm as an assist, even offered to fetch my car to save me the painful 30 feet to parking space.Unusual chivalry these days and I am still smiling from the value of it.Tomorrow I will get the work done only here. . .

I got an oil change elsewhere (not Jiffy Lube). Two days later, I noticed a huge oil stain under my car. I figured the drain plug was loose but didn't have access.Of course the dealership, who did the prior oil change, was closed. I limped my car to this Jiffy Lube as it was the only place open at 8AM on a Sunday. I was completely distraught as I had a 300 mile drive ahead of me and the car is pretty new.They took my car in immediately, listened to my concerns, confirmed the issue, tightened the plug and made sure there was enough oil. I was out in under 15 minutes.I can't stress enough how wonderful, professional, and kind they were. I would absolutely come back for routine service.

I came into the Fairfax Jiffy Lube after driving across the US 2500 miles. I needed my fluids topped off and verify tire pressure. The attendant found my transmission fluid low so he filled it, checked my tire pressure and other fluids were fine. I received the care I came in for. I am so grateful to Jiffy Lube around the country to check my car while traveling in between oil changes with them. It's a great service and comfort to me.

They were fast and easy. Vacuuming of the car is never amazing but that is what car detailing is for. My only complaint is when I asked about the air filter they said it would take to long to remove? Isn t that part of the signature oil change? I ve had other jiffy lubes remove it before.
