I bought my car here and always have service my car here. I' am not sure what has changed. Maybe new management? The customer service is not the same. The only nice advisor willing to help is Keith. The others just ask "do you have an appt"? "Well it will take two three hours" not willing to help at all. I came in with a nail in my tire and I was told I could not be helped without an appt. Very disappointing. I also tried to call beforehand and the so call operator kept putting me back on the queue instead of telling me that the phones aren't working properly.

Everything was as easy as it needed to be for an oil change using my Honda Care policy. Keith was always so on top of the necessary information, I was tempted to have him guess which playing card I was hiding in my sleeve. (Except I didn t have any playing cards on me.) I m far from home, so it was nice to have a quick turnaround and then go back to bed!

I have very bad experience with service that I had it few weeks ago. I took my Honda Oddyss 2018 to oil change, Transmission oil change and tire rotation. It took them 3 hours to do all of that. When I got my car back from the Advisor James, my van sounded so differently when I start driving it? So I made U-turn to see what they have been done to it?When I asked the Advisor James, he said oh I heard this noise too when I brought it back for you from the mechanic shop?I was like you guys done something to it, it was never making noises like this. So they took the van back rechecked it. I been waiting waiting to see what s going on? Final came back and said that it was already like that when I brought it back. You need to change fuel tank pipe is touching something and it s making noises. I was like great!!!!The advisor Never recommended that car needs to do these thing done.So many van makes really bad noises after I change oil they broken my Honda odyssey 2018. Asking me to fix it for $1500 cost to it.Please DO NOT DO SERVICE with them.I am trying to reach and complain about the service to main person or manager but they are not returning my call back or anything.I will do legal action against them through my lawyer.

Incredibly poor experience at the service desk this week. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed via email and text, only to arrive and be told there was no record due to a recent transition between Rosenthal and Darcars. While the system error is no fault of the advisor, there was no effort made to make it right and the dismissive treatment of my concerns - both for my vehicle and the situation - was unwarranted and is not the customer service I ve come to expect at this location. I ve taken my vehicles to this service center since 2016 and up until now have always had a positive experience. It would be unfortunate if this is the new standard of customer service.

Oil & filter + tire rotation + inspection on 10/13/2023:Very impressed with Fairfax Honda's service dept. Courteous and relatively quick service - every time!We have been servicing our 2 Honda's there since 2011...Wouldn't consider any other Honda dealership because of excellent service AND great deals on new cars from sales dept. They indicated the oil change will take ONE hour. Took 2:30 hours . I noticed a vehicle similar to mine parked for some time at the underground parking went to check. that was my car parked for over an hour. The receptionist was holding the papers on his desk . I purchased 4 cars from them and for 5 years getting serviced. Today was the last time.

Julio Montenegro was rude and condescending from the beginning of me entering the service area. The way he spoke to me and the way he spoke to a colleague of his was the worst I have experienced and witnessed in the several years that I have been having my car serviced here. It made me question if this establishment is deserving of my time & money.Update: Eli had called me to discuss how to remedy my poor experience, We discussed a free oil change the next time I came there. When i was speaking to Mohamed, he said it was never indicated on my account. Mohamed still helped me out with as much as he could.I came back recently for service, but had to come back for a hose to be replaced. Mohamed again helped me out with getting a new undercarriage cover installed. He has easily been the most helpful representative at this establishment and the reason why I will return.Service: Oil change

The car service was scheduled on line. When I arrived at Fairfax Honda Service, I was greeted and helped within just a couple of minutes. The service was completed in a timely manner. I absolutely love this dealership!!! Everyone is professional, polite, and punctual in communicating. They go beyond to provide service to customers. Today, it was Keith! He caught that our inspection had expired and provided a complimentary inspection. He's a top notch employee!!!We're downsizing, just sold our house this weekend and have 30 days to get out. The Service Team was excellent. I had reviewed the technical bulletins before I arrived and the service technician was very familiar with the repair requirements. He took the time to explain exactly what would be done and promptly texted me when vehicle was ready for pickup. Did not like the setup or parking in this dealership. Some interaction with a manager was uncomfortable. Hence 4 stars.I am giving 5 stars to employees who worked with me.I needed rust inspection n Jose in service was very helpful. Also the gentleman who did the inspection explained his observations.Also purchased a cargo cover n Michael in parts was very helpful n kind n helped me install the cover. Thank you Michael.

I was disappointed at first because when i got my oil change i was told i need new tires and i asked the service advisor to leave me different tire options to pick from so i can do it next time but he never did. As a former service advisor i know that s unacceptable. After that i wasn t going to replace the tires at the dealership but i spoke to Eli he was very helpful he emailed me a couple different options and i was able to pick and get it done the next day.Service: Auto tire replacement

I always get anxious when going to the dealership to get my car looked at. Oil change anything because other places made me feel uncomfortable or that my time didn t matter. I bought my car from this dealership and I have been coming here to get it service. Henry and Dogan took such great care of me the last few times I was there. Very professional, being honest about the wait time and still getting me out quicker than the time they first estimated. Updates everything even when it s busy. I didn t feel like just another customer. I genuinely felt that they wanted to give me the best service possible. I left happy and not overwhelmed looking forward to my next visit. When I called to schedule an appointment for service, I was informed that an oil change and tire rotation would only take an hour and a half to complete. Then upon my arrival, the service advisor also promised that my expected wait would be between 90 minutes to two hours at most. With this information I had decided to wait at the dealership while the oil change and tire rotation was completed. I wish I had not since it took over 3 hours for the work to be completed. I then missed another important appointment that I had later in the day due to this horrible inconvenience. I am very disappointed in the service at this location for this reason.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Bought a 2019 CRV in November with the help of Ellen and it s a great car for us! She stuck with us to find just the right one at a good price. First warm day of the year and we turn on our ac to find it wasn t working. Took it in to their service shop and the warranty covered the cost of repairing the ac leak. Jim was very helpful and kind. Love that they re there to help us!

I came in at noon on Saturday and the first advisor told me they could not diagnostic the car until Monday. Keith Derrickson overheard the conversation and said he is staying late and he could help me out. He went beyond and make sure that my car got serviced and ready in reasonable time, and I actually pay nothing out of pocket because the defect is covered under extended warranty, no sale pitch, no upcharge. My son owns a 2019 Honsa Civic surprised we have a issue with the fuel pump Keith our adivor when beyond with the assistance and help in order a new one and do all the paperwork under the guaranty of the vehicle and provide us a loaner to be able to work meantime the part arrived to the shop. What did not took even a 3 days to be fixed. We are so happy and grateful for such amazing work. So professional, smoothly without any headaches. I've bought three Honda vehicles from this dealership and always had my service done here. They used to be awesome, well-done and timely. Last two visits have been so frustrating. Incredibly slow service. Unable to get in contact with a human for an revised pickup time. Service rep finally calls and says the car is ready but get there and the paperwork isn't with the cashier. Then arrive to find they didn't actually do the State inspection. Sadly, I think it's time to try somewhere else for routine maintenance.Service: Auto maintenance

I have been using Honda of Fairfax since 2020. Unfortunately the quality and approach of the service advisors are declining everytime I am there.On March 13,2023 I made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it will take between an hour to an hour and a half. After two hours my car was still parked in the same spot that I had parked. Had to request the adviser, and eventually it was taken in. This service took more than 3 and a half hours.I went to the cashier to pay and noticed I was charged about $ 20.00 more than my previous services. Asked what the was the reason, his answer was very short and rude, saying that's our price. I assume a service adviser should have the best customer service knowledge and very polite. He made my whole day go down the drain.I don't think I will recommend Fairfax Honda Service for anyone. There are a lot of decent shops to go.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change
