I live in Arlington but have have been going to Farrish Service for my Jeep for over 15 years - for the major work and the minor things like oil change and inspections. It is worth the trip. I will drop my Jeep off in the morning, get their shuttle to the metro and pick up my Jeep after work. I have always had a very good experience with them. Everyone is friendly: they explain things to me and are honest about whether certain work really needs to be done or if it can wait. I can honestly say that I have never doubted their explanations or had any issues with any repairs.

Was at the service department actually. It's always great. But if I can suggest anything it would be to play some music or something at the receptionists desk to assist the young lady from having to listen to guys splatter piss all over the toilet since its directly across from her. I'm sure she'd like that and rather not hear that nonsense.

Actually this is for the Farrish Service Department (same address) - they did me right - I will go back and if/when I want to replace my 2012 Jeep, Farrish will be the first dealership I go to because of how I was treated and my vehicle was serviced.

Great dealer service. Even with Covid protocols in place, for an oil change and tire rotation I was in and out in an hour.
