I arrived on time for my appointment and while I waited, they did an oil change, filter change, tire rotation, and 16 point inspection all in 45 minutes. I was very pleased with their promptness and courtesy.

Came here religiously for 2.5 years until one day I went in for an oil change and they tried to upsell me on a few things which I approved. Finally they said I had an oil leak and it would destroy my car and cost $1000 to fix. Never noticed any leaks and car ran just fine so I got a second opinion. Turns out they just emptied my old oil and put a very small amount in so next time I came it would seem like I was leaking. Terrible way to treat loyal customers, will never return.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Oil change

They still have my car, so I will update my review once my car is properly fixed.Update as of 09/28/2021: I was given an estimate of two days to repair our 2020 Subaru Ascent's rattling noise from the windshield. I am expecting an update on the navigation system too since it was outdated upon sale.4 business days later, I have yet to receive an update from the Service Management team to give me an update on my car. I know COVID backed some businesses up, but it must've hit Farrish Subaru hard.There's no way to write directly to the Service team, but you can write to Sales. Sales, of course, will call you back immediately. But, there's a hard cutoff for Sales-Service where they cannot give you anyone to talk to directly once you own the vehicle.

I m not impressed. My car was done and parked for about 30 minutes. I had to wait by the representative to ask for the bill as he was helping a line of incoming customers. I wonder why the service center had only one person for checking-in and checking-out. It seems like a very inefficient process.

Great service so far, been there twice with my new car and both times have been taken care of. Very friendly and professional. I'll keep going back.

Great first time experience for my 20 year old daughter. Keenan was great and the sales manager /general manager broke all stereotypes for car salespeople
