Absolutely phenomenal job.I brought in Brand new 2023 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and the team did a phenomenal job, now just great work but on time and on budget. I hope i never have accidnets again but if i do and need a body work i know where to go.

This shop provided a true old-style customer service. They treated me like a customer that they want to come back. The service they provided to my 2017 Mercedes-Benz E-class was outstanding. They ensured the car was gone through a quality assurance inspection and made it look like nothing ever happened to the car. I highly recommend.

I recently went to this shop to make two repairs for my Toyota Highlander, the front and back bumper and the trunk gate. They did an excellent job on the repairs and the car looks brand new. I worked with Will and the customer service was excellent. The rates are very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this body shop.

Completed minor body work on a Porsche Cayenne. Not only the work was flawless and well priced but the cherry on top was a professional-level detailing and wash. The car came back cleaner than when it was brand new. Highly recommend this shop -- and try out their detailing offerings -- totally worth it!!! I will most definitely go back there to use their detailing service. I've tried various detailing shops in our area and none come even close to their quality and value.

Hard to say enough good things about my experience. When I reached out, Will was responsive and clear about their timing and services. Initial quote from pictures was close to final and pictures here show quality of the work. Easy to recommend Capital Auto Shop.

I recently had an insurance repair for my car here, moderate body work. They did a decent job but ordered some aftermarket parts that didn't work a couple times, so it took ~2 weeks longer than expected and some parts they used have significant scratches and bumps. When I got my car back, the gas tank was almost completely empty (they apologized and gave me cash to fill up myself), the battery terminals were left untightened so I had to call AAA for a jump a couple days later, and the back blinker circuit was never reconnected so I ended up having to take it back in anyhow. Quality control needs to be better.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had an amazing experience with CapitalAutoshop team from the owner Krum to every employee that I had the chance to interact with in the process of fixing my vehicle there. They helped me through the process of getting a rental vehicle from a near-by location, the drop off the rental was at the CapitalAutoShop which was perfect since I did not have to go back and return the vehicle myself. Let me say this, if my car gets rear ended for a 3rd time I would use their services again!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have brought my car to this shop for repairs twice. In both instances, the personnel has treated me with professionalism and outstanding costumer service. I was given detailed documentation in what my car needed and what was expected of the shop. As a person that knows absolutely nothing in regards to automobiles, having information explained and accessible, gives zero rooms for wariness. Communication is also a main key to their business. I felt I could ask questions, no matter how chucklesome they may have been.

Was looking for a shop that would really take their time with my car, the work these guys did was amazing. Wuilber my advisor was great he made me feel confident in my decision to work with capital auto shop. His professionalism and communication was top, I felt comfortable through out the process. . I would definitely come back to them and refer them to anyone with out a hesitation

Took my brand new 21' Ford Mustang Mach-E. Even though this was the first time they had this type of car in their shop, the shop owner Krum did a fantastic job at painting the fender flares of my vehicle to match the body color of the car!Great customer services and the awesome professional quality work! Very happy customer here who would not hesitate to return for any additional work in the future.

GEICO recommended them to me. I was very happy with the well-managed repair process. Communication with me was perfect, the repair was done as they initially described, and they worked well with GEICO. Car looks perfect, and was probabnly cleaner than I normally keep it when I picked it up. Everything went above my expectations.

I took my car to Capital Auto Shop to replace an AC line that was damaged by rodents. The staff at Capital Auto Shop were professional and friendly, answered all my questions, and even offered to give me a ride to the car rental office. They called to provide me with updates regarding the repair of the AC line, and they quality of their work was excellent.I strongly recommend this business to potential customers.Service: Air conditioning

I brought in my old car that was overheating, ask them to take a look at it. They gave a very detailed inspection report within hours, with many things shown as needing repair. When I talk to the mechanic, he told me that only three things were actually important, including a cracked radiator, and did not try to sell me on the other services. My overall experience with excellent, and I plan to use them again.

Krum and team did a great job fixing my car. Replaced the bumper, grille, as well as fixed and painted the side panel damage all within a week. They even vacuumed / cleaned the interior of the car before I picked it up! Absolutely bad service! Had a nightmare experience with this body shop! The delayed my repair for the first time but told me to come a second time as parts were not available. The second time they suddenly told me that they got the wrong part and told me to come for a third time, the owner was super rude and not apologetic at all. Upon further inspection, they didn t inspect the car properly and another part was damaged which they denied responsibility, Now I m not even sure if the repair was done correctly. I would not go to this shop even if someone pays me to. Update: Got to know that they broke my suspension as well and did a shoddy job upon getting it checked with another service person. Krum should be fired for his rude behavior.Regarding the reply, I have physical proof from a Honda dealership that the suspension that broke during the accident was never fixed, not even looked at. Insurance fully paid me for both the incidents as the wiper fluid box was also damaged during the accident and it was not the neck seal but a crack at the bottom.

Team did a fantastic job on repairing my boneheaded damage to my truck. They got the repair done 2 days earlier than predicted in the estimate. Looks fantastic I asked a friend to look at it who didn't know and see if he could spot any issues/differences between the damaged/not damaged side. Very friendly and communicated well through out process.Service: Body & Trim

How can you as a business perform a job with errors, expect immediate payment while promising to correct the errors at my inconvenience, and then never follow through?? This place was a complete disappointment. I should have accepted the month long wait and had BMW collision fix my car. At least it would have been done right the first time. Spare yourself and your insurance company the hassle of trying get in contact with someone at this company to complete the job they were paid for. (I'm sure you'll find me just fine under Melissa Anderson)

I took my car in for some body damage due to hitting a deer. They had quoted me for a 10 day repair schedule, but due to shortage in parts it took longer which is understandable. They had my car for 7 days and that s when i got the first call for an update. They advice me that they had 90% of the parts ready and they where just waiting on few other things. 7 more days go by and i hear nothing from them, so i give them a call for an update. They tell me that the headlight they received was the wrong one and that they where waiting on other headlight to be deliver. Another 7 days go by and i still don t hear anything from them, so i call again to ask for an update. They advised that they had contacted my insurance adjuster to ask them if they could order an OEM headlight because the ones they where receiving did not work with the car. Another couple more days go by and i still have not heard from them so i call again for another update. They tell me that the light would be delivered the next day and that if everything match and worked right, they would expedite it thru paint shop and get it ready as soon as possible. Couple more days go by and i hear nothing from them, so i call again and they tell me that all the parts fit right and it s just waiting to be painted. It would take 2 mores days. They finally call me on a Friday afternoon to tell me the car is ready for pick up. I go all excited the following day to pick up my car. I turn it on , i inspect it do a walk around and notice the headlight they install had a different color LED to the original one that was not damaged. I showed the guy working that day and he agreed that the color did not match. He said he would bring it up with the boss the following business day. I did not hear back from them and i honestly did not feel like wasting my time. Now i have a car with two different color Bright LED lights on it. I would say just take your car some where else, i took it here because they had good reviews.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I don't usually leave reviews, but this shop deserves one 1000%. It was such a pleasant experience. The whole process from start to finish was transparent and easy to understand. They went out of their way to accommodate my needs and made me feel as a valued customer. If you're looking for a great shop, with great staff that will take care of your car, this is your place.

My daughter recently got in an accident (not her fault) and got rear ended and pushed into the car in front of her. $5,300 worth of damage to her 2015 Subaru Forrester. We took the car to Krum at Capital Auto shop, and Krum and the team there were amazing. Krum's super-honest, very professional, and kept us informed every step of the way. We got the car back this week and the work was amazing, and the car looks great. Further, they do an excellent job of cleaning the car up after the work's done. The car was cleaner inside and out than when we first took it to Krum, and there was no weird paint smells inside, and no dust bits anywhere. So, not only do they know how to fix your car, they also know how to clean it up after the work is done. I highly recommend Krum and the team at Capital Auto Body for all of your autobody needs.

The owner and staff of the shop were great! I took my wife s car for a body work and Krum (the owner of the shop) told me from the beginning what the process will look like and how long will everything take. He kept me informed at every step of the way and my car was ready on time as I was promised! Great shop and trustworthy people, this is the place to go if your car need bodywork!Service: Body & Trim

Capital Auto Shop is a rare gem in the auto repair industry. Krum is a stand up guy and has a very genuine way about him. The shop does excellent work and operates with integrity, something hard to find in the world of car repairs. We've worked with Krum on several repairs and he has been fantastic every time.
