Great experience at Volvo Fairfax! I had my second maintenance last year and need to get third one recently. I visited other Volvo dealer and they denied third complimentary maintenance since my car mileage was over 35K. Customer Service told me that dealer can deny the service if the mileage is over at some point.So I called Volvo Fairfax, they welcomed me and scheduled an appointment at that day. KYAW advisor was so friendly and kindly answered any questions. He recommended me to add tire rotation service, it costs for that service but I was really happy to do that. They did car wash and provided complimentary Lyft ride. I would like to visit this location for any service needed in the future!!

Great experience buying a 2024 XC40 at Darcars Volvo in Fairfax today. Tim, Lonnell, Dexter, Bianca and Brian were all fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and no pressure. Great team of people!

Jordan and the Volvo team were very helpful. I was greeted immediately as I entered and they processed my issue immediately as my tire repair needed on the spot attention. I was very happy with my experience. skyler was a very informed and friendly sales associate that talked to me and got me interested in planning for my next purchase. I enjoyed my visit and the supportive, knowledgeable and friendly staff. They did extra legwork to process my tire warranty. Very helpful.Service: Tire rotations

Sunny is the most kind and patient person you could ever meet at a car service center. During the 2 weeks when my car was under diagnostic tests, he gave me a call every day to provide updates and assured me of their quality of work and transparency of pricing. Best car service experience in VA!

Volvo Fairfax's service was amazing. The vehicle stopped at an intersection with a lot of smoke and decided to go to Fairfax, closer to home than Volvo Dulles, which is closer to the scene of the accident. 'SUNNY', the person in charge, was the best. Personally, I was impressed by the fact that the company was working hard for the benefit of the customer, even talking to the extended warranty company for more than 40 minutes. He kindly answered any questions and did his best as if he were fixing his own car. 'SUNNY' is exactly what Volvo needs. If there is a person who is full of such top-notch customer service, I will continue to visit and may go back to buy a Volvo car in the future. Thank you SUNNY. I was in a bad mood because my car broke down, but thanks to you, I feel better.

All my Volvo car service by Don Beyer, no complaint and look for Debra Stack, she is good to help and advice what to do. I love Volvo, hopefully I will get an electric one in the near future.

Terrible experience all around and would not recommend coming here. Poor customer service and my bumper was scratched up. Took 4.5 hours for a quoted 1.5 hour service. Expected more based on other reviews.
