After saving 1 day of wait time, 2 hrs of drop/pickup times, and 70 dollars in tire installation and oil change. I also got a New Year gift.Besides the gift, I was about to rent a self storage big enough for my car, because I have been getting tired of rising price with "I'm not getting paid enough" workers. I was really happy to see the old school "you pay, I fix" people.

This is a great service center with great prices. I got a flat tire and they got me in right away and back on the road within 15 minutes. I would highly recommend!!!

The gas cost is great. But the maintenance is not good. He told me I should change the whole Exhaust system for my car for around 1200$ and I said to him I will check other shops. I went to two different maintenance and they checked my car and they told me I need only to change flex pipe for around 190$. BIG DIFFERENT !

No matter where I live in VA, I ll always go to this place for my inspection and emission. These guys deserve a lot more credit for their honesty and kindness. I realized this when I took one of my cars for inspection, and it had a bad windshield wipers. They said they d change them for me, $30 for both and i agreed. Before I go to check out, they told me they were out of good wipers, and they had to put cheaper ones instead and charged me $20 for both. I would have never known what brand and quality of wipers they put on my car, and $10 is not much, BUT the fact that they told me about it meant a lot to me. There s not a lot of shops like this left and they need more credit for it. Thanks again

I love this place, and that is very rare for me to say about a gasoline station/repair shop!! However, they are probably the only place in the area I trust with my car!! The guys who work here are incredibly nice, and their prices are extremely reasonable!! Plus, they never take advantage of me! They never try to sell me unnecessary services! They are a dream come true for a single female driver!! :)

If you want great service at a fair price, Oscar and Saul are your people. They saved me a bunch of money on my Engine light, oil leak and AC/Heating problems. They were also quick and thorough. I travel from Alexandria to get work done on my car!

I've taken my car to Merrifield Citgo for 9 years, both for maintenance and safety/emissions tests. Great, straight-forward service. My last car required lots of work to pass the safety test and I needed the car to get to a new job. Merrifield Citgo fixed the car up at a fair price and got me going. And recently my current car received new tires from there. Thanks for the help.

I had a nail in my tire and they had me back on the road with it repaired in less than 15 minutes for $20! Super fast and reasonable prices.

We had our brake pads changed here and ever since they have been awful and squeaky. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and said nothing, but just a couple of months later they are sounding worse and worse (even worse than before they were changed!) and so I went back WITH the receipt from their station and told them that they must have installed the pads wrong and asked if they could have a look. They said I should have come back earlier and that it wasn't their fault and wouldn't even look at the car and refused to fix it.To not only be bad at their jobs but to be stubborn and pigheaded and not stand by their work to boot is ridiculous. What kind of business is this? They can't even install brake pads and then they argue when you point it out to them?To be honest, this is not the first time we've had problems with them. Every time we come for an oil change they magically find something wrong with the car and want to charge you for it (problems that no other mechanic can find, somehow). Tires need to be rotated, which everywhere else does for free? That'll be $30, please. My mom busted a tire and they convinced her to change ALL of them; I wasn't with her or I would have asked for a second opinion.I wouldn't trust these guys within 30 feet of my car. I have been coming here because it's close to my house, but these are not only dishonest crooks, they are terrible mechanics. NEVER, EVER STEP FOOT IN HERE!!!!

Mike & Saul have been taking care of my Yukon and trailer for years. They do great work, are fairly priced, always get the jobs done on time, won't do things that don't need to be done, cannot be happier with them.

Being in business, it s essential to have mechanics you can trust. Mike @ Citgo is the best, hands down one of the most honest, straight up mechanic shops in the area. Can t stress it enough, they ve been working on all our cars for years and many time when the stealership couldn t do the job Mike s guys got it done. They re ESPECIALLY fantastic at the troubling problems average parts-replacer type mechanics can t tackle.

Have used them for about 5 years and they are always courteous, fair and fast as well as doing it right the first time. I always wait for my car and that has never been a problem.I highly recommend them!

I have thoroughly enjoyed the professionalism and the work that the mechanics have done on my car. I have been going to this Citgo station for approximately 3 yrs now and I ve always received good service and fair prices. As a matter of fact just about everyone in my office have used them for one reason or another and everyone likes the service. Thank you Citgo!

This place doesn't even deserve a star. Went in today to get emissions done, when my family and I were walking out and one of my sisters were going to get in the car, these mechanics didn't have control of the car and it SERIOUSLY COULD HAVE KILLED HER! They need to be more careful, please go somewhere else.

Do NOT take your car to this shop. The owner is ripping people off with their bogus $19.99 oil change advertisement even if you have a 4 qt oil capacity. Very rude workers with no sense of customer service. Very dissatisfied.

I had a great experience with getting an Oil Change from them. Did not try to upsell me and had me in and out in about 20 minutes. Price was very fair too!

Speedy excellent service I work right across the street dropped my car off in the morning for an oil change ,and my car was waiting for me to pickup. Mike the manager is so helpful.
