I had a great experience buying from fairfax motors. I ve had one car in mind for months and after looking online for weeks, I finally found it on their page. I called a few days prior to book an appointment to come test drive and possibly buy the car and it was extremely easy and stress free!! I ended up finally getting the car I wanted and in good condition for a very fair price. The only thing I could possibly criticize is the fact that the screws used to put on my license plates looked old and rusted (which isn t a big problem at all, I had a few new screws at home and replaced them myself). But other than that insignificant problem, my experience was overall great. Mike Kim helped me out a ton with buying the car and would repeatedly ask me if I had any questions or concerns and was genuinely interested in making sure I had the best experience possible. He even gave me a few replacement parts that I asked for at no additional cost. If you re looking to buy a good reliable used car, I d recommend giving fairfax motors a shot.

***BUYER BEWARE*** I live in Nebraska. I traveled to Fairfax Motors to purchase a vehicle. Still as of today 30 days in the purchase agreement with Fairfax motors has not been legally honored. The owner Eddie ignores my pleas. The establishment and employees (Alex) ignores my phone calls, and voicemails not returned on the legal contract. Upon paid in full purchase on the long drive from VA to Nebraska serious codes reported on dash. Further review the codes cleared for test drive. However, vehicle history storage showed Fairfax fully aware of the dangers in placing a human life in a vehicle to drive thousands of miles with no regard for human life. It has now been 30 days since our dealing. I do not have a title to the vehicle. I can not plate the vehicle leaving a single mother in a bind of transporting autistic child safety, and legally to from medical appointments, and school. I observe this establishment does not value the privilege to be aloud to hold a business license in the state of Virginia, USA. I highly suggest to avoid from doing business with such a malicious, thief by deception establishment. No honor in binding contract. I am on limited income, and compelled to possibly take legal action to hold the dealership accountable for the lack of accountability according to the law. ****BUYER BEWARE****

One of the best experiences I've had buying a used vehicle, and that's saying a lot because I've bought over 20 used vehicles.My salesman Mason was phenomenal. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I test drive. He was patient through the entire process and listened to what I was looking for in my used vehicle.The dealership didn't employ pressure tactics and they all did their best to help me find the vehicle that best matchesvwhat I was looking for.The buying process was a breeze and they even delivered the vehicle to me after the deal was completed.I highly recommend Fairfax Motors and would buy from them again.

***DO NOT BUY*** This establishment does not follow Virginia State Laws. Know the laws of Virginia before doing business with the establishment. Do DD be confident they are indeed legally to sell the vehicle you are buying. Contact the DMV to confirm the Certificate of tittle is in their actual possession at the time of sale. The dealership gives the run around at the time to produce the tittle. PLEASE DO NOT FALL for the excuse titles take time. THIS IS A DISTRACTION to gaslight you to give them more time to figure their situation out until the next excuse. The mail is snail. LOL I am an educated human being. Do not believe when Eddie or Alex state the title is in the mail. Watch their slick wording. I believe the tittle is sent out today. This are false statements. I paid $27,000 for a vehicle that is still titled to the Original owner. I do not have my title. They offer temporary tags. I never received. The establishment has my email information. Yet still 2 weeks no extension of tags. When I contact for title Eddie text I am being extra! Talk about no accountability yet had no problem taking $27,000.00 almost 2 months ago. Eddie states I threaten him. I simply request my title! Give me my money back take the vehicle back or produce title according to Virginia Laws ! Very simple!

The team at Fairfax/Hanook motors is great. As a first time car buyer working with Mr. Kim was very pleasant compared to some of the bigger name dealers we had gone to earlier in the day that thought they had to sell me on the bells and whistles when all I needed was something reliable and in budget. Very fair pricing and great service, they fixed up a small error in the break system on my car of choice no question, and there was absolutely no "pushy salesman" type energy, just reliable industry knowledge. My family plans to make this their first stop for their next used car.

They are make very dirty business. Their tricks are as follows: They will advertise good car for low price and they will ask you to go there for test drive. One you go there they will say oh sorry that car has been sold and we have similar car. But the car they have will be most expensive then the market price.

I had a wonderful first time car buying experience at Fairfax Motors. Pauline, my salesperson was absolutely fabulous. During my test drive with my vehicle, she gave me a lot of great tips and information about the car. The buying process was incredibly personal and her hospitality and kindness made me feel at ease with everything. I would definitely recommend buying a car from this dealership and specifically Pauline! She made my first car purchase an excellent one! :)

My husband and I had a seamless transaction and wonderful experience at Fairfax Motors. We were looking for cars online and found a vehicle that we were interested in. We contacted Fairfax motors and Pauline set up an appointment with her to test drive the car and discuss a possible trade in/purchase. We arrived at 10:30am and left with a new car two hours later. Pauline was amazing. She walked my husband through the ins and outs of the vehicle. This was a huge relief to both of us since we had never owned a BMW. Pauline was simply delightful. She took away the usual stress of feeling rushed or pushed into a purchase of a car at a big dealership. John, the finance guru/GM was also so warm and friendly. He even got us a better deal that than our finance company offered. I would highly recommend Fairfax Motors for a luxury car purchase. Best car buying experience ever.

Rarely you will find a used car dealership which deservers an honest 5* rating. Fairfax Motors is truly an exceptions. I recently purchased my BMW i8 from them and had a great buying experience. Buying process was exceptionally smoothness and stress-free. There were no high-pressure or mind playing sales tactics which is very common at the used card dealers. I worked with Pauline and she was very easy to work with and was on top of her game. She knew my expectations and was very responsive during the whole process. Her manager Travis is also very easy to talk to and work with. Both Pauline and Travis addressed all the concerns I had on the car and truly made the car buying experience pleasant. Even back office manager Bonnie was great at getting all the paperwork together and processed my car registration/tags with in a week. Great Job Fairfax Motors!!!

We had a wonderful experience with the sales representative, Pauline! In fact everyone at Fairfax Motors was very kind, professional, and accommodating. We were in and out of there in just a couple of hours and we felt that the price of our minivan was reasonable. We will definitely look at the inventory here first the next time we are in the market for a vehicle. :)

Drove over an hour to see a 2005 Toyota Camry they were selling for a very attractive price.Worked with Min, and it was a great experience!No BS, just a solid guy making me a solid deal.If I'm in the market again for a used car, I won't hesitate to return.I highly recommend Fairfax Motors!Edit:After reading all the reviews, it's clear that a lot of folks just don't do their due diligence when shopping for a used car.No excuse these days since there is YouTube. Know what the specific things to look for with the make, year, and model you want.Lots also have unrealistic expectations.It's comedy reading lots of these!

BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! The salesman I worked with, Min, was super friendly and I never felt too pressured to purchase anything. I scheduled my appt and the car was ready to test drive when I arrived. I was able to reserve my vehicle that day and return the next to finalize the purchase. Financing department was "no nonsense" and I was out of there in minutes. It was a seamless experience. I will definitely use these guys again.

Just purchased an Audi here and traded in my Infiniti. Found the car online and called the dealership to inquire more. No hidden fees or prices and super easy process. Great price for the trade in and hassle-free pricing made it so could finalize the deal all within 45 minutes during my lunch break! Min Park was an amazing sales rep with assistance from Travis and John to get everything finalized. Highly recommend Fairfax Motors to any friends or family looking to get a new ride.

Min was absolutely amazing. He made us feel comfortable with our purchase. He explained to us the features of our car, and took care of the details of the transaction to our satisfaction. Travis also was on top of the process, and kept us informed. John proved to us that buying from Fairfax Motors is a great way of buying from a local dealer. Kudos to Andy, and congrats on the 30th anniversary of running a successful business.

Fairfax motors definitely has been the best car buying experience I've had. Pauline Ball specifically helped me through the entire process and unlike other dealerships/salespeople they weren t pushy and just wanted to help me with what I wanted. Would highly recommend Fairfax motors and Pauline.

I recently bought a Subaru WRX from this dealer and i am very pleased to say my experience was great! Min my sales rep helped me with choosing the right car for me and was very timely and professional. The manager of this dealer was very nice and helpful as well! customer service is fantastic.

Great dealership although I have not decided on the car I went to look at. The salesperson was professional and very patient with my needs and concerns. I went to look at a 2002 Mercedes Benz who is in excellent condition. The test drive was fabulous in which the car demonstrated its unique qualities especially for a 21 year old car. I definitely will be back either for the Mercedes or another one of.their quite cars.

Car sales people are usually pushy and persistent. I, however, had a very pleasant experience with Fairfax Motors, specifically, with Pauline Ball. She was amicable and very helpful. I would definitely suggest anyone to visit Fairfax Motors when they are looking to purchase a vehicle.

Bought a 2016 low mileage genesis from them. Good price, very friendly.BUT... shortly after purchase discovered there was no sim card in navigation slot.They " helped" with the price of getting one, BUT, the sim card is not working. The problem is with the modem, located in the radio ( which is not covered in the warranty I purchased from them.) $2,100 is the non -warranted price to replace. After 4 months Hyundai technical center not resolved the sim car problem.Fairfax motors has not returned my email request for assistance. VERY disappointed.

I just love Fairfax Motors! I've known them for 20 years and they are a first class operation. I recently needed a catering van for my business and they went above and beyond to find me the perfect vehicle at a great price for my budget. Purchased a Kia Sport. Travis and Min made this purchase a breeze. I don't remember the last time I received customer service of this top level! Travis the GM went above and beyond! They actually made buying a used car a great experience. I will not forget this positive experience. Travis's attentiveness and kindness warmed my heart. They made sure the vehicle was in great shape for me. I highly recommend this dealership. They are an asset to the community. Shout-out to John the finance guy! Wonderful people. Every one of them. You want go where there's "No Double-Talk" and "No Shenanigans" go to Fairfax Motors. I had no issues from day 1, I was told what to expect and what not to expect. I've gotten one vehicle here so far and now they are looking for my second vehicle. I want to say thank you to everyone at Fairfax Motors, you ladies and gents are awesome. I'm satisfied.

Bought a used Audi Q5 from Min Park on New Year's Eve. He was very helpful and responsive to our queries on the vehicle. The purchase process itself was efficient and was fairly quick. The car itself was immaculate and well taken care of for the miles on it. We found a problem on the car when I had our mechanic do a new car inspection and Min and his manager handled it fairly. Definitely recommend Fairax Motors for your next purchase. I certainly will.

We recently purchased a Chevy Tahoe from Fairfax Motors. After looking for months we came across the perfect vehicle that had all of the features we were looking for. We called and spoke with Pauline when we found the vehicle online and she was fantastic to work with. She was knowledgeable and helpful and we conducted everything virtually. The paperwork was overnighted to us and we picked up the vehicle that week. It was the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had.
