As a car guy I m really obsessive about how my cars paint looks, unfortunately I scraped a part of my car and messed up trying to fix another scratch from the previous owner and it just made it worse basically.I was very distraught and took it here, and WOW their work is AMAZING!!! Its as if nothing ever happened!! I am so happy and satisfied with their services, would give 10 stars if I could.On top of the great job they did they also cleaned my car, waxed and shined the paint and wheels, AND they vacuumed the interior. Wonderful work and super nice folks. Have no doubts about their work.

This store lacks proper communications both internally and externally (to its customer). I picked this store based on my insurance company's recommended list, but got uncomfortable impression. For a few times I dropped my car to its lot, but they failed to fix as promised. Almost each time when I went to pick my car at the appointment, I had to repeat the same story about what exactly happened to my car - this told me that those technicians did not communicate nor had a log for them to review for my car. The worst thing was that the repair caused another problem to another door of the car after they finally repaired the problem in about 2 months. I am not going to use this store again.

They told me this looks fine and have no idea what the problem is. One gentleman parked next to me said he came back cuz his BMW bumper almost fell off after getting repaired. Waste of time.

I actually did not receive services from Collision Specialists but I still give them 5 stars. I made an appointment for an estimate and the estimator, Carlos, was so friendly and honest. He actually discouraged me from spending an exorbitant amount of money and provided me with more cost effective solutions that they could help me out with. As a consumer, I appreciate this honest and consumer-centric approach. I will definitely return for any future services I (hopefully won t) need!

I have dealt with Al Marshall at Collision two times, and both experiences were outstanding. I received a fair price for solid work, and I'd recommend Al and the business to anyone.

These guys are so good with scratches, I may have them fix some of the scars on my body! I took my Lotus in because someone put a big scratch in the paint on the fender above the rear wheel (read kids scooter in the garage). Davey matched the 2005 stock paint and clear coat perfectly. I can't even see where the work was done. Of course, I make the kids clean it and wax it every month so that helps too. Highly recommend these guys!

THE BEST! Al and his team are awesome! We have taken several vehicles here over the years and they always come back looking great! Al is a man of his word and always delivers. I recently picked up my Tacoma and Al went above and beyond he even restored my headlights because they needed it I am sincerely grateful and thankful. I will recommend everyone who ever needs body work on their vehicle to Al and his team at Collision Specialists of Fairfax! Thank you Al!

At first I wasn t pleased. However, they got the job done. Car came back perfect. They even got a car wash and shined my wheels. Great help, extremely helpful and great communication.

What an amazing shop! This is located in a busy area and looks hidden do not let that fool you. They know what they are doing. From walking in you can see the office manger handling the front desk she is organized and nice lady. That way the techs can get right to it with you- Carlos was my tech he walked me through the entire process and, got me in there in two days from when I went. In network with state farm too! They give you constant calls to tell you each step they are doing and my car was ready in a week and 2 days!!! Here is the other thing!! They detailed my car! Say what I had no idea and it was just a surprise having the rims and dent and scraped fix my car looked shiny and had the new car smell felt like I just drove it off the lot for the first time I felt so happy LOVE this place.

Total scam. The billing lady is the most obnoxious angry woman I have ever seen. Total unprofessionals....typical low bott feeders who give used car salesmen the terrible name they deserve. Avoid this place at all costs

I can only give 3 because even tho the paint work was good, they don't know what to paint and what not to paint. I took my 2000 Honda Civic to get the new front bumper, grill and hood installed and painted, they painted EVERYTHING, the grill is supposed to stay plastic black, the grill in the bumper too and the fog lights spot also needed to stay black, well everything is red now and even tho they told me to bring it back in to get it fixed, I don't really trust them anymore and I'm afraid they will paint it black and not take the red paint off like it's supposed to. Bottom line is, a costumer shouldn't have to tell "professionals" what to paint and what not to. Pictures of how it looks and how is supposed to look.

Was only in Walmart 30mins on a Sunday night. Next day I noticed my Equinox had indention, scuff & scrape marks (from what appears to be a shopping cart) down rear qtr panel of my SUV. The professional work of AL & his crew has my SUV looking brand new. They even fixed some other minor scuffs & had it shined, vacuumed & ready for p/u next day. Definitely take your vehicle to them, you won't be disappointed as we seen other work from them & people are always HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME! FAIR & HONEST!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I cannot say enough good things!! My fender needed fixing due to an accident in a parking garage and it was holding my hood down. I went and got my quote from them and I told them my fianc� and I were paying out of pocket so we couldn t afford the paint job. They told me they would do their best to find one that matched the color of my car. And they sure did!! It was PERFECT! On top of that, the fender they originally ordered ended up being rusted so they had to order another fender and kept my car another day. The part ended up coming a lot later in the day than expected, so they had the salvage yard knock money off. AND when I picked up the car, they had also put some touch up paint on the bumper and buffed out my headlights, no charge! I ll DEFINITELY be going back to them later to get my door worked on as well. They were super nice and caring as well! Just the BEST!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Super happy with service here! They fixed my car after a car accident and even kept it an extra week while I was stuck traveling. They also fixed some paint damage for me AS A FAVOR and charged me nothing. Super nice people who want to make customers happy!! Navigated my insurance coverage for me! Will go back for all future repairs. There s an enterprise down the road which shuttles you to and from the repair shop. That was very convenient. Thanks!Service: Body & Trim

Even though Collision Specialists were the farthest from my home, I decided to take my car there. They provided me with constant text updates; most importantly, my vehicle now looks great. Took my car in today because I unfortunately swiped the passenger side of my 2012 Audi A6 backing into my garage and scratched it pretty badly. After looking at reviews I called and the woman that I spoke to was so empathetic and friendly, asked me to bring it by to take a look at it. Fifteen minutes later the same wonderful person I spoke to over the phone greeted me with a smile and had a gentleman named David to assist me further. We went out to assess the damages and he took a few pictures. Shortly afterwards he went in the building and came back out with a bottle of magic (I think it was lacquer), sprayed and wiped off the scratches! I would ve gladly paid whatever but from the kindness of his heart he didn t charge me a dime. It literally brought tears to my eyes. It s not completely fixed just yet but I had to write a review because the customer service that I received today over the phone and in person was top notch; and they were pretty busy helping other customers while keeping their professional composure! Thank you all so much!

When I tell you that I had the absolute best customer service experience at this collision body shop!! The staff was amazing in making sure that my car was repaired to "my" satisfaction. When I dropped my vehicle off early December to have it inspected, they indicated that I should not be driving it in the condition it was in. I was not prepared to leave it. BUT, before I could think about getting back home, they called the loaner department and had a courtesy pick up scheduled within 15 minutes all while I was getting the details on what would be taking place to satisfactorily repair my vehicle. David was my representative and he did an amazing job contacting me with updates as things were transpiring. He forewarn me on the delay in parts and assured me that he would keep me updated as the parts arrived and work was being done. He did just that! Al the owner, is a man of his word. I admire and appreciate his exceptional customer service skills as well as his integrity. Al thrives to ensure he provides the best customer service experience possible. He make sure the customer is provided high quality service and satisfied with the job that his technicians are performing. I am very please with the repairs on my foreign vehicle that was serviced at this location. I will for sure use them for future repair services and recommend you do the same if you are looking for quality over quantity. They care for more than just your vehicle, the front office and the technicians make sure that you have an understanding of your car needs and repairs. We wish to thank Mr. Al Marshall and all his staff members at Collision Specialists of Fairfax for repairing our 2017 Subaru Outback after a deer collision that caused significant damage to the front end of the car. The air bags were deployed by the collision requiring the shop to do additional work on the car interior. Thankfully, the Subaru protected the driver/occupant and there were no injuries.Mr. Marshall made sure that all details were covered. His body shop techs are highly skilled in body panel replacement, painting, and body alignment checks. He brought in Subaru techs when needed for the air bag replacement, AC charging, and electronics checks to ensure our safety and satisfaction.While we live in Arlington, and this shop is in Fairfax, we would never hesitate to have our car repaired in this shop. It is so difficult to find satisfaction for this type of work, that we would never go anywhere else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Extremely impressed with this placed. Every single person working in this shop was so pleasant, polite and professional. I had the hood of my Tahoe repainted and the rear bumper fixed. The quality of the job is amazing. The punctuality of the time estimate was excellent and the pricing was also excellent. They warranty the paint job for life as long as I own the truck.I would most definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.

I had to share the wonderful experience I had with Collision Specialist of Fairfax. I went to their office for a quote on Friday, was happy with the cost and my car was fixed by Monday midday. I wasn t able to get there before closing time and they made the necessary accommodation due to my circumstance. I was pleasantly surprised to see that my car was washed and cleaned when picked it up. If you value good customer service and efficiency you should definitely give them a try.
