Empire Auto Glass did a great job replacing the back window of my Dodge Grand Caravan. I called in and spoke with Sean, who had scheduled me for the same day since it was urgent. Good Prices, Quality Work, Highly Recommended!

(First, a quick edit to Empire's reply to my complaint. What a Bunch of liars. The right attitude is apologize instead of calling it a fake review or denying it. )I had an urgent windshield replacement need. Empire said they had the glass in stock for a 1994 suburban & would call me right back on what color the tint is. Hours go by. I finally call them back. No answer. I called multiple times. They finally answer & say "I know, yeah we didn't end up having it in stock". Really annoyed that I spent the whole day waiting for them to call me back but they didn't want to waste their time returning my call when they knew that they could not do the job . The moment they think they can't sell you something They don't bother to return the call. What does that say about the company? Very disappointed.

will never do business again with them . nothing but lies and time wasted . Sent them pictures of my truck, vins , and even parts number was told multiple times they have it. drove 2 hours from baltimore in heavy traffic to get my window replace only to get there and they have the wrong one after being told we have the only one in the east coast . the guys on site where very helpful called different places but no one has it i call back but they only forward calls . if i can rate them no stars i would

Honestly at a loss for words. Came on Christmas with no hesitation, and was able to fix my windshield. Ask for Sean he helped me through out the whole process!

Window cracked and needed replacement asap. Called everyone in town and they didn't have the windshield but Empire did. Came in no time and replaced it like new. Will do business with again.

Empire Auto was quick, inexpensive, and accommodating to get my passenger window fixed. I sent a message late at night and they called to schedule a time the next morning. I told them I would be out of town the next day so they were wonderful enough to rearrange multiple appointments to squeeze me in. A hurricane was coming through that weekend and my car was parked outside so this alleviated alot of worry for me. They came over and the process was very smooth.The one small complaint I have is that the window would open back up when I tried to close it all the way. This was easily fixed after a few minutes of searching on Google for how to reset the window. I would definitely use Empire Glass again if I need a car window fixed.

After the crack on my windshield started to spread I started calling around to get estimates on the cost and then a friend recommended Empire Auto Glass. I called them and was able to schedule an appointment immediately. The price was extremely reasonable, the customer service and staff was amazing and super friendly, and the service and work itself was done really well! When I had called to provide the information for my car, I had accidentally given them the wrong year and they had ordered the wrong windshield because of that. Without hesitation they quickly ordered the correct windshield for my car and offered to replace it the next day. Excellent customer service! I d recommend this place to anyone.Also, I have to mention... because there are two different auto shops in the same area (street), I ended up going to the wrong location. This other shop was Best Auto Glass and when I arrived for my appointment, they took me in pretending to be that company. They asked me to fill out some paperwork while they took my keys and quickly started to work on my car. Minutes later I received a call from the other shop saying I hadn t arrived for my appointment, I said I was sitting in their shop and they told me I was at the wrong shop. I quickly asked for my keys back and took my car and left from there. The fact that these people lied and pretended to be another company is wrong on so many levels and I wanted to point that out in case something similar happens to someone because Empire Auto Glass (the shop I went to) provides great service.

When I called around for replacement of for my windshield and sunroof Only three company s gave me quotes on the sunroof. Empire auto glass was cheaper than the other two by over one thousand dollars! Sean (the owner) did an AMAZING job. He was extremely professional, thoughtful and kind. I will never go to anyone else. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!These guys will entice you with a cheaper price but they ll install the wrong glass and never fix it for you. I got my car windshield replaced but it kept making a clicking noise. I ve called them over and over only to get the runaround saying they ll come by at a certain time to take a look and they never showed up or return my calls. Even their voice mailbox is full so you can t leave messages. This company is shady. Trust me and other people who got scammed on this post. These guys were really nice and helpful. I got a great price on a new windshield, and they even helped repair loose panel on my door for free. They were also very flexible on scheduling and got the job done quickly.

Replaced a windshield about 2 weeks ago. Absolutely the best customer service and work well done. Price is as reasonable as it can get. Best price out of the 20 places i called for a quote and still maintaining the quality. Highly recommended

I needed to replace the windshield on our SUV. After researching several auto glass repair businesses in the area, I decided to try Empire Auto Glass based on their reviews. From the initial call for an estimate to the installation two days later I had an amazing experience! The customer service was excellent and they were the most competitive price I found. Prior to the installation Sean explained what type of glass was needed and why since we have a heated windshield. Upon completion, he took the time to provide detailed instructions on safety and care over the following two days. The total appointment took less than an hour and Sean threw in some discounts. I highly recommend Empire Auto Glass!

Every employee at Empire Auto Glass is extremely professional and helpful! I've never had to replace my windshield before, but I'm glad I went to them because they made my first time experience pleasant and hassle-free. I would recommend them to anyone who wants the best service and the best price.

Empire put the Wrong glass in my Mazda CX-5 vehicle! He gave me a hard time about getting my refund for the wrong window! I could not put my hands on my receipt at the moment, but they had me in their system and remembered me! I had to go elsewhere to get the correct window installed! Empire claimed they couldn't find my receipt in their system! When I gave them my Name however, The rude and unprofessional guy, remembered the service that they gave me! Even remembered how long ago the installation was performed by their store! $250 wasted! The window did not roll up on track and was constantly going off of track! He told me my window sensor in the door had been hit so the window would not stay on track which was a complete Lie! I had to go to another shop! They put in the correct window and no off track problems! I trusted their word at Empire Auto Glass (VA.Loc.) that it was the sensor! I was ready to repair the sensor, but it just so happened that I had another glass company look at the off-track window and they told me that it's not the sensor! It just has the wrong window installed in it from Empire Auto Glass! I have Not heard back from them yet! I will be contacting The FBI & Better Business bureau! Also file in court papers! I got 5 seperate estimates and Empire had the best price and fantastic customer service. Very friendly owner, as well as the staff. They had the glass in stock, nobody else did. Same day service, in and out withing 45 min. Fantastic job ! I would recommend them to all my friends/family.

So I had an appointment with Empire this morning at 11:15, my car wasn't tended to until almost near 12:00 but I had an amazing experience with this place! The receptionist was very pleasant and welcoming. I got lost a few times on my way looking for there location and she stayed on the phone with me until I finally arrived. There prices are extremely reasonable. After the process was done I was given a complete explanation and overview of what was done and the precautions I should take for my windshield. I was even given additional resources and recommendations to get some dents pulled out of my car. The only frustrating thing was the wait time when I had a scheduled appointment, but do to facility, staff, and the work that was done they definitely deserved 5 stars! I would highly recommend this place! :)

I needed a front passenger window replaced and I called a few places my insurance company recommended. Shawn, the owner/manager of Empire Auto Glass was very courteous and was able to quote me a price I thought was reasonable. His staff cleaned out my car due to the glass and my car was ready in no more than 90 minutes to two hours. I would highly recommend Sean and his team at Empire Auto Glass.

Great customer service!!! Took my car there to get my windshield replaced again after a messed up job from another person. Empire Auto Glass took their time to tell me everything wrong with the last replacement and said they can fix it and they sure delivered!!! My car looks and feels better and I absolutely love driving it with no additional concern. Totally recommend this place if you need glass replacement or repair, they are the best and their price is very affordable!!

I'm a repeat customer and that should say something by itself! Empire Auto Glass takes appointments, but it is equally easy to get the same quality service as a walk-in. I had a windshield with a foot long crack replaced yesterday. The owner did the job quickly and efficiently for a reasonable price. As I left, he patiently walked me through the care instructions for a week after the repair job. A great experience again! (And if you come early in the year they give their customers really cool free calendars :-) )

Exceptional customer service and minimal wait times for service to be done! I called numerous places for estimates and had to wait for awhile on hold not only did empire have the best prices there response time for my pricing inquiry was immediate. It was overall a great experience and they even called me after to followup on my experience. I will definitely use them in the future for any other services I need. If you want a hassle free experience and a great deal I would recommend empire to everyone!

I'm late on my review as they serviced me over the summer, but I felt like sharing. I had just underwent surgery and had to renew my registration, state inspection, and emissions. I knew I would not pass with a cracked windshield and was stressing the amount of money I was going to spend for everything. These guys were affordable, came fast, were super professional and explained everything as it was being done, and were done quickly too! They remembered to give me specific and detailed (easy to understand and remember) instructions on what to do or not do in the first 24hrs of my new glass. The price and efficiency were the best part! I definitely recommend! Also, it's hard to get good customer service from the whole team when dealing with companies--I received great treatment from the person I first spoke to ....to the technicians.

During a move I unfortunately cracked my windshield but since it was minor I decided to shop around a bit before getting it replaced.After some researching and phone calls, Empire Auto Glass had the price that couldn't be beat. The individual I spoke to for my quote was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm not a car expert so she patiently answered all my questions.I am extremely satisfied with my experience and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat. Even if they're a bit of a drive from you, it's well worth it! I contacted businesses in a wide radius and they're really the best.

They gave me a very reasonable price quote on the phone and they stuck to it. This despite discovering that my old windshield was itself a replacement, shoddily installed, with resulting rust damage. They remedied the damage, installed clips not in the estimate, also missing moulding and didn't charge a penny over the quoted price, despite the extra parts and labor. Shawn, a young entrepreneur and the owner is a great guy. Quality work, low prices, and customer satisfaction are the elements of his business model--all too rare today. This place is a keeper and in a few short hours, he gained a customer for life.

I called several auto glass companies but Empire Auto Glass gave me the best rates. They're customer service was great. They're very courteous and friendly. They educate me about the work and how I should take care of it for next 24 hours. I will refer them to all family and friends.

Excellent service at an excellent price point. Sean was terrific. He was gracious, professional and very accommodating. I hope not to need a new windshield anytime soon but if I do, Empire will be my first call.

Exceptional service and price!! They did a great job on my car plus quick turnaround! After searching everywhere for a decent price i was not successful until i came across these guys. Plus their customer service is just exceptional...they really do care about their customers and to take care of their needs!

A small pebble hit my windshield and left a huge crack in the glass. I started calling around to get an estimate on how much it would be to replace my whole windshield and Empire Auto Glass had the best price. I called about 7 other places in the Fairfax area. I came in and Sean noticed right away that I had a sensor on my windshield and he didn't have the right one in stock and asked me if I wanted to wait and stay for him to pick up the correct one from the Maryland or if I could come back in the next morning. I chose to come in the next morning and get it fixed. Sean fixed it quickly (only took 40-45 minutes) to get my whole windshield replaced and it looks PERFECT! It's been a whole week now since I've gotten it fixed and everything is in tact. Definitely recommend coming here!

Fantastic experience! Lous goes above and beyond! I got a quote from Empire for a windshield replacement. I was happy to find out that Empire had a better price than Safelight and other auto glass places in the area. I set up an appointment for today while I was working. I got a call from the Technician Lous telling me that he and another technician were in the parking lot of my work and that I could take my time and not rush . That immediately made me feel at ease. I met with Lous and the other technician and Lous throughly explained what needed to happen and the process. I was on the clock at work and he was great about accommodating me. I left the car with the technicians and within 30 minutes they gave me a call that they were finished! I met them at my car and Lous did a fantastic job explaining to me in detail how to care for my windshield in the first 48 hours. I would absolutely recommend Empire to everyone. I appreciated Lous and the other technician SO much. 10/10 thank you guys!
