Seeing your car damaged can be nerve-wracking since you don't know if your car will get repaired properly. However, this body shop has been nothing but fantastic and exceptional to deal with.We've had two of our vehicles come here for repair, and I specifically picked this shop since it is Subaru-certified. Alicia was very quick to respond to any questions, schedule an appointment, and was very helpful in guiding me to get a rental car through Enterprise.Chris was extremely helpful and always continuously updated me on the status of my vehicle's repair. I also mentioned to them that I did not want my vehicle washed or taken through a car wash since I'm picky about the wash process and they were very accommodating with that.Unfortunately, on one occasion when I picked up my vehicle I noticed the lip of our vehicle was not done right. Despite that, Kyle really stepped in to make sure I left the body shop feeling satisfied by taking it back and fixing it to ensure it was done right!This body shop really strives for perfection and is very meticulous with the details. The repairs and paint job were great and you could not even tell the difference with the other panels. A+ service!Service: Body & Trim

Very smooth process. The initial appointment for an estimate was quick and easy. Drop off was likewise quite simple and quick. Communication was superb during the process and they made it super low maintenance by communicating fires with the insurance company. I would definitely use them again.

I had a lot of major dents and scratches on the hood, passenger door and front end. When I picked up my vehicle from Farrish it looked brand new, so very satisfied with the work. They're friendly and overall it was a pleasant experience.

My car was in the shop for over 40 days. They didn t have the parts to replace the door, so I got a rental from the insurance in the meantime. Mind you the car was completely driveable before I left it in the shop. When they told me the car was ready, I picked it up but I noticed at home that the replaced door wasn t even opening from the inside. Called them and they fixed it the next day. Although they ve done an OK job with the door (just the outer shell) replacement, the fact that they didn t even test it afterwards means I wouldn t trust them with bigger jobs. Customer service was fine as most things were timely and they were communicative.

If I could give six stars I would. Went through Fairfax Auto body when I was rear-ended by another driver. It was a nightmare going through the other driver's insurance, but Mike was exceedingly patient and honestly explained other people's experiences with this insurance company. When it took a month and a half and things still weren't sorted, I went through my own insurance company and the car was fixed in a matter of a week, after sitting at the body shop for a month and a half because of the insurance debacle. The fix was flawless. Mike never made me feel like he was annoyed or impatient and I would 100% go back. I am hoping I won't need to, but can't recommend them enough.

Absolutely stellar service! From start to finish Alicia, Chris, and Kyle were professional and courteous. I really appreciate that the Farrish staff was transparent at every step along the way with my repairs. They built a lot of trust in a short amount of time and stick by their word and service. I was thrilled to get my car back ahead of schedule, and picking it up, it felt like I was driving a brand new car. They clearly take care and pride in their work and it shows. Prices were high compared to other more reasonable options that provide great quality. I did not go with Farrish. Went with another autobody shop for this job that did great work for much less.

I had a fender dished in by another car in a parking lot. I took my car to Farrish and got a fair estimate for the work. Kyle, the lead adjuster, has excellent customer relations focus. After hearing my concerns and expectations, he gave me clear and concise explanations as to what to expect in both time and scope of work. I dropped the car off in the morning, and since they preordered the parts after my estimate, the work was complete by the end of the day. My car was not only repaired, but fully cleaned and detailed! Great work guys! P.S. the receptionist is stellar as well, she helped secure a rental car without even me asking... Way to go Enterprise Rentals!Service: Body & Trim

Had the best experience at Farrish Fairfax Auto Body this morning! Chris was extremely helpful. While he was assessing my car, he was able to determine that it could be repaired by replacing a small part, so he did it on the spot! I realize that most problems will require time in the shop, but I'm thankful that Chris made this appt as pleasant and easy as he possibly could have.

My car was hit back on Christmas Eve, thankfully while I was in a store, and USAA was able to schedule repairs for my bumper in February. I left my car with Farrish and got it back a week later. It looked like I had just bought it from Carmax all over again, it was sparkling and I couldn t even tell there had been any damage to it.They repaired the bumper, replaced a headlight with a crack in it, cleaned the inside of my car, and cleaned my tires. The check tire pressure light has been on since the beginning of September and it s finally gone, plus they replaced my windshield washer and the fluid because it was apparently filthy and not working properly. They went above and beyond fixing my car.I m only sad because getting my car back meant returning the rental, which I definitely enjoyed driving while I had it. But Farrish did a fantastic job and it was like getting a brand new car all over again!Service: Body & Trim

The team at Farrish Fairfax Auto Body are unmatched in their customer service, attention to detail and quality of work. They have performed body work repairs and auto detailing and are comparable to none! The detailing performed made our cars look like new to include a 14 year old 2008 Mini which hadn t been cleaned well in years. Simply beautiful!
