I bought an H3 and a week after its throttle body part went bad. I called they had me brought it in & it was taken care of. Then MD inspection failed. They again asked me to bring it in and fixed the issues. They were minor issues like brake light & belt etc. The major plus was, unlike other dealers, they stood behind their sold car, no ifs & buts. Customer although previous was still welcomed. They are honest and pleasant to deal with. I will def buy more cars from them and will spread the word. I wish them nothing but enormous success in future.

Great selection of reliable vehicles on the lot with great competitive pricing. Entire staff is great: Ali, Amin, Bassir, and Junior all helped get me in the right car. Only took a day after applying for a car loan myself to get it off the lot, though they helped make it easy on my last car purchased from here getting me into a 3% apr loan. This is my Second vehicle from here and will be back again.

I had a fantastic experience buying a car from Certified Car Center! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They went above and beyond to answer questions and get the car my family needed. I never felt pressured to make a decision. We are very happy with our Dodge Caravan. It didn't come with a backup camera and they recommended a person who could install one and that individual did a great job. The financing process was very efficient (you can tell they know exactly what they're doing!). They even helped get my title and license plates for Maryland. It was a pleasure working with them and I would highly recommend them!

A friendly and professional staff who went above and beyond!! We had an issue after we purchased our vehicle and left their dealership. The sales team came to our location and helped fix the issue, even though they didn't have to!! On top of that, the vehicle was priced within the Kelly Blue Book range for a trade-in. We would use them again with no hesitation!! Great location, too!

Update:2.5 weeks after my purchase, I received a FedEx envelope with the license plate, with the stickers even put on for me already (pictured). Very nicely done.---------------------------Bought an SUV from these guys. So far so good, loving the car. No issue so far, knock on wood. Julio the sales rep was great and seemed like an honest and patient guy.I sent them the emission test certificate 4 days after the purchase, and they said it'll be a couple of weeks before I get my papers sent to me via FedEx. That would be pretty smooth. I'll update my review if everything is as promised.

Just bought a 2013 Subaru Forrester and the gentleman attending us, Julio, was friendly, helpful and honest. He portrayed great customer service skills and knowledge and you could tell he truly wanted our business and we were valued customers. He gave us the best price, and believe me, WE CHECKED the other dealers in the area and none could offer the prices Certified Car Center could offer. Quick and painless process. I strongly advise against purchasing a car from Certified Car Center Inc. I had an extremely negative experience with them. They sold me a faulty car with numerous issues and refused to repair it. As a result, I had to spend a significant amount of money on repairs. DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I visited here with my father to look at buying a focus ST, the salesmen almost completely ignored me the entire time. They did not believe that I was capable of driving stick and were going to send someone to back the car out of its spot, but none of their salespeople knew how to drive stick. After the test drive they continued to ignore me and only spoke to my father, interrupting me and not letting me ask about the issues on the car.Needless to say I will not be returning, much less buying a car that doesn t even have a front badge or hood support. I would not recommend this dealer and their shady practice.

This was my first purchase with Certified Car Center of Fairfax. Last month I purchased a Ford cargo utility van from them, and they gave me a great deal. Very good customer service; specifically, Mr. Archie. He walked me through the entire process. Everything was as promised; I have never experienced such excellent service from any another dealership. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying a car. Pleasure to do business with professionals. Happy customer; thank you!

Ali, I bought the car less than one year, and I didn't curse anyone. You are a dishonest, and a liar. The car has 110K miles. Stop making up lies. I've owned 10 vehicles in my life and this is the first time this has happened. I didn't threaten anyone. Furthermore, I bought this car just to drive it on weekends and didn't run for 6 months without issues. I took it to the BMW dealership one month after I bought from your dealership, and they gave me a quote of $6K for just the struts. Remember your mechanic Omar installed the strut and engine mounts incorrectly, when I brought it back, you and Julio had an attitude, the car even failed Maryland inspection and you didn't keep your word and pay any of the cost I incurred to fix the issues so that the car could pass inspection. I'm so happy this car is not my primary vehicle. You have no shame or morals to sell me a junk car and then turn around say the things you said. Some customers may have gotten a good car from you, but I damn sure didn't.Why do you keep lying Ali, I bought the car last March and by May I was having issues. Your so called 3 month warranty is a joke. My main issue was that we had an agreement before I purchased the car that you would fix the steering wheel controller. The steering is very low. Before I signed the purchase documents you told me that you had ordered the part. You also told me that if it didn't pass Maryland inspection you would cover a portion of the cost of any repairs. The cost of the repairs was about $500 and you and julio commented that if I really expected you all to cover any of that. So I went ahead and paid for it. Then I had some issues withe engine mounts and julio sent me to your mechanic omar. Omar said the engine mounts were installed incorrectly and he fixed it. Then you got mad because I wouldn't remove my review and refused to replace the steering wheel controller. The second month of owning the car I had issues and I asked you and julio about the so called 3 month warranty and you both ignored me. I'm speaking now so that other consumers will be aware of the kind of business you are running. I learned a very expensive lesson. I'm looking at about $7000 in repairs. I will post a copy of the bill of sale once it's redacted, to prove that you are LYING about me buying this vehicle years ago. I even filed a complaint with the department of consumer affairs, I will post their response when I receive it.This is one of my first reviews.Mark B1 review7 months agoI bought a 2010 BMW 535 from this dealership 4 months ago. Before I test drove the car, I tried to adjust the steering wheel and the switch didn't work. I was assured that it was an easy fix/replacement. The steering wheel is basically in my lap. I took their word for it and they even put it in writing that they would change it. After two months they told me they finally got the part, I took off from work and went down there only to be told it's the wrong part. I called a number of BMW dealerships who have the part in stock. I haven't heard from them since, despite me sending them an email. I also found out the steering mounts they installed was done incorrectly. I know it's a used car, but when you negotiate with them, they act as if they're selling you a vehicle in immaculate condition.Now Mr. Amin is refusing to honor the terms of the agreement. I will report this to the consumer affairs office. Pathetic management.3Response from the owner7 months agoMr Mark,Thank you for your business. I reached out to our Sales team and shop, and I found out that originally it took us couple weeks to get the part for your vehicle, once we got the part we installed it and tested it in front of you and it was perfectly functioning. If the port fails to work, it cannot be our fault. We have served customers like yourself for two decades, we cannot keep addressing issues of these tens of thousands of vehicles for the life of them being with our customers. Had a great experience. Basir and Ali answered all question. Quality of cars are better than other dealers. They take care of you. Gave us 3 month warranty. If you want piece of mind and reasonable price, this is the place.

I had an amazing experience buying a car from this dealership. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car for my needs. I was given assistance and guidance by Basir who took the time to listen and showed me several options that fit my criteria and eventually I was able to find the car that I was looking for. I should have walked out immediately. I tried to greet Basir and he interrupted to say hello to my male friend I was with. The check engine light came on after I bought my car and I spent $1000 in repairs that should've been done before I purchased it. Then they lied saying no repairs needed to be done except new tires and oil change. They convinced me to leave a good review for a $15 gas voucher, but they didn't tell me the specific gas station to go to was closed for repairs.

Decided to check this place out because of the reviews plus I was already in the area looking at cars and it did not disappoint. AQ was the person that helped me but all of the staff were very friendly. He let me test drive the vehicle I was interested in without any hesitation, and as I was waiting to seal the deal, every person that walked by asked me if I needed anything or offered me coffee. They have a lot newer cars with low miles, with warranty included and some of the lowest dealer fees I ve seen. Found a great car, well below market price, definitely recommend.
