I just bought a Honda at Darcars Honda in Fairfax. A friend recommended me to Mr. Crosby and very thankful they did! He really went above and beyond to make the deal go through and made sure I was taken care throughout the process. I got the car I chose have no regrets. I bought a Honda at Darcars Honda Fairfax 4 days ago. I don t know much about cars, but it was my second time buying a Honda SUV here because I could get help to select the best car within my budget. From salespeople, to manger, general manager, when you need help, they are always there. I especially want to thank Mr. Cebron Crosby. He has sufficient knowledge and patience to help me find the best car, introduce the performance of different types of cars, and use different methods to make me understand a certain characteristic. It was a very quick and successful shopping experience. After driving for 4 days, I feel the new car is even better than I expected.

Cebron Crosby has gone above and beyond to help me get me a brand new 2024 Honda Civic sport. If you want an honest dealer, GO TO HIM! My last dealership did me so awful (basically scammed me) and he got me out of a terrible deal I had with an amazing trade-in deal. He took his time made sure I understood all aspects of the deal, and helped me out of jam. I highly recommend him especially if you re new to car buying.

Best car shopping experience. We were looking to get a car for both my mom and my brother and trying to find the best deal for two cars. Worked with the GM, Massi, and he was able to work with the budget we had in mind and get us a great deal. Both my mom and brother love their car. The customer service was phenomenal. This store catered to our needs and wants rather than just trying to sell a car. I would highly recommend my friends and family to come here.

My sister and I went to this dealership today so that she can get a new car. The sales manager "Wendell Thurman" was great!! He gave her a deal that was second to none! If you're in the market for a Honda I strongly advise you to go to " Darcars Honda of Fairfax" ask for Mr. Thurman. I promise you that you will be glad you did!

My family member bought a new Civic. Financing guy did not explain detail about purchase contract. They called back next day and informed that term was 72 MONTHS not 60 months. That cheat on financing.Another relative bought CPO from them and facing the SAME issue. They told lower rate before signing and change to higher rate during signing. ALSO informed that the terms changed to 72 MONTHS after signing.Be careful with their financing. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

My experience at DACAR Honda Fairfax was excellent. Salesperson C. Crosby was extremely personable and was genuine, which made me feel comfortable. I had visited multiple dealerships, however, the connection was not the same. I ended up purchasing a nice used vehicle. The entire process went smooth and I greatly appreciate it.

My mother in law is not a fan of going to car dealerships due to the fact her English is not very good. But this dealership was so helpful and respectful to her that she bought new Honda Odyssey same day. And was told the Manager Massi was the factor that made it move very smoothly. I have just had the best experience ever buying car. I came to Darcars Honda because I saw online they had what I wanted. From the minute I walked in I knew I was in the perfect dealership for me. My salesperson, Bruno, was very attentive, friendly and ready to help put me in the car I wanted. The GM of the dealership, Massi, was equally friendly and helped make the purchase of my car easy, painless and quick. They both listened to what i wanted and worked to make it happen. I am so pleased I came here and will recommend Darcars Honda (especially Bruno) to everyone!!

I bought a car from here in early February with cash. I was told that we would get the title for the car in the mail in 2 weeks to get the car registered, etc. 2 weeks went by with no title. We called and were told it can take 6-8 weeks to get the title, but the temp plates we got will expire before then. They extended the date on the temp plates. About a week later, I received a call that the title was being mailed and we would receive an email with tracking, which we never received. We reached out multiple times via phone calls and texts and never received a response until we received a ticket for having out-of-date plates. I then had to drive the hour back to the dealership to get dealer plates put on and was assured that they would figure out the situation with the title. They finally got the title almost 2 months after we bought the car, and I was again required to drive the hour to the dealership again to have temp plates put back on so that this situation could finally be dealt with. They are covering the ticket, but I was met with, well, you know, they have been trying to contact you even though I have evidence of text messages going unanswered regarding this situation and also called multiple times with promises of a call back that never came. I absolutely do not recommend buying a car from this place unless you want to waste a lot of time.

Although I haven't purchased a car from DarCars Honda Fairfax yet, my experience this week was exceptional. The customer service was top-notch, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. ..I sent two emails to them right after my service appt, but got no response. I had an 8:15am appointment, was there on time, and saw many people go in and out in short periods of time. I waited 3 hrs and 15 mins. At 11:30am I asked what was going on. The guy told me the car needed brake pads and that it failed inspection! Why did no one tell me? I had missed almost a half day's work, they charged me $110 for a simple service, but I couldn't wait another 3 hours for brake pads, so I left, paying for my inspection. Today I went to a local body shop and they put in the brake pads and gave it an inspection. That was two half days, unable to work. Service there has gone downhill. If you're reading this, Honda, how can I get a refund for the inspection?No one left me a message. I just checked my phone.Please tell them to leave actual message because they're lying.

Update: since this dealership really wants people to write reviews, I think it is only fair to provide an update on my previous 5 star review which has now been marked down to a 2.while the day of buying process was great, the aftermath has been incredibly frustrating.I have called the dealership asking to speak to finance no less than 5 times to determine if my payoff amount for my traded in car was completed. I still have not gotten a response, but knew it had not when I started getting calls from the debt collector saying my traded in car was past due on payment. So I paid that off and hope to get a refund from this dealership (though not holding my breath). They were very proactive in getting me to sign something they forgot to give me day of, but refuse to respond to me about this matter.Not to mention my temporary plates expire in 4 days and the permanent plates are yet to come in, although not sure they would have provided me that update either, if I had not called...Not impressed with their customer service post-purchase, and not inclined to return here for any future car buying if this is how I will be treated.__________________________________________________________Cebron greeted me immediately and helped set me up to test drive a crv hybrid. I wasn t planning on buying a car today but I told him what I was willing to pay and he was able to work with me to get the price I was comfortable with. He also did it in the short time crunch I had to work with. Thanks!

Adedolapo Olugbebi a very knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly helpful young man helped me settle in easy from the moment I walked in and also patiently answered all my questions and guided me through the car-buying process without a hitch and still even managed to find me the perfect car that fit both my needs and budget.

I waited a bit to comment on my transaction with Fairfax Honda to be sure everything was in order. I can tell you that my car has been working very well and your service has been perfect. I would like to thank Adam Khadra who was such a good professional. He was really helpful and followed every step of the sale. He even came to pick me up at the metro to get my car as I could not go there by myself.Really, thank you!

This review is for the service department. I have a 2023 Honda CRV Hybrid that I purchased at a different dealership but took here for my first service appointment. I had an early morning appointment on Friday Dec 15. Keith Derrickson was my Service Consultant and he was very professional and helpful.He got all of my information and gave me an estimated wait time of 2 hours for my service and a recall update. I was done before the 2 hours. He got my paperwork and records together quickly and I was able to check out easily and quickly.Keith made sure that I had a smooth experience, and I really appreciated that and will remember that for future needs.

I bought a used vehicle there a month ago. The buying process was typical for any busy dealership. It's the way I've been treated after they got my money that earned them the one-star review. I have called the dealership more than a dozen times in the past two weeks to get an answer to a simple question. Not one person has ever returned my call, from Finance or Sales. I left voicemails that went unanswered or spoke to people who promised to have someone call me back. Nobody ever returned my call. I don't feel like they care even a little about their customers.

Yesterday I called around 9:25am and asked if I could have my maintenance completed by 12:30pm so I could make an appointment. Keith in the service dept picked up and said he could make it happen. I dropped off my car at 10am and not only was my car finished in time, they were able to knock out my state inspection. This saved me a trip during a very busy week preparing to go out of town. They arranged for the courtesy shuttle to take me to the office (5 mins away) and back which was a huge help. I ve been coming here for years to service my Civic and happy to report the service remains stellar after the rebranding. I heard they upgraded their computers too. Thank you Keith and the service team!
