I brought my car to Hankookmotors to see if selling it was the most viable option for me. I sat down with Mr. Kim and discussed the best option for me. He was extremely insightful and ultimately guided me in the direction that was best for me. A lot of folks in the car industry are all about chasing profits but not Mr. Kim. He truly wants the best for his customers, even if it does not always turn a profit for him. He provides great service and advice. His team is extremely detail-oriented when providing service and the results speak for itself. I will definitely be returning to Hankookmotors!

My dad bought and sold a car from here 7 years ago which I believe he had a good experience. I was in a rush to buy a used car and was looking for dealerships. As we might all know used car dealerships tend to have a lot of scams. This is not the case for this dealership. Not only was I able to get a great deal for my budget, Mike and Michelle made sure that everything was up to par. They took their time to help me with my insurance and made sure that the minor issues in the car were fixed for free. They are dedicated to making sure the customer has a great experience during the purchase but also after the purchase. I highly recommend doing business with them and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

This is my 3rd time selling our family car to Hankook Motors. Once is 2010, once 2 months ago and today. Mr. Kim is a genuine wonderful person and listening to his back story like a super hero was a delight. His team works hard to make the buyers and sellers happy. Prices are reasonable and the paperwork are a breeze to go through. Go to Hankook Motors to get your car.

Bought my 2015 Honda Accord from here. Got into a first ever minor accident, took care of everything really well so far including getting me a new insurance too. I doubted the google reviews before coming here because I never seen a 5 star dealership reviews on google, but it really does live up to my expectations. Quick response from Michael, and always good service. The maintenance requirements may take some time, but that's expected everywhere so I'm not too worried. Overall, I would suggest this dealership to anyone who's really skeptical of dealerships (I did hundreds of research regarding the price too, along with price, service, etc) If you're in doubt, just visit this place and see what options you have, won't be disappointed.

Mr. Kim is the best and reliable car dealer I have ever met. He has consistently provided excellent and impressive service to our family. I bought Honda Civic last year. It was my first purchase of a vehicle, so I was unfamiliar with everything, but the boss was very kind to help me with the complicated procedures required to purchase a vehicle. Also, I had a car accident last month, and he helped me deal with all the related procedures, so I completed the process well after the accident. The car was repaired at the linked repair shop to Hankook Motors and it came back to me as if it were new. Even after purchasing a vehicle, aftercare is certain so I strongly recommend this shop. The boss is one of the people I can rely on as an international student. Thank you.

Mr. Kim is absolutely amazing! My friend referred me to him and I was able to trade in my car for a good price and get another amazing used car. Their after service here is absolutely phenomenal as well. They make sure you have no problems with your car even after your purchase. He is also always easy to contact and very flexible with time. Highly recommend!

I have never expected that a transaction at a used car dealer shop can be this much smooth, and even pleasant. Mr. Kim is highly professional. He showed my prejudice to used car salespersons was wrong; he is polite, honest, no hassle, reasonable, efficient, and straightforward. I am 100% satisfied and happy about his business style and the transaction. I strongly recommend him. If I need to buy a car again, I will definitely knock on his door.

We called them on the morning and asked about one car and they said that it s available. So we came here so far away and they were telling us that it s already sold yesterday Very unprofessional!!!

I was really impressed with their service. I was in a car accident and needed a new car for myself. Mr. Kim was able to find me a perfect used 2016 Sonata with great finance options. It had less than 30,000 mileage as well! Also, their after services are really great. If you are in need of a new car definitely go check this place out! They have great used cars for great prices and service!

I have never seen a car dealer as good as Hankook Motors of Fairfax, VA. Mr Michael Kim is very honest, kind, and generous to customers. Moreover I got more money for my used car through this dealer. I will definitely work with Mr. Kim in purchasing my future car. Also I will not hesitate to recommend anyone out there who wants to sell a car for the best price. I am so glad to have found Mr. Kim to sell my car for the best price.

If you want the best experience in purchasing an used car and follow up after, I strongly recommend you this shop. I'm 100% sure that the owner and staffs won't let you down! I've been enjoying great experiences since I'd bought my vehicle from this dealershop. It is easy from the beginning to the end and very quick. They are very knowledgeable, kind, and honest. Even my fellow colleagues told me that they got a better price than Carmax when they returned after working in D.C.! I highly recommend going to Hankookmotors. If you start business with them, you can also experience the same feeling like me without any regret.

The Best service that I have ever experienced. We sold our 16 years old truck to Mr Michael Kim today and the check that he wrote to us was amazing. Mr Kim was so kind and polite and made us feel very special even if we were selling him a car. Strongly recommended. I will definitely see him again when I need to sell a car or to buy an used one.

The vehicle I bought from this dealer was the best in my life so far. As a military officer, I have moved a lot and have had many chances to experience used car. But only this case is the only case that I have experienced any issue for three years.More than anything, they treat clients like their family. I was so touched by their way of treating clients.

Great experience working with Mr. Kim! The car I purchased was in great condition but if there is a time I need any work done, he is very prompt and diligent in getting my car in. He coordinates everything for me and is very informative and reasonably priced. My car gets washed and vacuumed every time I come in too! Overall, customer service is beyond excellent!

Lately, I stopped by lots of dealerships because I had to sell my cars ASAP due to my work relocation. During that experience, meeting Michael Kim was my best moment. When others annoyed me to undervalue my car, Michael provided me not only the best customer service experience, but also offered the best price. This guy is a real professional. He does not ramble to make his customers feel tired.I would strongly recommend to talk to him if you are seeking to buy/sell a used car.

I usually don t write a lot of reviews but I wanted to write a review for Mr Kim and the dealership because of the excellent pricing and service I received. I was looking to sell my car and had been looking around for a while. I spotted an advertisement in the newspaper and decided to stop by. I was offered a good deal by Mr Kim and decided to sell to him. He even was able to beat out Carmax s price, which I was shocked. He was really nice and did not pressure me at all. He explained everything to me and took care of the paper work really fast. He was able to return the tags to me the next day which saved me a lot of time. He even paid for an Uber to send me home. I highly recommend this dealership and will be buying a car from him in the future.
